本发明涉及摩托车的头灯结构。
背景技术
众所周知,头灯结构包括:插座构件,其向布置在插座构件前方的两个光源供应电源;灯泡,两个光源彼此平行地布置在该灯泡中;以及反射器,其布置在两个光源下方,如在下文称为现有技术的JP2012-185977A1中所公开的。
该现有技术还公开在该头灯结构中,用于近光的一个光源向布置在该光源的前方的投射透镜发射光,并且,用于远光的另一个光源向反射器发射光,该反射器在头灯结构的前面方向上反射光。
如今,在安装头灯的摩托车车体中,为了扩大容纳电气部件的空间,需要紧凑的头灯。

发明内容
在现有技术中,灯泡布置在插座构件的前方,而反射器布置在向下发射光的光源的下方。由此,由于需要在插座构件和反射器的前端之间保持预定距离,在某些情况下难以形成紧凑的头灯结构。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于摩托车的紧凑的头灯结构。为了实现上述目的,本发明的实施例提供一种用于摩托车的头灯结构,其包括:透镜;光源模块,包括第一光源和第二光源,其在多个方向上发射光;头灯壳体,从摩托车的后侧支撑透镜;插座构件,布置在头灯壳体上,为光源模块供应电源;以及反射器,当从上方观察时,其在与第二光源重叠的区域处布置在第二光源的上侧或下侧;其中,第一光源沿着光轴的轴向方向在摩托车的前向方向上定位并指向,其中,第二光源在光轴的轴向方向的垂直方向上定位并指向,并且,当从上方观察时,第二光源布置在与插座构件重叠的区域中或在插座构件的后部位置,且其中,当从上方观察时,反射器布置在与插座构件重叠的区域中。
根据本发明的实施例,由于当从上方观察时,第二光源布置在与插座构件重叠的区域中或在插座构件的后部位置,且当从上方观察时,反射器布置在与插座构件重叠的区域中,反射器的前端能够布置在更加靠后的位置处。
因此,由于可以缩短插座构件与反射器的前端之间的距离,使得头灯结构的实施例变得紧凑。而且,由于头灯结构的实施例变得紧凑,可以扩大在摩托车车体中容纳电气部件的空间。

在下文中,将参考图1至图6详细描述本发明的实施例。在下面的详细描述中,诸如“前”、“后”、“右侧”和“左侧”的相对位置术语对应于从坐在驾驶员座椅上并面向前方的车辆操作者的有利位置考虑的方向。
如图1所示,摩托车1是踏板型车辆。作为其主要部件,摩托车1包括:座椅2,车辆操作者坐在座椅2上,座椅2可以打开和关闭;一对前叉3、3,其安装在头管(未示出)上;前轮FW,其用于前胎FT,安装在前叉3上;连接到前叉3的手柄4;以可垂直摆动方式安装的可摆动动力单元5;后轮RW,其用于后胎RT,安装在可摆动动力单元5上;后缓冲部6,其以悬挂方式安装在可摆动动力单元5的后端部分上;以及头灯结构10。

当从上方观察时,反射器70在与第二光源44重叠的区域处布置在第二光源44的下侧。另外,当从上方观察时,反射器70布置在与插座构件50重叠的区域中。来自第二光源44的光被发射到反射器70,被反射器70反射,并且在前向方向上发射。
在安装壁32设置在侧壁30的上侧的情况下,当从上方观察时,反射器70可以在与第二光源44重叠的区域处布置在第二光源44的上侧。
如图5和图6所示,投射透镜60布置在光源模块40的前方,并且由从头灯壳体20延伸的延伸构件80支撑。即,投射透镜60通过延伸构件80固定到头灯壳体20。
在该实施例中,延伸构件80从头灯壳体20延伸到在第二光源44前方并且低于第二光源44的位置,以避免将来自第二光源44的光直接投射到摩托车的前方的观察者的眼睛上。
接下来,将参照图5和图6详细说明根据实施例的摩托车1的头灯结构10的一些构件之间的位置关系。
如图6所示,插座构件50布置在相对于侧壁30与第一光源42相反的插座构件形成区域SA中。特别地,当从侧面观察时,插座构件50布置在其中的插座构件形成区域SA相对于侧壁30的延长线L2形成在后侧,且相对于安装壁32的延长线L1形成在上侧。
另外,在安装壁32设置在侧壁30的上侧的情况下,当从侧面观察时,插座构件形成区域SA可以相对于侧壁30的延长线L2形成在后侧,且相对于安装壁32的延长线L1形成在下侧。由此,由于插座构件50布置在插座构件区域SA中,可以避免产生死区,从而有效地利用头灯10中的空间,并使头灯10变得紧凑。
此外,在该实施例中,装配在插座构件50中的用于电力供应的联接器54也布置在插座构件形成区域SA中。由此,由于用于电力供应的联接器54布置在插座构件形成区域SA中,可以有效地在插座构件形成区域SA中容纳用于电力供应的联接器54,并且使头灯10更加紧凑。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于摩托车(1)的头灯结构(10),包括:
透镜(11);
光源模块(40),包括第一光源(42)和第二光源(44),其在多个方向上发射光;
头灯壳体(20),从所述摩托车的后侧支撑所述透镜(11);
插座构件(50),布置在所述头灯壳体(20)上,为所述光源模块(40)供应电源;以及
反射器(70),当从上方观察时,其在与所述第二光源(44)重叠的区域处布置在所述第二光源(44)的上侧或下侧;
其中,所述第一光源(42)沿着光轴的轴向方向在所述摩托车的前向方向上定位和取向;
其中,所述第二光源(44)在所述光轴的轴向方向的垂直方向上定位和取向,并且,当从上方观察时,所述第二光源布置在与所述插座构件(50)重叠的区域中,并且
其中,当从上方观察时,所述反射器(70)布置在与所述插座构件(50)重叠的区域中。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于所述摩托车(1)的头灯结构(10),
其中,所述第一光源(42)布置在侧壁(30)上,所述侧壁设置在所述头灯壳体(20)上,
其中,所述第二光源(44)布置在安装壁(32)上,所述安装壁设置在所述侧壁(30)的上侧或下侧,并且
其中,所述插座构件(50)布置在相对于所述侧壁(30)与所述第一光源(42)相反的插座构件形成区域(SA)中,并且
其中,在所述安装壁(32)设置在所述侧壁(30)的上侧的情况下,当从侧面观察时,所述插座构件形成区域(SA)相对于所述侧壁(30)的延长线(L2)形成在后侧,且相对于所述安装壁(32)的延长线(L1)形成在上侧,并且,在所述安装壁(32)设置在所述侧壁(30)的下侧的情况下,当从侧面观察时,所述插座构件形成区域(SA)相对于所述侧壁(30)的延长线(L2)形成在后侧,且相对于所述安装壁(32)的延长线(L1)形成在下侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于所述摩托车(1)的头灯结构(10),
其中,所述安装壁(32)布置在所述插座构件(50)下方,所述第二光源(44)在向下方向上发射光,并且
其中,所述反射器(70)布置在所述第二光源(44)下方,当从上方观察时,所述反射器(70)布置在与所述插座构件(50)重叠的区域中。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于所述摩托车(1)的头灯结构(10),其中,投射透镜(60)布置在所述光源模块(40)的前方,并由从所述头灯壳体(20)延伸的延伸构件(80)支撑,且其中,所述延伸构件(80)从所述头灯壳体(20)延伸到在所述第二光源(44)前方并且低于所述第二光源(44)的位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于所述摩托车(1)的头灯结构(10),其中,所述第二光源(44)由LED形成,所述安装壁(32)是与所述头灯壳体(20)分开的LED基板。
6.如权利要求2所述的用于所述摩托车(1)的头灯结构(10),其中,装配在所述插座构件(50)中用于电力供应的联接器(54)布置在所述插座构件形成区域(SA)中。
