Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of short waterproof life, difficult construction and the like of the existing integral waterproof technology, the invention provides a split type plugging waterproof task for plugging leaked water flow by utilizing the surface characteristics of substances.
The invention is completed in the following way:
a split type plugging waterproof system comprises a plurality of waterproof boards 1 which are spliced with each other, wherein more than one surface of the interface and the side wall of the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof board (1) with good self waterproof performance, which need to be plugged, is processed into a hydrophobic surface, waterproof sheets (2) which are singly or combined with the hydrophobic surface are spliced together, two hydrophobic surfaces are mutually and closely attached together in a face-to-face mode, or surface hydrophobic substances are fully and compactly filled between the two hydrophobic surfaces, or flexible materials with hydrophobic surfaces, uniform in texture and easy to deform under stress are filled between the two hydrophobic surfaces, so that water liquid is prevented from infiltrating or flowing between the hydrophobic surfaces which are closely attached, and a waterproof task is completed.
A split type plugging waterproof system comprises a plurality of waterproof boards 1 which are spliced with each other, wherein the lower surfaces of the waterproof boards 1 are hydrophobic surfaces, a waterproof sheet 2 is arranged below a splicing gap of the adjacent waterproof boards 1, and the upper surfaces of the waterproof sheets 2, which are tightly attached to the waterproof boards 1, are hydrophobic surfaces; the waterproof sheet 2 is installed on a load-bearing wall or a load-bearing plate.
In a further improvement, an elastic surface material is arranged below the splicing gap of the adjacent waterproof boards 1, a notch is formed at the position, corresponding to the splicing gap of the adjacent waterproof boards 1, of the elastic surface material, and the width of the notch is larger than that of the splicing gap; the recess is filled with a hydrophobic material to form the waterproof sheet 2.
In a further refinement, the hydrophobic material comprises hydrophobic fine sand, dust, and fiber products; the elastic face material is made of hydrophobic sponge or hydrophobic fiber products.
In a further improvement, a hydrophobic film or fiber product is added to the upper surface of the notch.
In a further improvement, the upper surface of the waterproof board 1, or the lower surface of the waterproof board 1 contacting with the bearing board or the lower part of the plugging waterproof sheet 2 is covered with anti-sticking fine sand, a film, soil or a fiber product to prevent the waterproof board 1 from being stuck with the upper and lower rigid structures.
The improved structure is characterized in that the side surface of the waterproof board 1 is a hydrophobic surface, and gaps among the waterproof boards 1 are densely filled with hydrophobic substances 3; the hydrophobic substance 3 extends to the upper surface of the flashing 1.
In a further improvement, a sheet 4 is covered or adhered on the hydrophobic substance 3.
In a further improvement, the sheet 4 is a flexible sheet.
In a further improvement, the waterproof sheet 2 is made of hydrophobic sponge or fiber products.
The waterproof board 1 is further improved in that steps 6 are processed on the side wall of the waterproof connector to be plugged to form a pit 5, the bottom surface and the side surface or both the bottom surface and the side surface of the pit 5 are processed into a hydrophobic surface, and then the surface hydrophobic substance 3 is densely filled in the pit 5, wherein the surface hydrophobic substance 3 can be a flexible material which is uniform in texture and easy to deform under stress.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the method solves the technical difficulty of the existing waterproof engineering, so that the waterproof engineering is developed from strict and completely closed waterproof to a blocking and dredging combination mode, and the engineering construction difficulty and the production cost are greatly reduced.
2. The waterproof paint has low requirements on construction sites, processes and weather, has long waterproof period, does not generate harmful substances in the construction process, is an environment-friendly industry, and meets the requirement of environmental protection.
3. It can be produced by standardized section bar or prefabricated member with existing material, and can be used in various projects needing waterproof treatment.
Detailed Description
Example 1: referring to fig. 1, the back surface of a waterproof board 1 with good self-waterproof performance, which is required to be plugged and waterproof at a joint, is processed into a hydrophobic surface, a plugging waterproof sheet 2 with a hydrophobic surface on the upper surface is tiled on a bearing wall or a bearing plate, the plugging waterproof sheet 2 is placed to ensure that the plugging waterproof sheet 2 can be sufficiently overlapped or coincided with each hydrophobic plugging waterproof surface of the back surface of the waterproof board 1, the hydrophobic back surface of the waterproof board 1 is pressed on the hydrophobic surface of the plugging waterproof sheet 2, the plugging waterproof sheet 2 is closely attached to the hydrophobic plugging waterproof surface of the back surface of the waterproof board 1, and water is prevented from infiltrating and flowing between the plugging waterproof sheet 2 and the hydrophobic plugging waterproof surface of the back surface of the waterproof board 1, so that a waterproof task is completed. After the plugging waterproof sheet 2 and the waterproof board 1 are installed, the upper surface of the waterproof board 1 is preferably sealed by concrete or other suitable sealing materials, so that water leakage is prevented to the maximum extent. So that water can only be discharged into the drainage system from the upper surface of the waterproof layer.
In this embodiment, in order to make the waterproof sealing sheet 2 and the hydrophobic waterproof sealing surface of the backside surface of the waterproof board 1 be tightly adhered together, a flexible film or fiber product with a hydrophobic surface may be used as the waterproof sealing sheet 2, and a flexible material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as sponge or fiber product, is installed under the hydrophobic flexible film or fiber product, so that each part of the hydrophobic flexible film or fiber product can be tightly adhered to the hydrophobic backside surface of the waterproof board 1. The hydrophobic flexible film or fiber product can be directly processed by hydrophobic materials, or can be processed by non-hydrophobic materials and then uniformly added or stuck with hydrophobic substances on the surface.
In this embodiment, in order to make the waterproof sealing sheet 2 and the hydrophobic waterproof sealing surface of the back surface of the waterproof board 1 sufficiently and closely adhere to each other, a flexible material having a hydrophobic surface and a uniform texture and easily deformed by a force, such as a hydrophobic sponge or a fabric, may be directly used as the waterproof sealing sheet 2.
In this embodiment, in order to make the plugging waterproof sheet 2 and the hydrophobic plugging waterproof surface on the back surface of the waterproof board 1 be tightly attached together, a flexible material such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber product with a uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, which has a notch in the middle, may be installed below the hydrophobic plugging waterproof surface on the back surface of the waterproof board 1, and the notch is refilled with a substance such as hydrophobic fine sand, dust, fiber product, etc. instead of the plugging waterproof sheet 2, so that the hydrophobic plugging waterproof surface on the back surface of the waterproof board 1 and the hydrophobic fine sand, dust, fiber product, etc. filled in the notch are tightly attached together. The flexible material with the middle notch and easy deformation under force, such as sponge or fiber product, may be hydrophilic or hydrophobic, but preferably has hydrophobic surface, and one layer of film or fiber product with hydrophobic surface may be added onto the notch of the flexible material with even texture and easy deformation under force, such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber product.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the waterproof board 1 from being displaced or cracked under the influence and driving of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the upper and lower rigid structures, a layer of anti-sticking fine sand, a thin film, soil, fiber products and the like may be covered on the upper surface of the waterproof board 1, the lower surface contacting with the bearing board, or the lower side of the plugging waterproof sheet 2, so as to prevent the waterproof board 1 from being stuck to the upper and lower rigid structures.
Example 2: referring to fig. 2, on the basis of example 1, the side of each waterproof board 1 to be blocked is processed into a hydrophobic surface, and before the upper surface of each waterproof board 1 is sealed with concrete or other suitable sealing materials, the hydrophobic sides of each waterproof board 1 to be blocked are fully and densely filled with hydrophobic materials 3, or the hydrophobic sides capable of being tightly attached are directly and tightly attached together, so as to further prevent water leakage.
In this embodiment, when the hydrophobic surface of the side of the waterproof board 1 can perform the waterproof task well, the hydrophobic waterproof construction work of the backside surface can be omitted.
In this embodiment, the hydrophobic material 3 may be a flexible material with a hydrophobic surface, which is even in texture and easy to deform under force, such as a fiber product, a hydrophobic sponge, a non-woven fabric, and the like.
Example 3: referring to fig. 3, based on the embodiment 2, in order to prevent the hydrophobic material 3 filled between the side interfaces of the two waterproof boards 1 from overflowing upwards in the future, a sheet 4 may be covered or adhered over the side interfaces of the two waterproof boards 1, and the sheet 4 is flexible, has good self-waterproof and anti-aging properties, and has good mechanical properties.
Example 4: referring to fig. 4, based on the embodiment 1, 2 or 3, the upper surface of the waterproof board 1 at the position where the waterproof interface is to be plugged is processed into a hydrophobic surface, after each waterproof board 1 is tightly spread on the bearing wall or the bearing plate, the plugging waterproof sheet 2 with the hydrophobic surface at the lower surface is tightly attached to the hydrophobic surface of the plugging waterproof interface of the waterproof board 1, the width of the plugging waterproof sheet 2 should be larger than the width of the gap between the waterproof boards 1 at the two sides and smaller than the width of the hydrophobic surface at the upper surface of the waterproof interface of the waterproof boards 1 at the two sides, the plugging waterproof sheet 2 is used to prevent the fine hydrophobic material 3 from falling from the interface of the waterproof board 1, and then the hydrophobic surfaces of the plugging waterproof sheet 2 and the waterproof interface of the waterproof board 1 are filled or placed with flexible materials with hydrophobic surface, such as fiber products, hydrophobic sponges, and easy to deform under stress, The width of the hydrophobic material 3 is larger than that of the plugging waterproof sheet 2, and the hydrophobic material 3 is tightly attached to the hydrophobic surface of the upper surface of the waterproof interface of the waterproof board 1.
In this embodiment, the plugging waterproof sheet 2 may be made of a material with good mechanical properties. The lower surface may not be machined to be a hydrophobic surface.
In this embodiment, both the upper and lower surfaces of the waterproof sealing sheet 2 may be made hydrophobic.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the production cost, the blocking waterproof sheet 2 with the hydrophobic lower surface may be made of a flexible film or a fiber product, so that the blocking waterproof sheet 2 can be sufficiently adhered to the hydrophobic blocking waterproof surface on the upper surface of the waterproof board 1, and the filling or placing of the hydrophobic material 3 on the blocking waterproof sheet 2 is omitted. And a flexible material with even texture and easy deformation under stress, such as hydrophobic sponge, non-woven fabric or fiber product, can be put on the plugging waterproof sheet 2, or the plugging waterproof sheet 2 with the hydrophobic lower surface is directly processed by the flexible material with even texture and easy deformation under stress.
In this embodiment, when the hydrophobic material 3 is a flexible material with uniform surface hydrophobicity and easy deformation under stress, such as a strong hydrophobic sponge, a non-woven fabric, a fiber product, etc., with better overall mechanical properties, the hydrophobic material 3 can be directly and closely attached to the hydrophobic surface on the upper surface of the waterproof board 1, and the waterproof plugging sheet 2 is omitted.
In this embodiment, when the upper surface of the waterproof board 1 has a flexible material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as a hydrophobic film, a non-woven fabric or a fiber product, as the plugging waterproof sheet 2, or a flexible material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as a film or a fiber product, is placed on the plugging waterproof sheet 2, in order to make the plugging waterproof sheet 2 sufficiently and tightly adhere to each part of the hydrophobic plugging waterproof surface on the upper surface of the waterproof board 1, a flexible material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as a sponge or a fiber product or a non-woven fabric, can be placed on the plugging waterproof sheet 2; or when the flexible material with even texture and easy deformation under stress, such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber product and non-woven fabric, is directly used as the plugging waterproof sheet 2, then the weight is evenly placed on the flexible material with even texture and easy deformation under stress, such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber product and non-woven fabric, or the flexible material with even texture and easy deformation under stress, such as sponge or fiber product and non-woven fabric, is vertically compressed to the waterproof board 1 and then is hardened by cementing material, such as concrete, and the like, so as to maintain the pressure.
In this embodiment, when the waterproof sheet 1 has a surface made of a flexible material having uniform texture and easily deformed by a force, such as a hydrophobic sponge or a fiber product and a nonwoven fabric, as the waterproof sheet 2 or a flexible material having uniform texture and easily deformed by a force, such as a hydrophobic sponge or a fiber product and a nonwoven fabric, is placed outside the waterproof sheet 2, protective plates with better mechanical property and even stress can be arranged on two surfaces of the interface of the hydrophobic surface of the waterproof plate 1, the protective plates are used for clamping flexible materials with even texture and easy deformation under stress, such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber products and non-woven fabrics, and then are fastened by bayonets, or the protective plate is punched and fastened by screws and carries out waterproof sealing on the screw holes, and the protective plate vertically compresses flexible materials with even texture and easy deformation under stress, such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber products and non-woven fabrics, to the surface of the waterproof plate 1, so that each part of the plugging waterproof sheet 2 can be fully and tightly attached to the hydrophobic surface of the waterproof plate 1. When only one side of the waterproof board 1 is provided with the flexible material which is uniform in texture and easy to deform under stress, such as the hydrophobic sponge or the fiber product and the non-woven fabric, the protective board which is not provided with the flexible material which is uniform in texture and easy to deform under stress, such as the hydrophobic sponge or the fiber product and the non-woven fabric, is changed into a gasket or a cross bar matched with a bayonet or a screw, and the protective board on one side is omitted.
Example 5: referring to fig. 5, based on the embodiment 4, in order to move the hydrophobic material 3 on the upper surfaces of the two waterproof boards 1 outwards at a later date, a sheet 4 wider than the hydrophobic material 3 may be covered or adhered above the joint of the two waterproof boards 1, and the sheet 4 is preferably flexible, has good self-waterproof and anti-aging properties, and has good mechanical properties.
Example 6: with reference to fig. 6, based on the foregoing embodiment, the waterproof board 1 may be thickened, the step 6 is formed on the sidewall of the waterproof interface of the waterproof board 1 to be plugged, the two steps 6 are spliced to form the pit 5, the bottom, the side, or both the bottom and the side of the pit 5 are first processed into a hydrophobic surface, and then the pit 5 is densely filled with the surface hydrophobic substance 3, wherein the surface hydrophobic substance 3 is preferably a flexible material such as sponge or fiber product which is uniform in texture and easily deformed by force. In order to prevent the hydrophobic substance 3 from leaking, a sheet, a film, a fiber product, a nonwoven fabric, or the like, which is preferably made of a material having a constant sand property on the surface, may be placed on the bottom of the pit 5 as a whole to prevent the hydrophobic substance 3 from leaking.
On the basis of the embodiment, in order to improve the waterproof effect, the upper surface of the waterproof interface and the lower surface of the flexible sheet 4 which need to be plugged by the two waterproof boards 1 can be processed into hydrophobic surfaces, and the flexible sheet 4 is tightly attached to the hydrophobic upper surface of the waterproof interface 1 during installation, so that water infiltration and leakage are further prevented.
The plugging waterproof sheet 2 can be formed by pasting a hydrophobic flexible film or fiber product and non-woven fabric on a flexible material with uniform texture and easy deformation under stress, such as sponge or fiber product, or wrapping and processing the hydrophobic flexible film or fiber product and non-woven fabric on the surface with better mechanical property.
In the application, the upper and lower surfaces of the plugging waterproof sheet 2 can be processed into hydrophobic surfaces, and the part of the bearing wall or the bearing platform where the plugging waterproof sheet 2 is placed is processed into a hydrophobic surface, so that the hydrophobic surface of the bearing wall or the bearing platform is smooth, and the plugging waterproof technology can be used for local waterproof treatment. When the local waterproof treatment is carried out, only the part of the bearing wall or the bearing platform on which the plugging waterproof sheet 2 is placed at the periphery can be processed into a hydrophobic surface, and the surface hydrophobic treatment can not be carried out at the middle part.
In the application, the part of the bearing wall or the bearing platform at the position where the waterproof board 1 is placed and needs to be plugged and waterproof is processed into a hydrophobic surface, and the plugging waterproof sheet 2 is omitted, so that the plugging type waterproof performance is better applied to local waterproof.
In the present application, when the local waterproofing treatment is performed, the whole load-bearing wall or load-bearing platform subjected to the local waterproofing treatment may be processed into a hydrophobic surface, and simultaneously, the whole bonding surface of the waterproof board 1 may be processed into a hydrophobic surface, or a hydrophobic material such as hydrophobic sponge or fiber product and non-woven fabric, which is uniformly filled between the whole hydrophobic surface and the lower surface of the heavy wall or load-bearing platform and the waterproof board 1 and is easily deformed by a force, may be filled between the whole hydrophobic surfaces.
In the present application, when performing the local plugging waterproof treatment, a screw may be fixedly installed on the load-bearing wall or the load-bearing platform to be subjected to the waterproof treatment, and the screw penetrates the waterproof board 1, and the waterproof board 1 is tightly attached to the hydrophobic surface of the load-bearing wall or the load-bearing platform by the screw. The screw holes of the waterproof board 1 should be subjected to waterproof treatment.
In the application, the hydrophobic material 3 which is uniform in texture and easy to deform under stress and the waterproof board 1 can be processed into a whole, so that the construction is convenient.
The wall surface at the interface between the wall and the waterproof board 1 is processed into a hydrophobic surface, and simultaneously, the side surface and the upper and lower surfaces of the interface side between the waterproof board 1 and the wall are both processed into hydrophobic surfaces, and the hydrophobic material 3 is fully and densely filled between the interface between the hydrophobic surface of the wall and the waterproof board 1 and the upper surface.
The method for tightly attaching, plugging and waterproofing the hydrophobic surfaces of the two surfaces can be carried out around the waterproof board 1 or only at the interface of the waterproof board 1 which needs waterproofing, and other interfaces are sealed in a traditional way to ensure that water liquid does not leak, or other drainage waterproofing, open waterproofing and novel waterproofing ways are used for discharging seepage water into a drainage system.
In order to improve the waterproof performance of the hydrophobic surface plugging type waterproof system, all the surfaces of the waterproof board 1 except for the hydrophobic surface treatment can be processed into surfaces without surface infiltration phenomenon or hydrophobicity, so that the waterproof board 1 is prevented from being eroded by water flow, and the service life of the waterproof system is prolonged.
In the present application, the structure and material of the waterproof board 1 are not limited to those listed in the present application, and any one having the same waterproof function can be used regardless of the structure and material.
The waterproof method in the application can also be used for plugging type waterproof engineering of vertical or inclined wall surfaces.
