技术领域
本发明涉及一种含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物以及代餐粉、保健品、粥或饮料,具体涉及一种美容养颜、保护视力,适合女性的代餐组合物。
背景技术
由于运动缺乏、饮食不规律、营养不均衡等多种原因,全球约有20亿人口超重或者肥胖,体重管理已经成为全球热点。体重管理的方式多种多样,主要有:运动、节食、药物、中医、手术、配餐以及代餐等。运动是一种健康的体重管理方法,但大多数人由于工作生活忙碌,没有足够的时间锻炼;节食法立竿见影,但对身体的伤害大,会伴有免疫力降低,皮肤松懈,肠道不适等副作用,并且恢复正常饮后,体重又会反弹;利用药物进行体重管理,是通过服用具有减肥功效的药物减少多余的脂肪,作用原理是通过药物抑制食欲,阻止人体对营养物质的吸收,并排出大量水分,这种方法见效快,但副作用明显,比如皮肤黯淡无光,体内细胞收缩,活动能力降低,影响身体健康;利用传统中医进行体重管理面临问题是疗程长,难坚持;利用手术减肥减脂,风险大且伴有并发症;用合理搭配饮食的方式进行体重管理,即通过控制每天食物的摄取量、摄入卡路里的数值计算等方式控制饮食,这种减肥方法虽然健康,但内容繁琐、步骤复杂,需长期坚持,工作期间难以实施;而代餐作为体重管理的有效手段,则是利用特制的代餐品代替三餐中的一餐或两餐,达到控制饮食,均衡营养的目的,这种体重控制方式简便易行,受到普遍欢迎。
由于人们对健康和体重管理的关注,代餐产品配方越来越趋向于营养、科学,但是,目前有些代餐产品营养仍不够全面,热量过高,造成人体营养不良;有些代餐产品虽然含有人体所需的营养物质,但其营养搭配不合理,蛋白质含量较高,给肾脏带来负担,适用人群窄,没有顾忌体重管理过重中出现的机体代谢率降低、皮肤松弛、缺乏弹性的问题。现有体重管理类的减肥代餐产品中多数添加大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白、牛奶蛋白等原料,个别代餐产品也仅添加少量的胶原蛋白,并没有弹性蛋白与胶原蛋白的搭配使用,在皮肤保水功能上,没能达到理想的效果。例如:申请号20121093683.8,蛋白来源为浓缩乳清蛋白和大豆分离蛋白,用于补充蛋白质、延长饱腹感;申请号201711136139.9,仅含有大豆分离蛋白;申请号201710012081.0,仅含有乳清蛋白;申请号201711065279.1含有浓缩乳清蛋白、浓缩牛奶蛋白、大豆分离蛋白,通过蛋白组合,减缓蛋白消耗速率,并起到增肌作用;申请号201710608971.8含有大豆蛋白、乳清蛋白和胶原蛋白。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物以及代餐粉、保健品、粥或饮料,本发明的技术方案是:
一种含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物,包括以下重量份各组分,胶原蛋白粉10~25份、弹性蛋白0.02~5份、混合水果粉1~15份、混合蔬菜粉1~18份、蔓越莓全粉1~20份、蓝莓果汁粉5~15份、膳食纤维30~65份。

本发明最大的特点是胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的搭配应用。胶原蛋白的功能被大众熟知,并广泛应用于美容补水的保健品、化妆品中,本发明搭配新资源食品弹性蛋白。弹性蛋白是细胞外基质中不溶性、大分子纤维状蛋白质,它同结构糖蛋白共同组成结缔组织中的弹性纤维。弹性蛋白可拉伸数倍于原来的长度,在机体不消耗能量的情况下,恢复到起始状态,享有“人体橡胶”的美称。由于弹性蛋白的这一生物学特征,使组织赋有弹性。特别使得一些诸如韧带、动脉、肺、皮肤等以弹性为基础的器官功能得以实现。

一种粥或饮料,包括含有胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物,具体制备工艺如下:(1)按照配比称取各组分;(2)将各组分分别在热水中溶解,再混合搅拌,得固形物含量60%混合液,再通过常规制备剂方法,制成粥或饮料。
实验例功能试验
实验例1:代餐效果试验。
试验对象:60名健康成年志愿者,年龄在30~50岁之间,自愿参加代餐效果试验。
试验方法:60名志愿者,每日早餐由常规饮食更改为实施例1的代餐粉一袋(30g),以200ml、50~60℃温开水冲泡,搅拌均匀后食用,不摄取其他食物,仅补充水分,中餐和晚餐按照常规饮食习惯进行。
试验结果:

60名自愿受试者,经过4周代餐饱腹感效果测试,97%的试食者可完全取代早餐,除适量水分外,不需补充其他食物,没有饥饿感或有轻微饥饿感,98%的试食者无任何不良反应。根据《保健食品检验与评估技术规范》中的判定标准可知,本发明胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白果蔬代餐粉,具有代餐饱腹的功效。
实验例2:改善皮肤水分功能试验。
试验对象:自愿原则选择受试者,年龄30-50岁,皮肤水分≤12(检验依据为《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》)。
试验方法:将受试者分为试食组和对照组。其中对照组68例,男21例,女47例,年龄在30-50岁之间,平均年龄41岁。试食组1,66例,男20例,女46例,年龄在30-50岁之间,平均40岁。试食组2,69例,男23例,女46例,年龄在30-50岁之间,平均42岁。试食组1每日服用一次对比例1制得的产品30g,用50℃~60℃、200ml温开水冲调,连续服用30天。试食组2每日服用一次实施例3制得的产品30g,用50℃~60℃、200ml温开水冲调,连续服用30天。对照组采用空白对照。试食期间不得服用其他保持皮肤水分的物品或使用影响判断结果的护肤品、化妆品等。试验期间受试者不改变原来的生活习惯。
主要观测指标:⑴测试前额眉间皮肤的水分。⑵测定环境:在宽敞、通风良好、温度、湿度等空间环境稳定的检查室进行。⑶在安静状态下用洁净棉球蘸蒸馏水清洁被测部位,擦干后15分钟进行水分测定,试食前后测定工作由同一台仪器、同一人操作。
数据统计分析:采用t检验进行分析。自身对照采用配对t检验;两组均数比较采用成组t检验;单因素方差分析进行均值比较,方差齐时,各组间两两比较用LSD法;方差不齐时,各组间两两比较采用Tamhane’s法。数据统计采用SPSS11.5统计软件处理。

结果表明:30天后,试食组1皮肤水份平均值10.34±1.65,上升13.50%;试食组2皮肤水份平均值12.47±2.06,上升38.86%。试食组2皮肤水份提高值显著高于试食组1,说明胶原蛋白与弹性蛋白的组合,比单独使用胶原蛋白,对皮肤水分的提升效果更好。试食组2自身前后比较、试食组2与试食组1组间比较、试食组2与对照组组间比较,水分变化差异均有统计学意义。根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)改善皮肤水分功能人体试食试验的判定标准,认为:该产品对人体具有改善皮肤水分作用。

1.一种含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份各组分,胶原蛋白粉10~25份、弹性蛋白0.02~5份、混合水果粉1~15份、混合蔬菜粉1~18份、蔓越莓全粉1~20份、蓝莓果汁粉5~15份、膳食纤维30~65份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物,其特征在于,所述的胶原蛋白粉15份、弹性蛋白3份、混合水果粉10份、混合蔬菜粉10份、蔓越莓全粉10份、蓝莓果汁粉10份、膳食纤维40份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物,其特征在于,所述的混合水果粉由苹果、芒果、桃子、橙子、香蕉、柑橘、木瓜、菠萝、红葡萄、梨子、柠檬、草莓、李子、或针叶樱桃中的两种或多种按照任意比例混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物,其特征在于,所述的混合蔬菜粉由胡萝卜、番茄、南瓜、根芹菜、韭葱、洋葱、菠菜、红甜椒、叶菾菜、双孢蘑菇、芹菜、黄瓜、茴香、芦笋、紫菜头、豆瓣菜、生菜、西葫芦、香芹菜、青椒中的两种或多种按照任意比例混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物,其特征在于,所述的膳食纤维由抗性糊精、低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、小麦纤维、燕麦纤维中一种或几种按照任意比例混合而成。
6.一种代餐粉,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至5任意一项所述的含有胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物。
7.一种保健品,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至5任意一项所述的含有胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物。
8.一种粥或饮料,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至5任意一项所述的含有胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的果蔬代餐组合物。
