本发明的目的在于提供一种含有龟肽的功能性饮料的制备方法,通过龟肽的制备和添加,具有抗衰老能力,实验表明龟甲作用后间充质干细胞生长旺盛,其次,龟肽能提高超氧化歧酶的含量,也是其抗衰老的机制之一,能够提高皮肤的免疫能力,并且唤醒皮肤的新陈代谢,美容效果更好,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种含有龟肽的功能性饮料的制备方法,包括主料和辅料,其中所使用的主料包括以下重量份数的原料:龟甲50-60份和丙二醇7-9份,其中所使用的辅料包括以下重量份数的原料:维他命B22-3份、维他命B121-2份,维他命C4-5份、维他命D 2-3份、维他命E 3-4份、桃胶提取物4-6份、雪燕提取物6-8份、皂角米提取物3-5份、无机盐1.2-2份、黄芪提取物5-7份、白芷提取物8-10份,当归提取物4-6份、罗汉果提取物6-8份,余量为纯化水,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一:按照比例准备主料和辅料,并将主料和辅料冷藏放置;
步骤二:龟肽制备,将龟甲、丙二醇和纯化水混合,然后放置在提取罐内提取2小时,得到混合提取液体;
步骤三:将步骤一中得到的混合提取液体抽入超低温纳滤设备中进行低温过滤,得到龟肽;
步骤四:将龟肽放置在储罐内静置48小时,最后灭菌,装桶,测定;

下面将结合本发明中的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
本发明提供了一种含有龟肽的功能性饮料的制备方法,包括主料和辅料,其中所使用的主料包括以下重量份数的原料:龟甲60份和丙二醇9份,其中所使用的辅料包括以下重量份数的原料:维他命B22份、维他命B121份,维他命C4份、维他命D 2份、维他命E 3份、桃胶提取物6份、雪燕提取物8份、皂角米提取物5份、无机盐1.2份、黄芪提取物5份、白芷提取物8份,当归提取物4份、罗汉果提取物6份,余量为纯化水,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一:按照比例准备主料和辅料,并将主料和辅料冷藏放置,冷藏时间为1小时,冷藏温度为5℃;
步骤二:龟肽制备,将龟甲、丙二醇和纯化水混合,然后放置在提取罐内提取2小时,得到混合提取液体;
步骤三:将步骤一中得到的混合提取液体抽入超低温纳滤设备中进行低温过滤,得到龟肽;
步骤四:将龟肽放置在储罐内静置48小时,最后灭菌,装桶,测定;
步骤五:将步骤四中得到的龟肽与维他命B2、维他命B12,维他命C、维他命D、维他命E、桃胶提取物、雪燕提取物、皂角米提取物、无机盐、黄芪提取物、白芷提取物,当归提取物、罗汉果提取物和纯化水放置到搅拌罐内进行搅拌,混合均匀后,备用;
步骤六:将步骤五中得到的混合液体通过过滤网去除杂质,然后经紫外线杀菌,最后进行无菌灌装,封口,包装出库。
本实施例制备的功能饮料龟肽含量较低,美容养颜效果一般,另外本实施例中抽取了50瓶功能饮料进行龟肽含量测试以及抽取50人饮用饮料三个月后进行皮肤测试,其中50瓶功能饮料龟肽含量平均值较低,50人皮肤未得到明显的改善,但是也未见衰老。
实施例2:
本发明提供了一种含有龟肽的功能性饮料的制备方法,包括主料和辅料,其中所使用的主料包括以下重量份数的原料:龟甲55份和丙二醇8份,其中所使用的辅料包括以下重量份数的原料:维他命B22.5份、维他命B121.5份,维他命C4.5份、维他命D 2.5份、维他命E 3.5份、桃胶提取物5份、雪燕提取物7份、皂角米提取物4份、无机盐1.6份、黄芪提取物6份、白芷提取物9份,当归提取物5份、罗汉果提取物7份,余量为纯化水,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一:按照比例准备主料和辅料,并将主料和辅料冷藏放置,冷藏时间为1.5小时,冷藏温度为10℃;
步骤二:龟肽制备,将龟甲、丙二醇和纯化水混合,然后放置在提取罐内提取2小时,得到混合提取液体;
步骤三:将步骤一中得到的混合提取液体抽入超低温纳滤设备中进行低温过滤,得到龟肽;
步骤四:将龟肽放置在储罐内静置48小时,最后灭菌,装桶,测定;
步骤五:将步骤四中得到的龟肽与维他命B2、维他命B12,维他命C、维他命D、维他命E、桃胶提取物、雪燕提取物、皂角米提取物、无机盐、黄芪提取物、白芷提取物,当归提取物、罗汉果提取物和纯化水放置到搅拌罐内进行搅拌,混合均匀后,备用;

对比实施例1,本实施例制备的功能饮料龟肽含量较高,美容养颜效果较好,另外本实施例中抽取了50瓶功能饮料进行龟肽含量测试以及抽取50人饮用饮料三个月后进行皮肤测试,其中50瓶功能饮料龟肽含量平均值较高,50人皮肤明显有较大的改善,并且未见衰老。
实施例3:
本发明提供了一种含有龟肽的功能性饮料的制备方法,包括主料和辅料,其中所使用的主料包括以下重量份数的原料:龟甲50份和丙二醇7份,其中所使用的辅料包括以下重量份数的原料:维他命B23份、维他命B122份,维他命C 5份、维他命D 3份、维他命E 4份、桃胶提取物4份、雪燕提取物6份、皂角米提取物3份、无机盐1.2份、黄芪提取物5份、白芷提取物8份,当归提取物4份、罗汉果提取物6份,余量为纯化水,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一:按照比例准备主料和辅料,并将主料和辅料冷藏放置,冷藏时间为2小时,冷藏温度为15℃;
步骤二:龟肽制备,将龟甲、丙二醇和纯化水混合,然后放置在提取罐内提取2小时,得到混合提取液体;

步骤四:将龟肽放置在储罐内静置48小时,最后灭菌,装桶,测定;
步骤五:将步骤四中得到的龟肽与维他命B2、维他命B12,维他命C、维他命D、维他命E、桃胶提取物、雪燕提取物、皂角米提取物、无机盐、黄芪提取物、白芷提取物,当归提取物、罗汉果提取物和纯化水放置到搅拌罐内进行搅拌,混合均匀后,备用;
步骤六:将步骤五中得到的混合液体通过过滤网去除杂质,然后经紫外线杀菌,最后进行无菌灌装,封口,包装出库。
对比实施例1和2,本实施例制备的功能饮料龟肽含量较低,美容养颜效果一般,另外本实施例中抽取了50瓶功能饮料进行龟肽含量测试以及抽取50人饮用饮料三个月后进行皮肤测试,其中50瓶功能饮料龟肽含量平均值较低,50人皮肤未得到明显的改善,但是也未见衰老。
根据实施例1-3得出下表:
由上表可知,实施例2中原材料比例适中,冷藏温度适中,加工的功能饮料中龟肽含量较高,美容养颜效果好,抗衰老能力强。

Claims (2)
1.一种含有龟肽的功能性饮料的制备方法,包括主料和辅料,其特征在于:其中所使用的主料包括以下重量份数的原料:龟甲50-60份和丙二醇7-9份,其中所使用的辅料包括以下重量份数的原料:维他命B22-3份、维他命B121-2份,维他命C4-5份、维他命D 2-3份、维他命E 3-4份、桃胶提取物4-6份、雪燕提取物6-8份、皂角米提取物3-5份、无机盐1.2-2份、黄芪提取物5-7份、白芷提取物8-10份,当归提取物4-6份、罗汉果提取物6-8份,余量为纯化水,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一:按照比例准备主料和辅料,并将主料和辅料冷藏放置;
步骤二:龟肽制备,将龟甲、丙二醇和纯化水混合,然后放置在提取罐内提取2小时,得到混合提取液体;
步骤三:将步骤一中得到的混合提取液体抽入超低温纳滤设备中进行低温过滤,得到龟肽;
步骤四:将龟肽放置在储罐内静置48小时,最后灭菌,装桶,测定;
步骤五:将步骤四中得到的龟肽与维他命B2、维他命B12,维他命C、维他命D、维他命E、桃胶提取物、雪燕提取物、皂角米提取物、无机盐、黄芪提取物、白芷提取物,当归提取物、罗汉果提取物和纯化水放置到搅拌罐内进行搅拌,混合均匀后,备用;
步骤六:将步骤五中得到的混合液体通过过滤网去除杂质,然后经紫外线杀菌,最后进行无菌灌装,封口,包装出库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有龟肽的功能性饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中冷藏时间为1-2小时,冷藏温度为5-15℃。
