本发明属于保健食品制备技术领域,涉及一种以火龙果皮为主要原料的保健食品组合物,具体涉及一种火龙果皮组合物口服剂。
背景技术:
火龙果皮不仅含有丰富的碳水化合物、蛋白质和花青素,还含有浓度很高的维生素A、B1、B2、B3、C及钙、磷、铁等矿物质,营养价值高,但是在日常生活中却被人们忽略,火龙果皮往往被弃置,造成资源浪费;并且火龙果皮具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老的作用,还具有抑制脑细胞变性,预防痴呆症的作用,火龙果皮含有的植物性白蛋白能够自动与人体内的重金属离子结合,通过排泄系统排出体外,从而起解毒的作用;除此之外,火龙果皮的营养成份对美白皮肤、预防便秘、促进眼睛保健、增加骨质密度、帮助细胞膜形成、预防贫血和抗神经炎及口角炎等炎症具有良好的效果,是一种营养价值极高的保健食品。
苘麻为锦葵科植物,我国除青藏高原不产外,其他各地均有种植或自然生产,苘麻具有清热利湿,解毒开窍之功效,常用于治疗痢疾、中耳炎、耳鸣、耳聋、睾丸炎、化脓性扁桃体炎和痈疽肿毒;玉米的营养成分比较全面,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁等营养物质,还含有胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2和尼克酸以及谷固醇、卵磷脂、维生素E、赖氨酸等,最新研究指出:玉米中含有一种杭癌因子—谷胱甘肽,具有明显的防癌效果;玉米须含有隐黄质、泛酸、肌醇、谷甾醇、豆甾醇、维生素C、苹果酸枸橼酸、草酸和酒石酸,还含脂肪油、挥发油、树胶、苦味糖苷和α-生育醌等,具有利尿、降压、降血糖、降血脂和利胆作用。
目前,在现有技术中,公开号为CN104663945B的中国专利,公开了一种火龙果皮茶及其制备方法,将火龙果皮、醋酸水与生物酶混合物按重量比为10-15:80-90:1-2的配比制备火龙果皮汁,然后将普洱茶、水与抗坏血酸按重量比为6-10:90-95:0.05-0.1的配比制备普洱茶汁,最后将火龙果皮汁和普洱茶汁混合,加入牛奶粉、扇贝粉、糖粉和柠檬酸等混合后离心均质制得火龙果皮茶,将热带特色水果火龙果皮独特的清香味与普洱茶的保健作用有机结合,具有保健良好的保健效果,但是火龙果皮的利用率低,仅有部分溶解的营养物质被利用;公开号为CN108094650A的中国专利,公开了一种低糖火龙果皮果脯加工方法,将火龙果皮清洗,削除鳞片,切成条备用,将得到的果皮条浸泡消毒液中消毒,将消毒后的果皮浸泡于复合糖液中,将浸糖后的果皮干燥封装,既得低糖火龙果皮果脯,制备的火龙果皮果脯,色泽紫红,均匀一致,饱满度好,不粘手,无破裂,透甜酸度适中,无异味,软硬适中,有嚼劲,但是本方法工艺过于简单,火龙果皮的营养成分未被提取浓缩,保健效果不佳。
总而言之,目前市场上存在的火龙果皮产品存在利用率低、加工工艺不完善,保健效果不佳的缺点;因此发明一种工艺完善,美容养颜,保护视力,有利于消除炎症的火龙果皮组合物食品很有应用前景。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于克服现有火龙果皮产品利用率低、加工工艺不完善和效果不佳的缺点,寻求设计一种利用火龙果皮、苘麻籽包和蜂蜜为主要原料制备火龙果皮组合物口服剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的一种火龙果皮组合物口服剂,其各原料重量配比为:混合浆液:老酒浆液:蜂蜜:玉米须液=10:5-6:2:10-15;其中混合浆液由火龙果皮浆液与重量百分比浓度35%的乙醇水溶液按1:5重量比制得,老酒浆液由苘麻籽包浆液与即墨老酒按1:3的重量配比混合制得,玉米须液由玉米须粉与水按1:50重量配比蒸煮浓缩后过滤制得;所述的火龙果皮为鲜质的红色火龙果去肉后的皮层物,所述的鲜苘麻籽包为苘麻开花后10-20天期间内形成的伞状鲜质苘麻籽带壳包。
本发明所述的一种火龙果皮组合物口服剂,其具体制备工艺为:
(1)火龙果皮预处理:将鲜火龙果皮洗净,控温20℃内用粉碎机粉碎成浆液,然后将浆液与重量百分比浓度35%的乙醇水溶液按1:5重量比混合,搅拌均匀,控温20℃内静置30-36小时,静置过程中每隔5小时搅拌一次,得混合浆液;
(2)老酒浆液制备:将3-5成熟的鲜苘麻籽包在常温常压下与30-40℃的温水按1:1的重量比混合,然后放入果汁机中粉碎成苘麻籽包浆液,最后向苘麻籽包浆液中加入苘麻籽包浆液3倍重量的即墨老酒,搅拌均匀,制得老酒浆液;
(3)玉米须液制备:取新鲜玉米须清洗干净后放入烘箱中控温100-120℃烘烤20-30分钟,取出烘干的玉米须冷却后用研磨机研磨成粉,过200目筛网制得玉米须粉,将玉米须粉与水按1:50的重量配比放入铁锅中大火熬制,煮沸后熬制20-30分钟至溶液总体积缩减至原总体积的1/2,将蒸煮液冷却后过滤,收取滤液即为玉米须液;
(4)组合物混合液制备:在常温无氧环境下取混合浆液、老酒浆液、蜂蜜和玉米须液按10:5-6:2:10-15重量比搅拌混合均匀,控温15-20℃密封存储,制得组合物混合液;
(5)火龙果皮组合物口服剂制备:将组合物混合液放入反应锅中控温20℃内在1.3-1.6KPa条件下减压蒸馏,收取乙醇并回收利用,当组合物混合液中乙醇浓度蒸馏至低于重量百分比浓度1%时,停止蒸馏制得火龙果皮组合物口服剂,在常温无氧环境下密封保存。
本发明所述的火龙果组合物口服剂能够用于调节血压,高血压患者每日服用三次,每次直接口服20-40g,2-3周后血压控制良好,6-8周后,82%的高血压患者情况明显改善。
本发明与现有技术相比,所设计的火龙果皮组合物口服剂的制备工艺简单,营养搭配科学合理,产品服用方便,使用的原料纯天然,对人体无损害,其中火龙果皮含有花青素、维生素A、B1、及钙、磷、铁等营养物质,美容养颜,保护视力,调节血压,绿色无添加剂,深得广大消费者的喜爱。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
本实施例涉及的一种火龙果皮组合物口服剂,其各原料重量配比为:混合浆液:老酒浆液:蜂蜜:玉米须液=10:5-6:2:10-15;其中混合浆液由火龙果皮浆液与重量百分比浓度35%的乙醇水溶液按1:5重量比制得,老酒浆液由苘麻籽包浆液与即墨老酒按1:3的重量配比混合制得,玉米须液由玉米须粉与水按1:50重量配比蒸煮浓缩后过滤制得;本实施例所述的火龙果皮为鲜质的红色火龙果去肉后的皮层物,所述的鲜苘麻籽包为苘麻开花后10-20天期间内形成的伞状鲜质苘麻籽带壳包。
本实施例涉及的火龙果皮组合物口服剂的具体制备工艺为:
(1)火龙果皮预处理:将鲜火龙果皮洗净,控温20℃内用粉碎机粉碎成浆液,然后将浆液与重量百分比浓度35%的乙醇水溶液按1:5重量比混合,搅拌均匀,控温20℃内静置30-36小时,静置过程中每隔5小时搅拌一次,得混合浆液;
(2)老酒浆液制备:将3-5成熟的鲜苘麻籽包在常温常压下与30-40℃的温水按1:1的重量比混合,然后放入果汁机中粉碎成苘麻籽包浆液,最后向苘麻籽包浆液中加入苘麻籽包浆液3倍重量的即墨老酒,搅拌均匀,制得老酒浆液;
(3)玉米须液制备:取新鲜玉米须清洗干净后放入烘箱中控温100-120℃烘烤20-30分钟,取出烘干的玉米须冷却后用研磨机研磨成粉,过200目筛网制得玉米须粉,将玉米须粉与水按1:50的重量配比放入铁锅中大火熬制,煮沸后熬制20-30分钟至溶液总体积缩减至原总体积的1/2,将蒸煮液冷却后过滤,收取滤液即为玉米须液;

实施例2
本实施例涉及的火龙果皮组合物口服剂,其各原料重量配比为:混合浆液:老酒浆液:蜂蜜:玉米汁:玉米须液=15-20:5-6:2:6-8:10-15;其中混合浆液由火龙果皮浆液与重量百分比浓度35%的乙醇水溶液按1:5重量比制得,老酒浆液由苘麻籽包浆液与即墨老酒按1:3的重量配比混合制得,玉米汁由熟玉米粒与水按1:2重量配比混合制得,玉米须液由玉米须粉与水按1:50重量配比蒸煮浓缩后过滤制得。
本实施例涉及的火龙果皮组合物口服剂的具体制备工艺为:
(1)火龙果皮预处理:将鲜火龙果皮洗净,控温20℃内用粉碎机粉碎成浆液,然后将浆液与重量百分比浓度35%的乙醇水溶液按1:5重量比混合,搅拌均匀,控温20℃内静置30-36小时,静置过程中每隔5小时搅拌一次,得混合浆液;
(2)老酒浆液制备:将3-5成熟的鲜苘麻籽包在常温常压下与30-40℃的温水按1:1的重量比混合,然后放入果汁机中粉碎成苘麻籽包浆液,最后向苘麻籽包浆液中加入苘麻籽包浆液3倍重量的即墨老酒,搅拌均匀,制得老酒浆液;
(3)玉米汁制备:取6-7成熟的鲜玉米粒控温90-100℃蒸煮5-6分钟到煮熟,再将散发出清香的熟玉米粒迅速放入0-10℃的冷水中冷却,然后将冷却后的熟玉米粒与水按1:2重量配比混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎成玉米浆液,最后将玉米浆液用120目筛网过滤得滤液,即为玉米汁;
(4)玉米须液制备:取新鲜玉米须清洗干净后放入烘箱中控温100-120℃烘烤20-30分钟,取出烘干的玉米须冷却后用研磨机研磨成粉,过200目筛网制得玉米须粉,将玉米须粉与水按1:50的重量配比放入铁锅中大火熬制,煮沸后熬制20-30分钟至溶液总体积缩减至原总体积的1/2,将蒸煮液冷却后过滤,收取滤液即为玉米须液;
(5)组合物混合液制备:在常温无氧环境下取混合浆液、老酒浆液、蜂蜜、玉米汁和玉米须液按15-20:5-6:2:6-8:10-15重量比搅拌混合均匀,控温15-20℃密封存储,制得组合物混合液;
(6)火龙果皮组合物口服剂制备:将组合物混合液放入反应锅中控温20℃内在1.3-1.6KPa条件下减压蒸馏,收取乙醇并回收利用,当组合物混合液中乙醇浓度蒸馏至低于重量百分比浓度2%时,停止蒸馏制得火龙果皮组合物口服剂,在常温无氧环境下密封保存。
本实施例涉及的火龙果皮组合物口服剂含有丰富的花青素,具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老的作用,美容养颜;患有假性近视的8-12岁小学生每日服用一次,每次服用20-30g,4-6个月后视力明显改善;所述火龙果皮组合物口服剂还能够预防贫血和抗神经炎及口角炎等炎症具有良好的效果,是一种营养价值极高的保健食品。
实施例3
本实施例采用实施例1和实施例2制备的火龙果皮组合物口服剂在青岛大学附属医院进行五组临床试验,每组有10人参与,其中对照组的应用对象(普通人员)包括5名老年人和5名青年人,经过6个月的临床试验得到如下数据:
分析上表可知,实施例1和2制备的产品对老年人的心脏具有调节功能,同时对降低心率有良好效果,并且对青年人的视力改善明显,但对老年人的视力改善并无明显效果;与不服用本实施例产品的对比组相比,实施例1和2制备的产品的营养作用显著。

1.一种火龙果皮组合物口服剂,其特征在于:其各原料重量配比为:混合浆液:老酒浆液:蜂蜜:玉米须液=10:5-6:2:10-15;其中混合浆液由火龙果皮浆液与重量百分比浓度35%的乙醇水溶液按1:5重量比制得,老酒浆液由苘麻籽包浆液与即墨老酒按1:3的重量配比混合制得,玉米须液由玉米须粉与水按1:50重量配比蒸煮浓缩后过滤制得;所述的火龙果皮为鲜质的红色火龙果去肉后的皮层物,所述的鲜苘麻籽包为苘麻开花后10-20天期间内形成的伞状鲜质苘麻籽带壳包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火龙果皮组合物口服剂,其特征在于:所述的火龙果皮组合物口服剂的具体制备工艺为:
(1)火龙果皮预处理:将鲜火龙果皮洗净,控温20℃内用粉碎机粉碎成浆液,然后将浆液与重量百分比浓度35%的乙醇水溶液按1:5重量比混合,搅拌均匀,控温20℃内静置30-36小时,静置过程中每隔5小时搅拌一次,得混合浆液;
(2)老酒浆液制备:将3-5成熟的鲜苘麻籽包在常温常压下与30-40℃的温水按1:1的重量比混合,然后放入果汁机中粉碎成苘麻籽包浆液,最后向苘麻籽包浆液中加入苘麻籽包浆液3倍重量的即墨老酒,搅拌均匀,制得老酒浆液;
(3)玉米须液制备:取新鲜玉米须清洗干净后放入烘箱中控温100-120℃烘烤20-30分钟,取出烘干的玉米须冷却后用研磨机研磨成粉,过200目筛网制得玉米须粉,将玉米须粉与水按1:50的重量配比放入铁锅中大火熬制,煮沸后熬制20-30分钟至溶液总体积缩减至原总体积的1/2,将蒸煮液冷却后过滤,收取滤液即为玉米须液;
