技术领域
本发明涉及饮料供给装置,更详细地说,涉及对饮料容器供给饮料的饮料供给装置。
背景技术
以往,在专利文献1中提出了一种对饮料容器供给饮料的饮料供给装置。对于在该专利文献1中提出的饮料供给装置,预先利用压缩的氮气将咖啡饮料加压放置,在被提供了供给指令的情况下,将加压后的咖啡饮料送出至喷嘴,并将咖啡饮料自该喷嘴向饮料容器排出。之后,通过操作设置于喷嘴的切换杆而用送出至该喷嘴的咖啡饮料(加压后的咖啡饮料)生成泡沫,将泡沫向饮料容器排出。由此,能够对饮料容器供给在咖啡饮料载置了泡沫的氮气咖啡饮料。已知以这样的方式向饮料容器供给的氮气咖啡饮料的味道较为醇厚。

发明要解决的问题
但是,在上述的饮料供给装置中,通过操作切换杆而用加压后的咖啡饮料生成了泡沫,但是氮气相对于咖啡饮料的溶解量,也就是咖啡饮料的氮气含有量对泡沫的生成有影响。
因此,在利用氮气将咖啡饮料加压放置的上述饮料供给装置中,由于咖啡饮料的氮气含有量不稳定,在外观、风味上产生偏差而有供给的饮料的品质不稳定的担忧。
本发明鉴于上述实际情况,其目的在于,提供一种能够使向饮料容器供给的饮料的品质稳定的饮料供给装置。
用于解决问题的方案
为了达成上述目的,本发明的饮料供给装置具有:原料储存部,其用于储存饮料原料;以及压缩气体供给单元,其用于对所述原料储存部供给压缩气体而将所述饮料原料加压,所述饮料供给装置用于对饮料容器供给饮料,其特征在于,所述饮料供给装置具有饮料供给单元,在被提供了供给指令的情况下,所述饮料供给单元通过一边允许加压后的所述饮料原料向喷嘴供给,一边对所述喷嘴供给压缩的氮气,从而使该氮气与所述饮料原料在该喷嘴混合搅拌并使饮料自该喷嘴向所述饮料容器排出。
而且对于本发明,在上述饮料供给装置中,其特征在于,所述饮料供给装置具有将自所述原料储存部向所述喷嘴供给的所述饮料原料冷却的冷却单元。
而且对于本发明,在上述饮料供给装置中,其特征在于,所述喷嘴对使所述氮气与所述饮料原料混合搅拌得到的含氮提取饮料减压并使该含氮提取饮料与壁面碰撞从而向所述饮料容器排出。
而且对于本发明,在上述饮料供给装置中,其特征在于,所述压缩气体供给单元对所述原料储存部供给压缩的氮气。
而且对于本发明,在上述饮料供给装置中,其特征在于,所述喷嘴使供给的所述氮气沿着内壁面回旋并与所述饮料原料混合搅拌。
而且对于本发明,在上述饮料供给装置中,其特征在于,所述饮料原料是从水和粉碎的咖啡豆中提取的低温的提取饮料。
发明的效果
根据本发明,由于在被提供了供给指令的情况下,饮料供给单元通过一边允许加压后的饮料原料向喷嘴供给一边对喷嘴供给压缩的氮气,从而使该氮气与饮料原料在该喷嘴混合搅拌并使饮料自该喷嘴向饮料容器排出,因此能够使向饮料容器供给的饮料的氮气含有量稳定。就其结果来说,起到能够抑制供给到饮料容器的饮料在外观、风味上产生偏差,使向饮料容器供给的饮料的品质稳定的效果。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图详细地说明本发明的饮料供给装置的适当的实施方式。
图1是示意性地表示作为本发明的实施方式的饮料供给装置的结构的示意图。在此举例示出的饮料供给装置1设置于例如便利店等店铺,具有装置主体10以及控制部40。
如图2~图4所示,装置主体10是长方体状的壳体,前表面11成为待客面。在该装置主体10的前表面11设有售货台(日语:ベンドステージ)12、喷嘴13以及操作按钮14。
售货台12是供作为饮料容器的杯C载置的台。喷嘴13设置于售货台12的上方区域。该喷嘴13在与售货台12相向的下端部设有排出口13a,用于将供给到自身的饮料自排出口13a对载置于该售货台12的杯C排出。
操作按钮14设置于喷嘴13的上方区域。该操作按钮14是在被按压操作的情况下内置的开关14a变为开启状态而对控制部40送出供给信号的操作输入部。换言之,操作按钮14在进行按压操作的情况下开关14a变为开启状态而将供给信号连续送出,在未进行按压操作的情况下开关14a变为关闭状态而停止供给信号的送出。
也如图5所示,提取饮料供给管线15和氮气供给管线16连接于上述喷嘴13。
提取饮料供给管线15是通过将多个饮料供给配管连接而构成的,与在装置主体10的外部设置的提取饮料箱(原料储存部)20连接。提取饮料箱20将从粉碎的咖啡豆和水中提取的低温的提取饮料(所谓的冷萃咖啡)作为饮料原料储存。换言之,提取饮料供给管线15是用于将储存于提取饮料箱20的提取饮料送出至喷嘴13的路径。
在这样的提取饮料供给管线15设有冷却盘管151以及供给阀(日语:供給バルブ)152。冷却盘管151以浸渍在设置于装置主体10的冷却水槽17中的状态设置,是将通过的流体(提取饮料)冷却至规定的温度的冷却单元。
供给阀152由所谓的球阀构成,设置于比冷却盘管151靠下游侧处,也就是比冷却盘管151接近喷嘴13处。该供给阀152包括能够开闭的阀元件(日语:弁体),在打开的情况下允许流体向喷嘴13通过,而在关闭的情况下限制流体通过。这样的供给阀152通过利用未图示的施力单元施力,在常态下关闭。
在上述提取饮料箱20连接有一端经由第1调压阀31与储气瓶30连接的压缩气体供给管路21。在此,储气瓶30用于将氮气以压缩的状态储存。而且第1调压阀31用于使储存于储气瓶30的氮气以规定的压力(例如大致0.3MPa~0.5MPa)送出。由此,氮气通过压缩气体供给管路21向提取饮料箱20供给并将提取饮料加压。因此,加压后的提取饮料向提取饮料供给管线15的供给阀152流通,利用其途中的冷却盘管151冷却。
氮气供给管线16是通过将多个气体供给配管连接而构成的,经由第2调压阀32与上述储气瓶30连接。第2调压阀32用于使储存于储气瓶30的氮气以规定的压力(例如大致0.3MPa~0.5MPa)送出。
在这样的氮气供给管线16设有气体供给阀(日语:ガス供給弁)161。气体供给阀161是根据自控制部40提供的指令而开闭的阀元件。气体供给阀161在打开的情况下允许氮气通过,而在关闭的情况下限制氮气通过。另外,图1中的附图标记162是止回阀。
而且在氮气供给管线16中,在比气体供给阀161靠下游侧处分支出动作气体供给管路163,分支出的动作气体供给管路163与上述供给阀152连接。该动作气体供给管路163用于向供给阀152供给使该供给阀152动作所需的气体。由此供给阀152在常态下关闭,但是在通过动作气体供给管路163供给有规定压力的氮气的情况下,克服施力单元的施力而打开。
图6是同样在图5中示出的喷嘴13的纵剖视图。如该图6所示,除了上述的排出口13a之外,喷嘴13还具有混合部131以及排出部132。
混合部131是使通过提取饮料供给管线15供给的提取饮料与通过氮气供给管线16供给的氮气混合的大致圆筒状部分。对于混合部131,构成为提取饮料在中空部131a自上方流向下方,而且氮气自形成于内壁面的气体开口131b排出。在与气体开口131b连通的部分形成有气体用节流孔131c,其直径设为例如1.0mm左右。通过形成有气体用节流孔131c,自气体开口131b排出的氮气以规定的流速喷射,与提取饮料混合搅拌。
排出部132设置于混合部131的下侧,具有饮料用节流孔132a和碰撞壁132b。饮料用节流孔132a以上下方向成为长度方向的方式沿着上下方向延伸,其直径设为例如0.9mm左右。饮料用节流孔132a使在混合部131混合搅拌得到的含氮提取饮料减压,并自下端出口132a1向下方排出。碰撞壁132b以与饮料用节流孔132a的下端出口132a1相向的方式设置,与自该下端出口132a1排出的含氮提取饮料碰撞而使其在水平方向上分散并向上述排出口13a落下。
控制部40总体上控制饮料供给装置1的各部分的动作。在利用操作按钮14送出了供给信号的情况下,该控制部40作为提供供给指令的构件向气体供给阀161提供打开指令。另外,控制部40可以利用在例如CPU(Central Processing Unit)等处理装置运行程序实现,换言之,可以利用软件实现,也可以利用IC(Integrated Circuit)等硬件实现,也可以将软件以及硬件并用来实现。
在具有如上所述的结构的饮料供给装置1中,在处于待机状态的情况下,储存于提取饮料箱20的提取饮料通过被氮气加压而在提取饮料供给管线15中流通,利用冷却盘管151冷却并向供给阀152送出。
自待机状态在售货台12载置杯C并按压操作操作按钮14时,该操作按钮14向控制部40送出供给信号。输入了供给信号的控制部40向气体供给阀161提供打开指令。由此气体供给阀161打开,氮气向喷嘴13供给。此时,一部分的氮气通过动作气体供给管路163作为动作气体向供给阀152供给。由此供给阀152克服施力单元的施力而打开,利用冷却盘管151冷却的提取饮料向喷嘴13供给。
自气体开口131b排出的氮气在喷嘴13的混合部131与自上方向下方通过的提取饮料接触,提取饮料与氮气被混合搅拌。如此地混合搅拌得到的含氮提取饮料在喷嘴13的排出部132通过穿过饮料用节流孔132a而减压并自下端出口132a1排出,与碰撞壁132b碰撞并在水平方向上分散而变为起泡的状态。然后,起泡的含氮提取饮料自喷嘴13的排出口13a作为饮料排出而向杯C供给。
其后,通过解除对操作按钮14的按压操作来停止供给信号的送出,控制部40通过向气体供给阀161提供关闭指令来使气体供给阀161关闭。由此停止氮气对于喷嘴13的供给,并通过停止向供给阀152的动作气体的供给使该供给阀152关闭来停止提取饮料对于喷嘴13的供给,成为待机状态。
在作为以上说明的本实施方式的饮料供给装置1中,压缩气体供给管路21、第1调压阀31以及储气瓶30构成了对提取饮料箱(原料储存部)20供给氮气(压缩气体)而将提取饮料(饮料原料)加压的压缩气体供给单元。
此外,提取饮料供给管线15、供给阀152、氮气供给管线16、第2调压阀32、储气瓶30、气体供给阀161以及控制部40构成了饮料供给单元,在被提供了供给指令的情况下,该饮料供给单元通过一边允许加压后的提取饮料(饮料原料)向喷嘴13供给,一边对喷嘴13供给压缩的氮气,从而使该氮气与饮料原料在该喷嘴13混合搅拌并使饮料自该喷嘴13向杯(饮料容器)C排出。
而且,根据上述饮料供给装置1,通过在按压操作操作按钮14而向控制部40提供供给信号的情况下使气体供给阀161打开,从而一边使供给阀152打开而允许提取饮料向喷嘴13供给,一边对该喷嘴13供给氮气,从而使该氮气与提取饮料在该喷嘴13混合搅拌并使含氮提取饮料作为饮料自该喷嘴13向杯C排出,因此能够使向杯C供给的饮料的氮气含有量稳定。就其结果来说,能够抑制供给到杯C的饮料在外观、风味上产生偏差,使向杯C供给的饮料的品质稳定。
根据上述饮料供给装置1,由于设置于提取饮料供给管线15的冷却盘管151将自提取饮料箱20向喷嘴13供给的提取饮料冷却,因此能够在喷嘴13与氮气的混合搅拌时增大氮气相对于提取饮料的溶解量。
根据上述饮料供给装置1,由于喷嘴13对使氮气与提取饮料混合搅拌得到的含氮提取饮料减压并使该含氮提取饮料与壁面碰撞从而向杯C排出,因此能够将饮料以充分起泡的状态向杯C供给。
根据上述饮料供给装置1,由于将氮气作为压缩气体向提取饮料箱20供给,因此能够谋求氮气相对于向喷嘴13供给前的提取饮料的溶解量的增大。
根据上述饮料供给装置1,由于氮气对于提取饮料箱20的提取饮料的加压力与氮气在氮气供给管线16中的加压力设为大致相同,因此能够使提取饮料与氮气在喷嘴13的混合搅拌良好,良好地对杯C供给饮料。
以上,说明了本发明的适当的实施方式,但是本发明不限定于此,能够进行各种的变更。
在上述的实施方式中,气体开口131b设置于混合部131的内壁面的任意处,但是在本发明中,如图7所示,气体开口131b′也可以沿着在混合部131′中的形成为圆柱状的中空部131a′的切线方向设置。由此,自气体开口131b′排出的氮气能够沿着中空部131a′的内壁面回旋并与提取饮料混合搅拌,能够谋求氮气相对于提取饮料的溶解量的增大。
在上述的实施方式中,气体开口131b是1个,但是在本发明中,气体开口也可以设有多个。
在上述的实施方式中,喷嘴13的碰撞部使与碰撞壁132b碰撞的含氮提取饮料在水平方向上分散,但是在本发明中,只要与碰撞壁碰撞后的饮料不直接面向排出口,就也可以在任意方向上分散。

Claims (6)

1.一种饮料供给装置,其具有:
原料储存部,其用于储存饮料原料;以及
压缩气体供给单元,其用于对所述原料储存部供给压缩气体而将所述饮料原料加压,
所述饮料供给装置用于对饮料容器供给饮料,其特征在于,
所述饮料供给装置具有饮料供给单元,在被提供了供给指令的情况下,所述饮料供给单元通过一边允许加压后的所述饮料原料向喷嘴供给,一边对所述喷嘴供给压缩的氮气,从而使该氮气与所述饮料原料在该喷嘴混合搅拌并使饮料自该喷嘴向所述饮料容器排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮料供给装置,其特征在于,
所述饮料供给装置具有将自所述原料储存部向所述喷嘴供给的所述饮料原料冷却的冷却单元。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料供给装置,其特征在于,
所述喷嘴对使所述氮气与所述饮料原料混合搅拌得到的含氮提取饮料减压并使该含氮提取饮料与壁面碰撞从而向所述饮料容器排出。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任1项所述的饮料供给装置,其特征在于,
所述压缩气体供给单元对所述原料储存部供给压缩的氮气。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任1项所述的饮料供给装置,其特征在于,
所述喷嘴使供给的所述氮气沿着内壁面回旋并与所述饮料原料混合搅拌。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任1项所述的饮料供给装置,其特征在于,
所述饮料原料是从水和粉碎的咖啡豆中提取的低温的提取饮料。
