本发明公开了一种再生聚酯毛毯生产工艺为:织造→预烘→预刷→预烫→平网印花→蒸化一体机固色→拉幅烘干→刷毛→半成品烫光→成品烫剪→成品制作。本发明通过使用印花固化一体机,省去了印花后的水洗工序,解决了涤纶毛毯生产过程中用水过多的难题。

一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯 的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着国家环保新政策的实行,纺织行业特别是印染行业对于污染物的排 放控制特别严厉,这就不得不迫使纺织印染企业花费大量的成本去处理生产 过程中的污染物,特别是印染过程产生的印染废水。为了响应国家政策企业 进行改革创新,在印染过程中需要少用水或者不用水,但是涤纶毛毯常规的 生产工艺是每水洗1吨印花涤纶毛毯需要消耗15-18立方米的水,污水产生量特 别大。
因此,如何提供一种改变生产工艺,直接进行后整理生产的免水洗再生 聚酯毛毯的制备工艺是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺,本发明 通过使用印花固化一体机,使印花毛毯无需再进行高温高压的大罐蒸化固色, 省去了印花后的水洗工序。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选择:重量百分比为70-75%的面纱和25%-30%的底纱;
(2)织造:使用拉舍尔双针床经编机编织;
(3)预整工艺:预烘→刷毛→预烫光→刷毛→预烫光;
(4)印花工艺:印花→蒸化一体机固色:在印花糊料中加入促染剂和柔 软整理剂,经过蒸化一体机固色;
(5)拉幅整理:毛毯印花后在拉幅机上进行拉幅定型;
(6)后整理:预烫→刷毛→半成品烫光→刷毛→半成品烫光→成品烫剪;
(7)成品制作:将经过后整理的成品依次经过裁片、粘合、包边,即获 得免水洗再生聚酯毛毯。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(1)中面 纱选用单丝纤度为0.5D-3D的再生涤纶DTY,底纱为150D/36F或100D/48F 的再生涤纶FDY。在不影响颜色的前提下,在制备工艺过程中,以上面纱和 底纱的选择是最合适的取值范围,如果大于限定值,单纤维上色率不好,小 于限定值印花后容易掉色。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(2)中双 针床经编机脱圈板距采用16-20mm,毛高为6-8mm,针号E16或E18,坯布 重为650-1000g/m2
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(3)中预 烘温度控制在130℃,布速10m/min;刷毛采用双辊刷毛机,走布速度为 12m/min;预烫光时烫辊温度为185℃,烫光机为四辊联合机,车速12m/min。 经过大量实验后得出,当烫光温度超过200℃时白坯布容易烫糊,温度在190℃ 以上,车速低于10m/min时也容易烫糊,此处列举数值均为制备过程中的最 佳取值。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(4)中促 染剂选用尿素类助剂,用量为1-2kg/50kg。所述促染剂的使用必须与分散染料 相配,考虑到生产工艺为无水洗工艺,因此在颜色不变的情况下,尽量减少 染料的使用量,添加促染剂既能提高染色效果还能加快着色速度。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(4)中柔 软剂选用0.3-0.6氨值的氨基改性硅油,用量为2-3kg/50kg,增加毛毯的柔软 度。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(4)中蒸 化一体机的固色参数为温度185-190℃,时间10-12min,常压。其中,蒸化一 体机起到固色烘干的效果,蒸化温度过高,纤维发硬影响手感;蒸化温度过 低,固色效果不好,容易掉色。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(5)中预 烫温度180-190℃,2台单辊烫光机,车速10-15m/min。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(5)中刷 毛采用2台双辊刷毛机,布速为2.5m/min。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(5)中半 成品烫光采用2台单辊烫光机,车速10m/min,温度185℃。
优选的,在上述一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺中,步骤(5)中成 品烫剪包括以下步骤:
a.顺毛烫剪:半成品依次通过排列好的三台烫剪联合机,温度依次为 170℃,175℃,180℃,速度为10-15m/min;
b.逆毛烫剪:依次通过排列好的三台烫剪联合机,温度依次为170℃, 175℃,180℃,速度为10-15m/min。
经过以上温度设置的顺毛烫剪以及逆毛烫剪可以增加毛毯表面的亮度以 及手感的柔软度。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种免 水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺,印花工艺中蒸化一体机的引入,使印花毛毯 无需再进行高温高压的大罐蒸汽固色,经过蒸化一体机的固色后,使印花毛 毯可以直接进行拉幅定型,不需要经过水洗机进行水洗和脱水,解决了涤纶 毛毯生产过程中用水过多的难题;另外本发明改变之后的生产工艺简单,既 节省人工又节约用水,在保证毛毯原有手感和风格的基础上降低了毛毯的生 产成本。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所 描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发 明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的 所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺,本发明通过 使用印花固化一体机,使印花毛毯无需再进行高温高压的大罐蒸化固色,省 去了印花后的水洗工序。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺,主要包括:原料选 择、织造、预整、印花、后整理和成品制作。具体工艺如下:
(1)为了保证成纱质量,原料选择如下:
面纱:选用单丝纤度为3.125D的再生涤纶DTY,
底纱:150D/36F再生涤纶FDY,
按重量百分比计:面纱79%和底纱21%。
(2)织造使用拉舍尔双针床经编机编织,双针床经编机脱圈板距采用 18mm,毛高为6mm,针号E18,坯布重为750g/m2
(3)预整工艺:预烘→刷毛→预烫光→刷毛→预烫光
预烘温度控制在130℃,布速10m/min;刷毛采用双辊刷毛机,走布速度 12m/min;预烫光时烫辊温度为185℃,烫光机为四辊联合机,车速12m/min。
(4)印花工艺:印花→蒸化一体机蒸化固色
印花染料选用常规得涤纶纤维专用分散染料,与其适应的印花助剂。印 花浆料中添加水洗平滑剂3kg/50kg糊料,尿素1-2kg/50kg浆料;
蒸化一体机固色:温度为185→190℃,时间为12min,压强为常压。
(5)后整理:拉幅定型→刷毛→半成品烫光→刷毛→半成品烫光→成品 烫剪;
拉幅定型:温度150℃,车速10m/min.
刷毛:2台双辊刷毛机,布速10m/min;
半成品烫光:温度185℃,2台单辊烫光机,车速10m/min;
成品烫剪:半成品依次通过排列好的三台烫剪联合机,温度依次185℃, 185℃,185℃,速度为15m/min,顺毛烫剪结束后逆毛烫光烫剪,依次通过排 列好的三台烫剪联合机,温度依次185℃,185℃,185℃,速度为15m/min。
经过上述的整理后再依次经裁片、粘合、包边即可获得免水洗生产的再 生聚酯毛毯。
实施例2
一种免水洗生产的再生聚酯毛毯及其制备工艺,主要包括:原料选择、 织造、预整、印花、后整理、成品制作。具体工艺如下:
(1)为了保证成纱质量,原料选择如下:
面纱:选用单丝纤度为2.08D的再生涤纶DTY,
底纱:100D/48F再生涤纶FDY,
按重量百分比计:面纱82%和底纱18%。
(2)织造使用拉舍尔双针床经编机编织,双针床经编机脱圈板距采用 20mm,毛高为7mm,针号E18,坯布重为850g/m2
(3)预整工艺:预烘→刷毛→预烫光→刷毛→预烫光,
预烘温度控制在130℃,布速10m/min;
刷毛采用双辊刷毛机,走布速度12m/min;预烫光时烫辊温度为185℃, 烫光机为四辊联合机,车速12m/min。
(4)印花工艺:印花→蒸化一体机固色
印花染料选用常规得涤纶纤维专用分散染料,与其适应的印花助剂,印 花浆料中添加水洗平滑剂2kg/50kg糊料,尿素1-2kg/50kg浆料;
蒸化一体机固色:温度为185→190℃,时间为12min,压强为常压。
(5)后整理:拉幅定型→刷毛→半成品烫光→刷毛→半成品烫光→成品 烫剪;
拉幅定型:温度150℃,车速10m/min;
刷毛:2台双辊刷毛机,布速10m/min;
半成品烫光:温度185℃,2台单辊烫光机,车速10m/min;
成品烫剪:半成品依次通过排列好的三台烫剪联合机,温度依次 170℃,175℃,180℃,速度为15m/min,顺毛烫剪结束后逆毛烫光烫剪,依次通 过排列好的三台烫剪联合机,温度依次170℃,175℃,180℃,速度为15m/min。
经过上述的整理后再依次经裁片、粘合、包边即可获得免水洗生产的再 生聚酯毛毯。
经过检测,经过以上免水洗生产的再生聚酯毛毯符合FZ/T61004-2006标 准一等品要求,检验结果如下:

1.一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选择:重量百分比为70-75%的面纱和25%-30%的底纱;
(2)织造:使用拉舍尔双针床经编机编织;
(3)预整工艺:预烘→刷毛→预烫光→刷毛→预烫光;
(4)印花工艺:印花→蒸化一体机固色:在印花糊料中加入促染剂和柔软整理剂,经过蒸化一体机固色;
(5)拉幅整理:毛毯印花后在拉幅机上进行拉幅定型;
(6)后整理:预烫→刷毛→半成品烫光→刷毛→半成品烫光→成品烫剪;
(7)成品制作:将经过后整理的成品依次经过裁片、粘合、包边,即获得免水洗再生聚酯毛毯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种免水洗再生聚酯毛毯的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中面纱选用单丝纤度为0.5D-3D的再生涤纶DTY,底纱为150D/36F或100D/48F的再生涤纶FDY。

a.顺毛烫剪:半成品依次通过排列好的三台烫剪联合机,温度依次为170℃,175℃,180℃,速度为15m/min;
b.逆毛烫剪:依次通过排列好的三台烫剪联合机,温度依次为170℃,175℃,180℃,速度为15m/min。
