                         技术领域
本发明涉及用于吸收体液的吸湿的卫生产品，例如卫生巾、尿布、失禁病人用品等。
                         背景技术
例如，卫生巾、尿布、失禁病人用品等这样的产品公开在GB-A-2023067中。各种各样的这类卫生产品是公知的，这些产品都有一个在底面上的不透液体的覆盖层、一个在顶面的透液体的覆盖层和一个夹在这两层之间的吸湿体。
在底面上的覆盖层通常是由一层薄的聚乙烯薄膜组成。透液体的覆盖层通常是无纺料片，但也可以用多孔的薄膜制成。
吸湿体通常是由纤维素絮状物或所谓的气流铺絮材料制作的。
除了吸湿体的基本吸湿能力外，该产品的朝向人体的覆盖层的技术特性例如触觉柔软性、对体液的吸收时间、在卫生产品上的分配和再润湿性都是极重要的。通常用作朝向人体的覆盖层的无纺覆盖层在上述大多数特性上是类似的。

                         发明内容
本发明的目的是要通过一种方式改进一般类型的卫生产品，通过该方式，一方面在体液分配和吸收方面优化褶的配置，另一方面在顶片的起褶方面优化低生产成本。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供了一种用于吸收人体液体的吸湿卫生产品，卫生巾、尿布、失禁病人用品，该吸湿卫生产品包括：一个在底面上的不透液体的覆盖层，一个在顶面上的为无纺材料的透液体的覆盖层，一个夹在该底面覆盖层和该顶面覆盖层之间的吸湿体；其中，在吸湿体面积内的顶面覆盖层设置有沿该产品纵向的两个或多个褶；其中朝向吸湿体的褶的那些底部区固定在吸湿体上或夹在吸湿体和顶面覆盖层之间的支承层上；以及其中褶的底部区胶接或焊接在吸湿体上或支承层上的一个宽度上，该宽度最好为0.2至10mm，其特征在于：2至10个褶配置在吸湿体表面的部分侧条上和/或一中心条上。根据该特征部分，这些褶以条形设置在吸湿体表面上，它沿边缘和/或中心走向。

                         具体实施方式

褶10是由卫生巾制造机器上的适合的起褶装置形成的，以至于底部区16在卫生巾的横向以1-20mm的间隔布置在支承层7上。业已证明，3至5mm的间隔是最实用的。通过纵向胶条17(例如涂粘接剂的方法)将底部区16固定到支承层7上。在相邻的底部区16之间，褶10以1-20mm的高度H直立。高度的最实用值也在3-5mm的范围内。由胶条17限定的底部宽度F可以根据间隔A和高度H在0.2-10mm之间改变，然而必须考虑到最大底部宽度F是间隔A的一半。业已证明，间隔A和高度H在3-5mm范围内，底部宽度在0.5-1mm范围内是成功的。
在图1至图3所示的实施例中八个褶均匀分布在吸湿体的表面上的整个宽度上，使用时这些褶的褶间间隔A为6mm左右。
在图4所示的实施例中，在两个侧条18内分别设置有两个褶10，这两个褶分别沿卫生巾的纵向走向并且具有约6mm的间隔A和高度H。在两个侧条18之间的剩下的中心条19由一个可透液体的覆盖层9组成，该覆盖层9均匀地配置在支承层7的顶部，并通过一个中心胶条17′附加地固定到支承层7上。用少量的粘接剂也可以获得在整个区上的可透液体的胶接。
在图5所示的卫生巾的实施例中，除了在两个侧条18上有褶10外还有对中心平面L是对称的并且由三个褶10组成的折叠的构形，而没有褶的那个条20始终在中心褶10和侧褶10之间。
从图2至4的剖视图中可以同样地看出，褶10的顶部、处在位于两个胶接的底部区16之间的褶10的下面的管22之间的凹槽21形成了用于使进入的体液在卫生巾上纵向分布的通道。
最后，应指出的是，本发明的卫生巾的各个分立部件应该是在市场上可以买到的、按照生产这些卫生产品的通用规格的适合的材料片。应该采用适合的结构措施。例如建议通过一种方式将条17胶接在支承层(7)的表面上，使条17只在很小的程度上阻碍流体的透过，从而卫生巾的吸湿表面仍然保持相对很高。可以采取涂敷粘接剂或熔喷粘接剂小丝线，也可以用激光、超声波或热焊接或封接等措施。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于吸收人体液体的吸湿卫生产品，该吸湿卫生产品包括：
一个在底面上的不透液体的覆盖层(1)，
一个在顶面上的为无纺材料的透液体的覆盖层(9)，
一个夹在该底面覆盖层(1)和该顶面覆盖层(9)之间的吸湿体(2)；
其中，在吸湿体(2)面积内的顶面覆盖层(9)设置有沿该产品纵向的两个或多于两个的褶(10)；其中朝向吸湿体(2)的褶(10)的那些底部区(16)固定在吸湿体(2)上或夹在吸湿体(2)和顶面覆盖层(9)之间的支承层(7)上；以及其中褶(10)的底部区(16)胶接(17)或焊接在吸湿体(2)上或支承层(7)上的一个宽度(F)上，该宽度为0.2至10mm，其特征在于：2至10个褶(10)配置在吸湿体表面(6)的部分侧条(18)上和/或一中心条(19)上。
2、如权利要求1所述的卫生产品，其特征在于：两个相邻褶(10)的底部区(16)以相互间隔(A)1-20mm固定。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的卫生产品，其特征在于：褶(10)的高度(H)在无载荷条件下为1-20mm。
