Description

Method for cultivating oil peony
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural planting, and particularly relates to a cultivation method of oil peonies.
Background
The oil peony is a peony variety with high seed yield, high oil content and high effective components, the peony seed oil of the oil peony has superior quality, has the functions of health preservation and health care, oxidation resistance, inflammation diminishing and the like, and is approved as a new resource food by the Ministry of health. However, in the process of cultivating the peony for oil, because the planting is limited by seasons, the peony can only be sown or planted in autumn every year, the oil-product economic tree species which grow periodically on a large scale is difficult to develop, and the yield of the peony seed oil is limited.
The Chinese patent application with the publication number of CN107047047A discloses a planting and cultivating method of oil peonies, which mainly comprises a cultivation technology and a management method; the cultivation technology comprises the following steps: selecting a planting land and B: young seedlings; the management method comprises the following steps: fertilization and b: water irrigation and drainage c: illumination and temperature management, d: hoeing and modifying; selecting a planting land, namely selecting soil with a relatively flat surface, a large enough range and a nursery land as sandy soil, wherein the pH value is about 6.5-8.0, the soil layer is thick and solid, and the sunlight is sufficient; according to the planting and cultivating method of the oil peony, fine cultivation and maintenance are carried out at each stage of planting of the oil peony seedlings, the survival rate of each stage of the oil peony seedlings is fully guaranteed, and economic loss is reduced; the practicability is strong, and the popularization and the use are easy. However, the patent is sowing and seedling raising in the field, is greatly influenced by natural factors and has low survival rate.
Chinese patent application publication No. CN108040845A discloses a seedling raising method of oil peony seeds, comprising the following steps: (1) collecting and processing seeds, (2) accelerating the root of the seeds and culturing, (3) accelerating the germination and raising the seedlings of the seeds, (4) transplanting and managing at a later stage. The seedling raising method of the oil peony seeds can effectively break the somnolence of the peony seeds, and is high in rooting and germination rate, high in germination speed, simple and convenient to operate and suitable for large-scale popularization. However, the young and tender fibrous roots are easily damaged by two times of transplanting in the seedling raising process of the patent, and the development of plant roots is influenced due to the lack of nutrients in a matrix.

(2) sand storage treatment of seeds: disinfecting the seeds obtained in the step (1) by adopting a bactericide, taking out the seeds, and mixing the seeds with wet sand according to a weight ratio of 1:1, uniformly stirring, placing in a moisture-preserving and air-permeable plastic bag, placing at the temperature of 18-23 ℃ until seeds are exposed to the white, and starting sowing;
the bactericide is 800 times of solution of 70% thiophanate methyl wettable powder, and the disinfection time is 10 min;
(3) sowing: at the beginning of 9 months, pre-filling a substrate into the non-woven fabric seedling raising bags, enabling the substrate to be 2cm away from the upper edges of the non-woven fabric seedling raising bags, screening out the seeds stored in the step (2) by using window gauze, preventing the seeds from damaging young and tender root tips, then placing 3 seeds in each non-woven fabric seedling raising bag, enabling the distance between the seeds to be 3.2cm, covering the substrate again, enabling the substrate to be 1cm away from the upper edges of the non-woven fabric seedling raising bags, finally placing the non-woven fabric seedling raising bags in a phytotron, enabling each bed to be 1m wide and enabling the distance between the beds to be 40cm, and timely watering and permeating water after sowing;
the matrix is prepared from grass carbon, vermiculite and garden soil according to the volume ratio of 1: 2: 0.5, the particle size of the vermiculite is 1-3 mm;
the diameter of the non-woven fabric seedling raising bag is 16 cm;
(4) seedling stage management: in 9-11 months after sowing, keeping the temperature at 20-25 ℃ in the daytime and 13-16 ℃ at night, spraying water every day in the first 10 days after sowing to ensure that the water content of the matrix is 90% -95%, keeping the matrix moist and the air humidity is 85-95%, and then watering once a week to permeate water to root the seeds;
keeping the average daily temperature at 0-4 deg.C in 12-1 month, watering if the matrix is too dry, keeping the matrix wet but not wet, and keeping the water content of the matrix at 60-75%;
in the second 2 months, keeping the temperature at 18-22 ℃ in the daytime and 8-12 ℃ at night, and taking out the seeds to sprout;
in 2-5 months, keeping the temperature at 20-25 ℃ in the daytime and 10-15 ℃ at night, allowing the substrate to be dry and wet and the air humidity to be 50-60%, applying the nutrient solution once every week, allowing the plants to grow rapidly, and removing weeds in time;
the nutrient solution is cake fertilizer water with the mass concentration of 12%;
shading treatment is carried out in 6-8 months, the shading rate is 50%, ventilation is carried out, plants are enabled to grow robustly, and the bactericide is sprayed once a week;
the bactericide is 800 times of solution of 70% thiophanate methyl wettable powder, or the bactericide is 500 times of solution of 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder and 0.1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution in a weight ratio of 1: 1.5;
before transplanting in the middle ten days of 9-10 months, keeping the temperature at 20-25 ℃ in the daytime, and keeping the substrate dry and wet at night along with the external natural temperature, wherein the air humidity is 48-55%.
