Description

Liquid skin cleaning composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical articles, in particular to a liquid skin-cleaning composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The traditional soap is prepared by reacting grease with sodium hydroxide, the main raw material of the grease is animal grease such as beef tallow, lard and the like, which are decocted and neutralized, the traditional soap making method is called soap boiling, namely, the reaction time is long, and the industrialized batch production is difficult. The alkali liquor used in the traditional soap making is sodium hydroxide, and the grease can be ensured to be converted into the soap only by using excessive dosage, so that the pH value of the soap is 11-12, the soap is strong in alkalinity, and the skin is dry after washing, and has large skin irritation.
With the change of social demands, consumers desire mild and healthy products, and in order to solve the problem of great irritation of the traditional soap base, the handmade soap using natural oil is popular at present, and due to the characteristic that the handmade soap is added into the soap by cold making, namely the natural oil is neutralized with alkali liquor, and the handmade soap is prepared by long-term purification under the condition of not heating, so that a plurality of nutrient components in the natural oil are reserved, and the handmade soap has a good nourishing effect on skin. However, the saponification reaction time is slow, the purification time is long, the mass production is difficult, and the industrial demand cannot be realized because the manual soap obtained by using the oil and fat through saponification can only exist in a solid form, and the current washing and caring products have various forms, such as: the hand soap has single form and is easy to pollute after being repeatedly used, and the requirements of diversified washing products cannot be met.
In order to improve the saponification speed and obtain liquid soap which is easier to take, the soap liquid prepared by daily cosmetic factories is mainly prepared by saponifying fatty acid and alkali liquor, only fatty acid refined by grease is used for reacting with the alkali liquor, so that natural ingredients in the grease cannot be reserved, and various effects of nourishing, moisturizing and the like by using the natural grease cannot be utilized, so that most products can only be applied to cleaning of clothes, tableware and the like; the difficulty of directly using the grease to participate in the reaction to produce the soap solution is very high, the phenomena that the viscosity of the soap solution reaction is too high, the stirring is difficult, the final viscosity of the product is unstable, crystals are easy to separate out at low temperature, the transparency is not enough, the turbidity is easy to occur and the like exist, and the free alkali and the like are difficult to control, so that the irritation is increased. Meanwhile, the preparation time is relatively long, the energy consumption is relatively large, the process is complex, and the stability of the product batch is difficult to guarantee.

Comfortable use feeling is an important factor for embodying the value of the cleaning product and the popularity of the product. Wherein, the viscosity index of the cleaning product is closely related to the packing material and the use feeling of the product. The proper viscosity brings better feeling of use for consumers.
The products of example 1 ', example 4' -example 6 ', comparative example 1' -comparative example 4 'and example 1' were tested for viscosity in the following way: each of the body wash and the face wash was previously kept warm at 25 ℃ and measured using an NDJ-5S/NDJ-8S rotational digital viscometer.
The test results are shown in table 6:
TABLE 6
Figure BDA0001859624510000132
The above experimental results show that the liquid skin cleansing compositions prepared in examples 1, 4 to 6 of the present invention can achieve an ideal viscosity when applied to a body wash and a face wash system, and are convenient for filling and consumers to take. The body wash prepared from the liquid skin-cleaning compositions prepared in comparative examples 1,2, 3 and 4 has too high viscosity, poor ductility, no uniform spreading, discontinuous state, extremely high filling difficulty and difficult taking.

Cleaning products are subject to temperature changes during transportation, storage, etc. Therefore, the cleaning products are required to have better high and low temperature stability.
The test method is as follows: the products of example 1 ', example 4' -example 6 ', comparative example 1' -comparative example 4 'and example 1' were taken and left to stand at 45 ℃ for 30 days and then at 0 to 5 ℃ for 15 days, and the high and low temperature resistances of the respective products were examined, and the results are shown in Table 7.
TABLE 7
Figure BDA0001859624510000141
The experimental results show that when the liquid skin-cleaning composition of the embodiments 1, 4-6 of the invention is applied to a body wash and a face wash system, the product does not have the phenomena of crystal precipitation and delamination under the condition of long-term storage at high temperature and low temperature, and the body wash product has good stability. In the process of high and low temperature resistance investigation, the shower gel prepared by the compositions in comparative examples 1-4 is easy to generate phenomena of layering, crystal precipitation and the like, so that the appearance and the use effect of the product are changed, and the adaptability of the product to temperature is poor.
Test example 5 foaming ability test
The foaming force tests were carried out on the products of example 1 ', example 4' -example 6 ', comparative example 1' -comparative example 4 'and example 1'. Test methods the foaming power was measured by reference to the Ross-Miles method, and the test was performed using deionized water. The test reads foam height immediately and 5 minutes after the test. The average test data are shown in table 8:
TABLE 8
Figure BDA0001859624510000151
The above experimental results show that the liquid skin cleansing compositions of examples 1, 4-6 of the present invention have high foaming power when applied to body wash and face wash systems. Moreover, the bath lotion of example 1 'and the facial cleanser of example 1' still exhibited good foaming power in hard water.
Test example 6 somatosensory test
The evaluation of the efficacy of the cleaning products mainly takes cleaning performance and body feeling as main points, wherein the richer the foam, the better the thickening performance, the less the tightening feeling and the easier the washing, the better the body feeling.
The test method comprises the following steps: 10 volunteers were randomly selected, each using 8 products of example 1 ', example 4' -example 6 ', comparative example 3', comparative example 4 'and example 1', using the same method.
Volunteers respectively score the foamability, the cleanability, the washability and the tightness of each body wash and facial cleanser according to the respective use body feeling, the score is full at 10 points, the higher the score is, the better the effect is, then, the average score of 10 persons to the same body wash is calculated, and the evaluation result is shown in table 9:
TABLE 9
Figure BDA0001859624510000152
Figure BDA0001859624510000161
The above experimental results show that the body wash of example 1 ', example 4' -example 6 ', and the facial cleanser of example 1' scored well on the cleansing power and the skin feel after washing, and in particular, the facial cleansers of example 1 'and example 1' were abundant in foam, easy to rinse, free from tightness, very mild, and low in irritation.
In comparative example 3 ', the replacement of potassium cocoyl hydrolyzed oat protein with sodium cocoyl glycinate resulted in insufficient foam richness and poor flushing performance as in example 1'. In comparative example 4', the absence of brown sugar resulted in tight drying after washing and a significant increase in irritation.
