本发明公开了一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯,包括外壳,外壳的内壁固定连接有排线框,排线框一端固定连接有近光灯,排线框中间部分固定连接有远光灯,排线框远离近光灯的一端固定连接有转动支架,转动支架顶部固定连接有电动旋转台电动旋转台底部固定连接有上转动柱,上转动柱远离电动旋转台的一端贯穿转动支架并与转动支架转动连接,本发明能够照明车身两侧,方便野外驾驶及下车时观察车身两侧环境情况,并且车灯设置合理,能有效缩减前照灯占用空间,增加车头的设计空间,增强设计感。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车前照灯技术领域,具体为一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯。
背景技术
汽车前照灯是指装于汽车头部两侧,用于夜间行车道路的照明装置,有两灯制和四灯制之分,前照灯的照明效果直接影响夜间行车驾驶的操作和交通安全,为保证行车安全,要使驾驶员能辨明车前100m以内路面上的任何障碍物,要求汽车远光灯的照明距离大于100m,这个数据是依据汽车的行驶速度而定的,随着现代汽车行驶速度的提高,照明距离的要求会有所增大,汽车近光灯的照明距离在50m左右,位置的要求主要是照亮照明距离内的整段路面和不得偏离路面两点。目前市场上的汽车智能照明前方和后方,对于汽车两侧无法起到照明效果,野外行驶停车时通常不方便观察车身两侧的路况,对下车造成不便,并且前照灯占用空间较大,影响车头的设计感。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯,解决了目前市场上的汽车智能照明前方和后方,对于汽车两侧无法起到照明效果,野外行驶停车时通常不方便观察车身两侧的路况,对下车造成不便,并且前照灯占用空间较大,影响车头的设计感的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯,包括外壳,所述外壳的内壁固定连接有排线框,所述排线框一端固定连接有近光灯,所述排线框中间部分固定连接有远光灯,所述排线框远离近光灯的一端固定连接有转动支架,所述转动支架顶部固定连接有电动旋转台,所述电动旋转台底部固定连接有上转动柱,所述上转动柱远离电动旋转台的一端贯穿转动支架并与转动支架转动连接,所述上转动柱远离电动旋转台的一端固定连接有雾灯,所述雾灯远离上转动柱的一端固定连接有下转动柱,所述下转动柱远离雾灯的一端插入转动支架内部并与转动支架转动连接,所述外壳靠近雾灯的一侧固定连接有照明壳,所述外壳一侧位于照明壳内部的一侧开设有灯孔,所述外壳内壁固定连接有转向灯,所述转向灯远离外壳的一端与排线框固定连接。
优选的,所述照明壳包括挡光上壳,所述挡光上壳底部固定连接有挡光下壳,所述挡光上壳和挡光下壳一侧均开设有散光孔,所述散光孔内壁固定连接有散光玻璃,所述挡光上壳选用不透明塑料制成,所述挡光下壳选用透明塑料制成,所述挡光上壳和挡光下壳一端均为球形设计并且内壁涂有反光涂层。
优选的,所述排线框内壁固定连接有排线挡板,所述排线框内壁底部开设有排线孔。
优选的,所述外壳与排线框之间固定连接有填充物,所述填充物靠近雾灯的一侧开设有弧形凹槽。
优选的,所述雾灯包括灯罩,所述灯罩底部固定连接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆位于灯罩内部的部分固定连接有照明灯。
优选的,所述外壳位于照明壳内部的部分涂有反光涂层。
优选的,所述灯孔的大小与雾灯的大小相适配,所述灯孔内部固定连接漏斗防护框。
优选的,所述转向灯靠近外壳的一侧贯穿外壳并延伸至外壳外部,所述转向灯为U形并包围在远光灯和雾灯外侧,所述转向灯与外壳密封连接。
优选的,所述外壳与照明壳和填充物之间均密封连接。
优选的,所述外壳为PC或PMMA。
本发明提供了一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯。具备以下有益效果:
(1)该一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯,通过排线框远离近光灯的一端固定连接有转动支架,所述转动支架顶部固定连接有电动旋转台,所述电动旋转台底部固定连接有上转动柱,所述上转动柱远离电动旋转台的一端贯穿转动支架并与转动支架转动连接,所述上转动柱远离电动旋转台的一端固定连接有雾灯,所述雾灯远离上转动柱的一端固定连接有下转动柱,所述下转动柱远离雾灯的一端插入转动支架内部并与转动支架转动连接,所述外壳靠近雾灯的一侧固定连接有照明壳,所述外壳一侧位于照明壳内部的一侧开设有灯孔,雾灯可通过电动旋转台转动至灯孔位置并通过电动伸缩杆推动送至照明壳内部,达到了方便对汽车两侧实现照明的作用。
(2)该一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯,通过外壳内壁固定连接有转向灯,所述转向灯远离外壳的一端与排线框固定连接,所述转向灯靠近外壳的一侧贯穿外壳并延伸至外壳外部,所述转向灯为U形并包围在远光灯和雾灯外侧,所述转向灯与外壳密封连接,将雾灯与远近光灯放在一起并将转向灯设计在前照灯的空余部位,减小前照灯占用空间,达到了缩减前照灯占用空间,增加车头可设计范围,增强车头设计感的目的。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯,包括外壳1,外壳1的内壁固定连接有排线框2,排线框2一端固定连接有近光灯3,排线框2中间部分固定连接有远光灯4,排线框2远离近光灯3的一端固定连接有转动支架5,转动支架5顶部固定连接有电动旋转台6,电动旋转台6底部固定连接有上转动柱7,上转动柱7远离电动旋转台6的一端贯穿转动支架5并与转动支架5转动连接,上转动柱7远离电动旋转台6的一端固定连接有雾灯8,雾灯8远离上转动柱7的一端固定连接有下转动柱9,下转动柱9远离雾灯8的一端插入转动支架5内部并与转动支架5转动连接,电动旋转台6可通过上转动柱7和下转动柱9带动雾灯8在转动支架5内部转动,外壳1靠近雾灯8的一侧固定连接有照明壳10,外壳1一侧位于照明壳10内部的一侧开设有灯孔11,外壳1内壁固定连接有转向灯12,转向灯12远离外壳1的一端与排线框2固定连接。
照明壳10包括挡光上壳101,挡光上壳102底部固定连接有挡光下壳102,挡光上壳101和挡光下壳102一侧均开设有散光孔103,散光孔103内壁固定连接有散光玻璃104,挡光上壳101选用不透明塑料制成,所挡光下壳102选用透明塑料制成,挡光上壳101和挡光下壳102一端均为球形设计并且内壁涂有反光涂层。
排线框2内壁固定连接有排线挡板21,排线框2内壁底部开设有排线孔22。
外壳1与排线框2之间固定连接有填充物13,填充物13靠近雾灯8的一侧开设有弧形凹槽14。
雾灯8包括灯罩81,灯罩81底部固定连接有电动伸缩杆82,电动伸缩杆82位于灯罩81内部的部分固定连接有照明灯83,电动伸缩杆82可将照明灯83经过灯孔11推入照明壳10内部,通过挡光上壳101内壁和外壳1上涂有的反光涂层将光从挡光下壳102和散光孔103中散射出去起到照明作用。
外壳1位于照明壳10内部的部分涂有反光涂层。
灯孔11的大小与雾灯8的大小相适配,灯孔11内部固定连接漏斗防护框15。
转向灯12靠近外壳1的一侧贯穿外壳1并延伸至外壳1外部,转向灯12为U形并包围在远光灯4和雾灯8外侧,转向灯12与外壳1密封连接。
外壳1与照明壳10和填充物13之间均密封连接。
外壳1为PC或PMMA。
工作时,电动旋转台6带动上转动柱7转动,上转动柱7带动雾灯8转动,雾灯8带动下转动柱9在转动支架5内部转动,当雾灯8内部的照明灯83对准灯孔11时电动旋转台6停止转动,电动伸缩杆82的活塞杆推动照明灯83经过灯孔11插入照明壳10内部,照明灯83发射的光经过照射在挡光上壳101和外壳1上的反光涂层上,经过反光涂层反射后从挡光下壳102和散光孔103中发射到外部实现照明效果。

照明灯(83)发射的光经过照射在挡光上壳(101)和外壳(1)上的反光涂层上,经过反光涂层反射后从挡光下壳(102)和散光孔(103)中发射到外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于野外照明的汽车前照灯,其特征在于:所述排线框(2)内壁固定连接有排线挡板(21),所述排线框(2)内壁底部开设有排线孔(22)。
