Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of short waterproof life, difficult construction and the like of the existing waterproof technology, the invention provides a drainage waterproof task for leakage water flow by utilizing the surface characteristics of hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of a substance.
The invention is completed in the following way:
a split type drainage waterproof system comprises a plurality of waterproof boards 1 which are spliced with each other, wherein the bottom surfaces of the waterproof boards 1 are hydrophobic surfaces; drainage piece 4 is installed to concatenation department between waterproof board 1, and 4 both sides of drainage piece are hydrophilic face 6, and 6 the least of hydrophilic face is less than 1 bottom surfaces of waterproof board, and 4 bottom both sides of drainage piece are connected with escape canal 3, 3 intercommunication drainage system in escape canal.
In a further improvement, the upper part of the drainage element 4 is made of hydrophilic material or the outer surface is coated with hydrophilic substance to form a hydrophilic surface 6.
In a further improvement, the top of the drainage piece 4 is connected with a flat plate 5, and the bottom surface of the flat plate 5 is attached to the top surface of the waterproof plate 1.
In a further improvement, the upper part of the drainage piece 4 is provided with a hydrophilic surface 6; the lower part of the drainage piece 4 is a non-hydrophilic surface, and the drainage piece 4 and the flat plate 5 form a hydrophilic drainage piece 2.
In a further improvement, the drainage member 4 of the hydrophilic drainage member 2 and the drainage ditch 3, the drainage member 4 and the flat plate 5 are processed into a whole; or the drainage piece 4 and the drainage ditch 3 of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 are separately processed, the drainage ditch 3 is directly placed under the drainage piece 4 through bayonet connection or pin-hole interface connection or welding during installation, the drainage piece 4 and the flat plate 5 are separately processed, the drainage piece 4 and the flat plate 5 are connected through bayonet connection or pin-hole interface connection during installation, or holes are processed above the drainage piece 4, and the straight rod penetrates through the holes to hang the drainage piece 4 on the waterproof plate 1 to replace the flat plate 5.
In a further improvement, the drainage element 4 is made of hydrophilic material or is externally coated with a hydrophilic surface 6 made of hydrophilic substance.
In a further improvement, the hydrophilic surface 6 is made of a hydrophilic material which has uniform texture and is easy to deform under stress, such as sponge or fiber products.
In a further improvement, the hydrophilic surface of the material with uniform texture and easy deformation under force is made of hydrophilic sponge or fiber products.
In a further improvement, the bottom of the hydrophilic surface 6 is a concave or convex hydrophilic arc, V-shaped or U-shaped curved surface 7; the highest point or vertex of the hydrophilic arc-shaped curved surface 7 is lower than the bottom surface of the waterproof board 1. The arc-shaped curved surface 7 can also be processed into a downward convex curved surface, an inclined plane, an arc line, a curve or an oblique line and the like; the curved surface 7 may also be formed as a downwardly opening semi-arc, semi-V, semi-U shaped surface, bevel, arc, curve or diagonal, to allow the leakage stream to flow along the continuously downwardly extending hydrophilic material.
Further improved, the upper edge of the hydrophilic drainage piece or the flow guide piece 2 is directly clung to the hydrophobic back water surface of the water outlet of the waterproof board [1 ].
The further improvement is that the periphery of the upper surface of the waterproof board 1 or all the surfaces of the waterproof board 1 are processed into surfaces without infiltration or hydrophobicity, so that the waterproof board 1 is prevented from being eroded by water flow.
Further improvement, process drainage 2 and escape canal 3 for the components of a whole that can function independently structure, the lateral wall processing that will thicken waterproof board 1 can freely put the horizontal notch 8 in escape canal 3, puts escape canal 3 in the horizontal notch 8 under drainage 2.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the method solves the technical difficulty of the existing waterproof engineering, so that the waterproof engineering is developed from strict and completely closed waterproof to a blocking and dredging combination mode, and the engineering construction difficulty and the production cost are greatly reduced.
2. The waterproof paint has low requirements on construction sites, processes and weather, has long waterproof period, does not generate harmful substances in the construction process, is an environment-friendly industry, and meets the requirement of environmental protection.
3. It can be produced by standardized section bar or prefabricated member with existing material, and can be used in various projects needing waterproof treatment.
Detailed Description
Example 1
The principle that water flow can be well adsorbed, soaked and flowed in hydrophilic substances or on the surfaces of the hydrophilic substances and is difficult to adsorb, soak and flow in hydrophobic substances or on the surfaces of the hydrophobic substances is fully utilized, waterproof parts with good self waterproof performance and hydrophobic surfaces are erected and then are closely spliced together, hydrophilic drainage pieces are arranged among drainage interfaces of the waterproof parts, drainage ditches are machined or arranged below the hydrophilic drainage pieces and below the hydrophobic parts, and seepage water flow drained by the hydrophilic drainage pieces is drained into a drainage system through the drainage ditches.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 1, 2, and 4, the periphery of the back surface of a waterproof board 1 with good self-waterproof performance is processed into a hydrophobic surface, the hydrophobic surface is erected by a pillar or a wall and then spliced together, a hydrophilic drainage member 4 of a hydrophilic drainage member 2 with a flat plate 5 and a drainage ditch 3 is tightly installed between the joints of the waterproof board 1, and the flat plate 5 is hung or tightly attached to the upper surface of the waterproof board 1 to prevent the hydrophilic drainage member 2 from falling off and prevent water leakage to a certain extent. After the hydrophilic drainage member 2 and the waterproof board 1 are installed, the upper surface of the waterproof board 1 is preferably sealed by concrete or other suitable sealing materials, so that rainwater leakage is prevented to the maximum extent. After water leaks from the interfaces of the waterproof board 1, the back surface of the waterproof board 1 is a hydrophobic surface, so that the leaked water is difficult to soak and adsorb on the hydrophobic surface of the back surface of the waterproof board 1, the leaked water is quickly soaked and adsorbed on the hydrophilic drainage piece 4, the leaked water can independently leave the waterproof board [1] and is drained to the drainage ditch 3, and finally the collected leaked water is drained into a drainage system through the drainage ditch 3.
The hydrophilic drainage piece 2 can also omit a flat plate [5], the hydrophilic drainage piece [4] is not arranged between the interfaces of the waterproof board [1], and the hydrophilic drainage piece [4] is directly clung to the hydrophobic back water surface of the water outlet of the waterproof board [1 ].
The distance between the upper edge of the drainage ditch 3 of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 and the flat plate 5 is larger than the thickness of the waterproof plate 1, so that the installation of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 is facilitated, and the drainage effect is not influenced, and the surfaces of the upper edges of the two sides of the drainage ditch 3, which are free of surface infiltration, prevent water flow from infiltrating from the side wall of the drainage ditch 3 and influence the waterproof effect.
The upper edge of the hydrophilic surface 6 on the two sides of the drainage piece 4 of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 can be in close contact with the side wall of the waterproof board 1, and the lower edge of the hydrophilic surface can be lower than the back water surface of the waterproof board 1, so that the hydrophilic surface 6 can drain the seepage water flow into the drainage ditch 3. When the drainage member 4 is a non-hydrophilic substance or a non-hydrophilic surface, the upper parts of the two sides of the drainage member 4 below the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic drainage member 2 can be processed into hydrophilic surfaces or hydrophilic surfaces 6 are adhered with hydrophilic substances, and the width of the hydrophilic surfaces 6 is larger than the thickness of the waterproof plate 1, as shown in fig. 4; or the hydrophilic surface 6 made of the hydrophilic material with uniform texture and easy deformation is used for wrapping the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 and the upper part of the drainage piece 4, and the tail end of the hydrophilic material with uniform texture and easy deformation is lower than the back water surface of the waterproof plate 1, as shown in figures 3 and 6; when the drainage member 4 is a hydrophilic material or surface, the drainage member 4 of the hydrophilic drainage member 2 can be directly and tightly installed between the two waterproof boards 1, so that the procedure of processing the hydrophilic surface or adhering the hydrophilic material is omitted, as shown in fig. 5.
In order to make the hydrophilic surface 6 tightly attached to the side surface of the waterproof board 1, the excessive leakage of rainwater from the interface of the waterproof board 1 is prevented, and the leakage water flow is completely drained to the drainage ditch 3, a material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as sponge or fiber product, can be added between the hydrophilic material taking the hydrophilic material as the hydrophilic surface 6 and the drainage piece 4, or the hydrophilic material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as hydrophilic sponge or fiber product, is directly taken as the hydrophilic surface 6.
The hydrophilic drainage piece 2 can be arranged around the waterproof board 1, or can be arranged only at the side of a drainage port of the waterproof board [1] needing drainage, and other ports are completely sealed or plugged to ensure that water liquid does not leak, or other drainage waterproof, open waterproof, diversion waterproof and novel waterproof modes are used for discharging leakage water into a drainage system.
A transverse opening capable of freely installing a hydrophilic drainage piece 2 is formed in the wall below the interface of the wall and the waterproof plate 1, the downward surface above the transverse opening is processed into a hydrophobic surface to be used as the bottom surface of the waterproof interface on the wall, and the phenomenon that seepage water flows downwards along the wall to affect the waterproof effect is prevented.
And processing a hydrophobic surface notch or cambered surface with a downward opening at the peripheral edge of the back water surface of the waterproof board 1 and the edge of the downward surface above the transverse opening of the wall, so as to prevent leakage water from flowing into the interface.
The drainage ditches 3 of the hydrophilic drainage pieces 2 can be connected by direct, three-way and four-way joints matched with the drainage ditches, so that leaked water flow is finally drained into a drainage system; or a larger main drainage ditch or a main drainage pipe with a larger opening water inlet can be arranged below the end of each drainage ditch 3 to drain the water flow discharged from the drainage ditch 3 into a drainage system, at this time, the end of the drainage ditch 3 is preferably processed into a downward curved surface without surface infiltration phenomenon, or a hydrophobic transverse groove or convex rib is processed on the lower surface of the end, or a hydrophilic drainage piece is hung on the end, so that the water flow of the drainage ditch 3 only can flow into the drainage system, but cannot flow freely at the end of the drainage ditch 3.
The drainage member 4 of the hydrophilic drainage member 2 and the drainage ditch 3 can be processed into a whole; the drainage ditch 3 can also be respectively processed and then connected through various bayonets, or connected through a pin-hole interface, or welded, or directly placed under the drainage piece 4.
The drainage piece 4 and the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 can be integrally processed, can be connected through various bayonets, can be connected through a pin hole interface, or can be welded, and holes can be processed above the drainage piece 4, and a straight rod penetrates through the holes to be hung on the waterproof plate 1 to replace the flat plate 5, so that the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 can be conveniently installed and maintained.
In some occasions without directly discharging the drained water flow into a designated drainage system, the drainage ditch [3] below the drainage piece [4] can be saved, and the hydrophilic drainage piece [4] directly discharges the leaked water flow, so that the water flow leaves the original waterproof board [1] and the wall.
Materials which are uniform in texture and easy to deform under stress, such as sponge or fiber products, can be filled between the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 and the waterproof plate 1 as well as the wall, so that the interfaces of the flat plate 5 and the waterproof plate 1 as well as the wall are more compact, and water leakage can be better prevented; or the back surface of the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2, the periphery of the upper surface of the waterproof plate 1 and the surface of the wall interface are processed into hydrophobic surfaces, the hydrophobic back surface of the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic drainage piece 2 is tightly attached to the periphery of the upper surface of the waterproof plate 1 and the hydrophobic surface of the wall interface, the hydrophobic surfaces tightly attached prevent water leakage, hydrophobic materials which are uniformly distributed in a homogeneous way and easily deformed under stress, such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber products, can be filled between the hydrophobic surfaces tightly attached, so that the interfaces of the flat plate 5, the waterproof plate 1 and the wall are more compact, and the water leakage can be better prevented.
In order to improve the waterproof performance of the waterproof system, all surfaces of the waterproof board [1] except the surface treatment needing hydrophilic treatment can be processed into surfaces without surface infiltration phenomenon or hydrophobicity, so that the waterproof board [1] is prevented from being eroded by water flow, and the service life of the waterproof system is prolonged.
When drainage piece 2 and escape canal 3 are for the components of a whole that can function independently structure, can thicken waterproof board 1 and freely put the horizontal notch 8 in escape canal 3 in lateral wall processing, during the installation directly with escape canal 3 place in the horizontal notch 8 under drainage piece 2 can. The hydrophobic upper surface of the transverse recess 8 is preferably flat and ramp-free. At this time, the waterproof board 1 may be processed into the hollow hole 9 to reduce the self weight of the waterproof board 1.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, the hydrophilic surface 6 in the embodiment 1 is replaced by the hydrophilic flow guide member 2 in the embodiment, and the structure is as follows:
referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the back surface of the water outlet of a waterproof board 1 with good self-waterproof performance is processed into a hydrophobic surface, the hydrophobic surface is erected by a support or a wall body and then is tightly spliced together, a hydrophilic flow guide part 2 with an arc-shaped curved surface 7 between two ends is tightly installed between the interfaces of the waterproof board 1, the narrowest part of the hydrophilic flow guide part 2 is larger than the thickness of the waterproof board 1, the hydrophilic flow guide part 2 is hung or tightly attached on the upper surface of the waterproof board 1 through a flat plate 5 at the upper part to prevent the hydrophilic flow guide part 2 from falling off and prevent water leakage to a certain extent, and a drainage ditch or a drainage pipe is installed under the lowest part of the hydrophilic flow guide part 2 to collect leaked water. After the hydrophilic diversion member 2 and the waterproof board 1 are installed, the upper surface of the waterproof board 1 is preferably sealed by concrete or other suitable sealing materials, so that rainwater leakage is prevented to the maximum extent. After water leaks from the interfaces of the waterproof board 1, because the water outlet back surface of the waterproof board 1 is a hydrophobic surface, the leaked water is difficult to soak and adsorb on the hydrophobic surface of the water outlet back surface of the waterproof board 1, the leaked water flows downwards after being quickly soaked and adsorbed on the hydrophilic diversion piece 2, and under the diversion effect of the arc-shaped curved surface 7, the leaked water finally drips into a drainage ditch or a drainage pipe right below after being guided to the lowest part of the hydrophilic diversion piece 2 and finally is drained into a drainage system.
The narrowest part of the hydrophilic flow guide part 2 is larger than the thickness of the waterproof board 1, so that the installation of the hydrophilic flow guide part 2 is facilitated, and the flow guide effect is not influenced.
The upper edges of the hydrophilic surfaces on the two sides of the hydrophilic flow guide piece 2 can be in close contact with the side wall of the waterproof board 1, and the highest position of the lower edge of the hydrophilic flow guide piece 2 is lower than the back water surface of the waterproof board 1, so that the hydrophilic flow guide piece 2 can guide leakage water flow to the lowest position.
The plate 5 above the hydrophilic baffle 2 can be replaced by a straight rod of suitable dimensions, as shown in figure 10. Or the flexible hydrophilic material can be wrapped on the upper part of the straight rod or the flat plate 5, then the two sides are sagged, and the edge is processed into a longitudinal arc curved surface 7 with a downward opening as the hydrophilic diversion member 2, as shown in fig. 11. The hydrophilic flow guide member 2 may also be a straight rod or a flat plate 5 passing through a hollow surface hydrophilic member having a straight upper portion and a longitudinal lower portion and having a downwardly opening curved surface 7, as shown in fig. 12.
In order to ensure that the hydrophilic diversion part 2 can be tightly attached to the side surface of the waterproof board 1, the excessive leakage of rainwater from the interface of the waterproof board 1 is prevented, and the leakage water flow can be completely guided to the lowest position by the hydrophilic diversion part 2, a material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as sponge or fiber products, can be added in the hydrophilic diversion part 2, or the hydrophilic diversion part 2 is directly processed by the hydrophilic material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as hydrophilic sponge or fiber products.
The flat plate 5 and the arc-shaped curved surface 7 of the hydrophilic diversion member 2 can be processed into a whole; the flat plate 5 and the arc-shaped curved surface 7 of the hydrophilic diversion part 2 can also be processed separately and then connected by a bayonet during installation; or a hole is processed above the hydrophilic flow guide part 2, and a straight rod passes through the hole to hang the hydrophilic flow guide part 2 on the waterproof board 1 to replace the flat plate 5.
The hydrophilic diversion piece 2 can be arranged around the waterproof board 1, or can be arranged only at the side of the drainage port of the waterproof board [1] needing drainage, and other ports are completely sealed or plugged to ensure that water liquid does not leak, or other drainage waterproof, open waterproof, diversion waterproof and novel waterproof modes are used for discharging leakage water into a drainage system.
A transverse opening capable of freely installing a hydrophilic flow guide piece 2 is formed in the wall below the interface of the wall and the waterproof board 1, and the downward surface above the transverse opening is processed into a hydrophobic surface, so that seepage water flow is prevented from flowing downwards along the wall to influence the waterproof effect.
A hydrophobic surface notch or an arc surface with a downward opening is processed at the edge of the back water surface of the water outlet of the waterproof board 1 and the edge of the downward surface above the transverse opening of the wall, so that the leakage water is prevented from flowing into the interface.
The hydrophilic diversion member 2 can be directly attached to the hydrophobic back surface of the water outlet of the waterproof board 1 without being installed between the joints of the waterproof board 1.
Holes can be processed above the hydrophilic flow guide pieces 2, and straight rods penetrate through the holes and are hung on the waterproof boards 1 to replace the flat plates 5, so that the hydrophilic flow guide pieces 2 are convenient to install and maintain.
The arc-shaped curved surface 7 between the two ends of the hydrophilic diversion part 2 can also be processed into a V-shaped curved surface, a U-shaped curved surface or an inclined surface with a downward opening, or processed into an arc line, a curve or an oblique line and the like; the arc-shaped curved surface 7 can also be processed into a downward convex curved surface, an inclined plane, an arc line, a curve or an oblique line and the like; the arc-shaped curved surface 7 can also be processed into a semi-arc shape, a semi-V shape, a semi-U-shaped curved surface, an inclined plane, an arc line, a curve or an oblique line and the like with downward openings, so that the leakage water flow can flow along the hydrophilic material which continuously extends downwards, and the leakage water flow can automatically leave the waterproof board [1 ].
Materials which are uniform in texture and easy to deform under stress, such as sponge or fiber products, can be filled between the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic flow guide piece 2 and the waterproof plate 1 as well as the wall, so that the interfaces of the flat plate 5 and the waterproof plate 1 as well as the wall are more compact, and water flow and sediment leakage can be better prevented; or the back water surface of the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic diversion piece 2, the water outlet on the upper surface of the waterproof plate 1 and the surface of the wall interface are processed into hydrophobic surfaces, the hydrophobic back water surface of the flat plate 5 of the hydrophilic diversion piece 2 is tightly attached to the water outlet on the upper surface of the waterproof plate 1 and the hydrophobic surface at the wall interface, the hydrophobic surfaces tightly attached prevent water leakage, and hydrophobic materials which are uniformly filled between the hydrophobic surfaces tightly attached and are easy to deform under stress, such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber products, so that the interfaces of the flat plate 5, the waterproof plate 1 and the wall are more compact, and the water leakage can be better prevented.
In order to improve the waterproof performance of the waterproof system, all the surfaces of the waterproof board [1] except the surface treatment with hydrophobicity are processed into surfaces without surface infiltration phenomenon or hydrophobic surface, so as to prevent the water flow from eroding the waterproof board [1] and prolong the service life of the waterproof system.
In the present application, the structure and material of the waterproof board 1 are not limited to those listed in the present application, and any one having the same waterproof function can be used regardless of the structure and material.
