在日本未审专利申请公开No.2005-119595(JP 2005-119595A)中公开了在车辆的后轴中设置有覆盖罐本体的后侧的保护器以减轻对存储用于燃料电池的气体的罐的冲击的结构。
发明内容
通常,罐根据所储存的气体量膨胀及收缩。因此,在JP 2005-119595A中所描述的构造中,当罐收缩时,罐与保护器之间的间隙可能扩大。并且,当在比如大石头的外物陷入在扩大的间隙中的情况下保护器从外部受力时,罐的与陷入的外物接触的一部分局部地受力。结果是,罐可能被损坏。因此,需要防止罐与保护器之间的间隙扩大的技术。
可以在以下方面中实施本发明。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种罐的安装结构。罐的安装结构包括框架、带以及罐保护器。框架构造成固定罐。带构造成在带与框架将罐夹置的状态下固定罐,并且带根据罐的膨胀或收缩而变形。罐保护器构造成固定至带的内侧或带的外侧。通过根据该方面的罐的安装结构,由于罐保护器与带固定至彼此,因此罐保护器根据罐的膨胀或收缩而移动。因此,可以限制罐与罐保护器之间的间隙的扩大。
在根据该方面的罐的安装结构中,罐保护器包括中央构件和端部构件。中央构件设置在作为罐的筒形的部分的筒形部的外侧上。端部构件分别设置在穹顶部的外侧上。穹顶部分别位于罐的筒形部的两个端侧上。端部构件可以比中央构件厚。通过根据该方面的罐的安装结构,具有相对较小的强度的穹顶部分别由端部构件选择性地保护。与此同时,通过将中央构件的厚度减小成比端部构件薄,可以减轻罐保护器的重量。
在根据该方面的罐的安装结构中,罐保护器的剪切强度可以比带的剪切强度大。并且,安装结构可以构造成使得在通过使用弹性体向罐施加压力的同时将带的端部固定至框架。此外,带可以由金属制成。另外,带可以由弹性树脂材料制成。此外,罐保护器的端部构件的下端可以定位成比罐保护器的中央构件的下端低。
可以在各个方面实施本发明。例如,可以在比如具有罐的安装结构的车辆的方面实现本发明。

具体实施方式
A.实施方式
图1是具有作为本发明的实施方式的罐60的安装结构的车辆100的视图。在该实施方式中,燃料电池车辆被用作车辆100。关于车辆100中的方向(“右”、“左”、“前”、“后”、“上”和“下”)的描述分别指示的是基于车辆100中的驾驶员的方向。在图1中,X轴正向指示车辆前部方向,Y轴正向指示重力方向的上侧,并且Z轴正向指示车辆右部方向。这意味着X轴方向指示车辆的前后方向,Y轴方向指示重力方向,并且Z轴方向指示车辆的宽度方向,X轴、Y轴、和Z轴在图1之后的附图中也是如此。
车辆100包括燃料电池堆10和罐60。燃料电池堆10通过层叠功率模块制成,例如,这些功率模块中的每个功率模块均具有膜电极组件(MEA),在膜电极组件中,阳极和阴极这两个电极相应地接合至电解质膜的两个侧。由于作为从罐60供应的燃料气体的氢气与大气中的氧气之间的电化学反应,因此在燃料电池堆10中产生功率。在该实施方式中,燃料电池堆10设置在车辆100的前部部分中(在+X轴方向侧上)。具体地,在车辆100的前后方向(X轴方向)上,燃料电池堆10设置在燃料电池堆10与前轮FW部分交叠的位置处。
在该实施方式中,罐60沿着车辆100的宽度方向(Z轴方向)设置在车辆100的后部部分中(在-X轴方向侧上)。具体地,在车辆100的前后方向(X轴方向)上,罐60设置在罐60与后轮RW部分交叠的位置处,并且罐60的剩余部分位于后轮RW的后部处。
图2是罐60的截面图。在该实施方式中,罐60包括衬里62和加强层64。
罐60的衬里62是储存流体的气密容器。可以使用例如铝、不锈钢和树脂作为衬里62的材料。衬里62在纵向方向上的两个端侧上均包括盖部分61。当气体储存在衬里62中时,盖部分61中的每个盖部分起管的作用。在该实施方式中,取决于罐60内的氢气的填充量,罐60的外径在约1mm与约2mm之间变化。
罐60的加强层64是通过将树脂浸渍的纤维束绕着衬里62的表面缠绕而形成的层。加强层64被设置成提高罐60的强度。在该实施方式中,碳纤维被用作用于加强层64的纤维。
在该实施方式中,罐60包括具有筒形形状且形成在中央部分的筒形部11以及分别设置在筒形部11的两个端侧上的几乎半球形的穹顶部12。通常,由于加强层64在穹顶部12中的每个穹顶部的一部分中趋于变薄,因此筒形部11相比于穹顶部12趋于具有更高的强度。
图3至图5是用于车辆100的罐60的安装结构的视图。图3是用于车辆100的罐60的安装结构的立体图。图4示出了沿着图3中的线IV-IV截取的截面,并且图4是安装结构在罐60的筒形部11中的截面图。图5是沿着图3中的线V-V截取的截面,并且图5是安装结构在罐60的穹顶部12中的截面图。罐60的安装结构包括框架70、带80以及罐保护器90。
框架70是用于固定罐60的构件(参见图3)。在该实施方式中,框架70在罐60下方(在-Y轴方向侧上)沿着车辆100的前后方向(X轴方向)设置。在该实施方式中,两个框架70彼此平行地设置在罐60的筒形部11下方。
如图4中所示,在该实施方式中,框架70中的每个框架在前后方向(X轴方向)上的两个端部分别由支架22和螺栓21紧固至车辆100的底部20的下表面。在该实施方式中,框架70的中央部分沿着罐60的形状弯曲并具有向下凹陷的形状。
带80是在带80与框架70夹置罐60的状态下固定罐60的构件,并且带80根据罐60的膨胀或收缩而变形(参见图3)。在该实施方式中,带80中的每个带设置在罐60的筒形部11的上侧(+Y轴方向侧),且具有在车辆100的前后方向(X轴方向)上延伸的形状。在该实施方式中,两个带80设置成彼此平行。在该实施方式中,带80沿着罐60的周向弯曲。
如图4中所示,在该实施方式中,带80中的每个带在车辆100的后侧(-X轴方向侧)上的端部借助于铰接件82和螺栓83固定至框架70。此外,带80中的每个带在车辆100的前侧(+X方向侧)上的端部在使用弹簧84向罐60施加压力的同时由螺栓83固定至框架70。通过这种结构,带80在带80与框架70夹置罐60的状态下固定罐60,并且带80根据罐60的膨胀或收缩而变形。在该实施方式中,带80由金属制成,但其可以由其他材料比如碳纤维树脂、玻璃纤维树脂、皮革、帆布、以及绳索制成。
罐保护器90是保护罐60免受外力的构件。例如当车辆100碰撞时,外力被施加。罐保护器90设置在罐60的外侧上,并且还被固定至带80的外侧。罐保护器90可以被固定至带80的内侧,或者可以被固定至带80的内侧以及带80的外侧。在罐保护器90被固定至带80的内侧以及带80的外侧的情况下,使用两个罐保护器90。
从保护罐60的观点来看,当从车辆100的后方(-X轴方向侧)沿与X轴方向平行的方向观察时,优选的是罐60的与罐保护器90交叠的范围的比率为整个罐60的至少50%。当该比率为60%时是更优选的,并且70%的比率是甚至更优选的。同时,从罐保护器90的重量减轻的观点来看,优选的是罐60的与罐保护器90交叠的范围的比率为整个罐60的90%或更低,并且80%或更低的比率是更优选的。在该实施方式中,当从车辆100的后方(-X轴方向侧)沿与X轴方向平行的方向观察时,罐60的与罐保护器90交叠的范围的比率为整个罐60的70%或更高但不超过80%。
从保护罐60免受外力的观点来看,优选的是罐保护器90的剪切强度大于带80的剪切强度。在本申请文件中,剪切强度是指使用具有相同尺寸的冲头穿透构件所需的载荷。剪切强度与构件的厚度成比例。在该实施方式中,罐保护器90由与带80的材料相同的金属制成。由于罐保护器90比带80厚,因此罐保护器90的剪切强度大于带80的剪切强度。罐保护器90的材料不限于金属,并且可以是其他材料,比如碳纤维树脂和聚碳酸酯。
如图4中所示,在该实施方式中,罐保护器90由螺栓92、93在两个位置处固定至带80中的每个带。用于罐保护器90的固定方法不限于螺栓,而是可以例如在罐保护器90与带80之间进行焊接。在该实施方式中,罐保护器90固定至带80的并非是在前后方向(X轴方向)上的端部的部分。在该实施方式中,从限制设置在上侧上的螺栓92与底部20接触的观点来看,罐保护器90的设置有螺栓92的部分比罐保护器90的剩余部分薄。然而,本发明不限于此。例如,罐保护器90的设置有螺栓92的部分可以具有与罐保护器90的剩余部分的厚度相同的厚度。
如图3中所示,在该实施方式中,罐保护器90由三个构件制成。具体地,罐保护器90包括设置在中央的中央构件95以及相应地设置在中央构件95的两个端部侧上的两个端部构件96。中央构件95是设置在罐60的筒形部11的外侧上的构件。端部构件96是分别设置在罐60的穹顶部分12的外侧上的构件。在该实施方式中,中央构件95与端部构件96中的每个端部构件通过焊接接合至彼此。此外,中央构件95与端部构件96中的每个端部构件的交叠部分具有焊接所需的宽度(例如,在约1cm与2cm之间),并且中央构件95未到达罐保护器90的两个端部。以此方式,加强了端部构件96中的每个端部构件与中央构件95之间的连接部分的刚性。因此,可以限制由车辆100在前后方向(X轴方向)上的振动引起的端部构件96的拍打弹性变形。端部构件96与中央构件95可以经由其端部表面焊接至彼此。
在该实施方式中,端部构件96中的每个端部构件的厚度大于中央构件95的厚度。“厚度”是指夹置构件的平坦部分的一对平板之间的距离。因此,具有相对较低的强度的穹顶部12相应地由端部构件96选择性地保护。与此同时,通过将中央构件95的厚度减小成小于端部构件96的厚度,减轻了罐保护器90的重量。本发明不限于此,并且中央构件95可以具有与端部构件96的厚度相同的厚度,或者中央构件95可以比端部构件96厚。罐保护器90可以由例如单一构件而不是三个构件制成。
在该实施方式中,罐保护器90设置在罐60的后侧(-X轴方向侧)上。以此方式,罐保护器90能够保护罐60免受来自车辆100的后侧的外力。本发明不限于此,并且罐保护器90可以设置在罐60的前侧(+X轴方向侧)上。在罐保护器90设置在罐60的外力可能被施加的部分的前侧上时,罐保护器90能够有效地保护罐60。
在该实施方式中,当从车辆100的宽度方向(Z轴方向)观察罐保护器90时,罐保护器90沿着罐60的表面弯曲。因此,限制了罐保护器90在宽度方向(Z轴方向)上弯曲。
另外,如图3中所示,在该实施方式中,罐保护器90的中央构件95的上端(+Y轴方向侧上的端部)与端部构件96中的每个端部构件的上端处于相同的高度处。如图4中所示,罐保护器90的上端位于罐60的表面P1上方。表面P1位于水平面S1上方关于中央轴线CX的45°的角度处。水平面S1穿过罐60的中央轴线CX。因此,即使当罐60接受在罐保护器90上方的从车辆100的后侧(-X轴方向侧)至前侧(+X轴方向侧)的外力时,外力中的超过一半的外力沿着罐60的表面被避免。
此外,如图3中所示,在该实施方式中,罐保护器90的端部构件96中的每个端部构件的下端定位成低于罐保护器90的中央构件95的下端。因此,可以加强对强度小于罐60中的筒形部11的强度的穹顶部12的保护。
如图5中所示,在该实施方式中,罐保护器90的端部构件96中的每个端部构件的下端位于罐的表面P3下方。表面P3位于水平面S1下方关于中央轴线CX的45°的角度处。水平面S1穿过罐60的中央轴线CX。因此,即使当罐60接受在罐保护器90下方的从车辆100的后侧(-X轴方向侧)至前侧(+X轴方向侧)的外力时,外力中的超过一半的外力沿着罐60的表面被避免。
如上所述,在根据该实施方式的罐60的安装结构中,罐保护器90被固定至带80。因此,当罐60的尺寸有变化或者罐60收缩时,带80和罐保护器90是与罐60同步的,并且因此可以限制罐60与罐保护器90之间的间隙的扩大。结果是,间隙保持最小化,并且因此可以限制比如大石头的外物陷入该间隙中。特别地,在比如车辆的可移动体的情况下,比如大石头的外物在可移动体移动时可以进入该可移动体。然而,通过根据该实施方式的罐60的安装结构,可以限制这种外物陷入罐60与罐保护器90之间的间隙中。此外,由于限制了罐60与罐保护器90之间的间隙的扩大,因此可以容易地解决由间隙产生的噪音。
B.其他实施方式
在前述实施方式中,框架70设置在罐60的下侧(-X轴方向侧)上,并且带80设置在罐60的上侧(+X轴方向侧)上。然而,本发明不限于此。例如,框架70可以设置在罐60的上侧(+X轴方向侧)上,并且带80可以设置在罐60的下侧(-X轴方向侧)上。
在前述实施方式中,作为罐60的安装结构,安装罐60的车辆100被作为示例来描述。然而,本发明不限于此。例如,本发明可以用在除车辆之外的可移动体中,该可移动体使用根据该实施方式的罐60的安装结构。此外,罐60的安装结构可以用在固定装置中。通过在罐60的可能从外部被施加冲击的一部分的外侧上设置罐保护器90,可以有效地保护罐60。
在上述实施方式中,弹簧84允许带80根据罐60的膨胀或收缩而变形。然而,本发明不限于此,并且可以使用比如橡胶的其他弹性体代替弹簧84,并且带80本身可以由比如树脂的弹性材料制成。
在前述实施方式中,带80中的每个带与罐保护器90的中央构件95通过螺栓92、93固定至彼此。然而,本发明不限于此,并且带80与罐保护器90的端部构件96可以通过螺栓分别固定。因此,由于端部构件96比中央构件95厚,罐保护器90更可靠地被固定至带80。
本发明不限于这些实施方式,并且可以在不背离本发明的主旨的情况下以各种构造实施。例如,各实施方式中的与在发明内容中描述的各个方面中的技术特征对应的技术特征可以适当地替换或组合,以实现效果中的部分效果或全部效果。除非技术特征在本申请文件中被描述为必要的,否则可以适当地删除这些技术特征。

Claims (8)

1.一种罐的安装结构,其特征在于包括:
框架,所述框架构造成固定所述罐;
带,所述带构造成在所述带与所述框架将所述罐夹置的状态下固定所述罐,并且所述带根据所述罐的膨胀或收缩而变形;以及
罐保护器,所述罐保护器构造成固定至所述带的内侧或者所述带的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罐的安装结构,其特征在于,
所述罐保护器包括中央构件和端部构件,所述中央构件设置在作为所述罐的筒形的部分的筒形部的外侧上,并且所述端部构件分别设置在穹顶部的外侧上,所述穹顶部分别位于所述罐的所述筒形部的两个端侧上;以及
所述端部构件比所述中央构件厚。
3.根据上述权利要求1或2所述的罐的安装结构,其特征在于,所述罐保护器的剪切强度大于所述带的剪切强度。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的罐的安装结构,其特征在于,所述罐的安装结构构造成使得在通过使用弹性体向所述罐施加压力的同时将所述带的端部固定至所述框架。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的罐的安装结构,其特征在于,所述带由金属制成。
6.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的罐的安装结构,其特征在于,所述带由弹性树脂材料制成。
7.根据权利要求2至6中的任一项所述的罐的安装结构,其特征在于,所述罐保护器的所述端部构件中的每个端部构件的下端定位成比所述罐保护器的所述中央构件的下端低。
8.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的罐的安装结构。
