Description

Refreshing skin-moistening shower gel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to refreshing and skin-moistening shower gel.
Background
The soap-based shower gel is mainly a saponification type shower gel which is prepared by saponifying a soap base which is prepared by saponifying fatty acid and potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide and compounding other acceptable components, compared with a non-soap-based surfactant type shower gel, the soap-based shower gel has better cleaning effect and lower cost, but a formula system is difficult to thicken, has higher irritation to skin, and is easy to generate tightness and prickle after bathing.
In the prior art, a large amount of emollients are compounded in the formula to reduce the irritation of the soap-based shower gel, or a proper amount of surfactant is compounded to reduce the dosage of the soap base so as to reduce the irritation of the shower gel, although the measures can relieve the tightness and the tingling of the soap-based shower gel to a certain extent, the manufacturing cost is obviously increased. In addition, thickening agents selected by the existing soap-based shower gel mainly comprise polyethylene glycol stearate, cellulose, xanthan gum and the like, and are sometimes matched with sodium chloride for thickening, but the product is inconvenient to dissolve and needs to be dispersed or swelled in advance, and the product is easily affected by temperature difference and electrolyte and is unstable, the system is diluted and whitened, and even the product is layered, so that the product quality is seriously affected. In addition, most of the existing soap-based shower gel only has the effects of cleaning and moisturizing, has poor antibacterial effect, and cannot relieve skin itch caused by vigorous body sweat secretion in summer and easy bacteria breeding on the body surface.
Chinese patent application with publication number CN 105213220A discloses a refreshing shower gel, which contains ingredients of lauric acid, myristic acid, stearic acid, potassium hydroxide, distearyl alcohol polyether-75 IPDI, glycerol, pearly-lustre sheet, amino acid surfactant, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, preservative, citric acid, colorant and spice, and the distearyl alcohol polyether-75 IPDI is used as a thickening agent to solve the problem that a soap-based shower gel formula system is difficult to thicken, but the shower gel does not have bacteriostatic effect and has a slightly poor skin moistening effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide refreshing and skin-moistening shower gel and a preparation method thereof. The shower gel is rich in foam, easy to wash and good in cleaning effect, has certain antibacterial and skin moistening effects, does not generate dry feeling and stabbing pain feeling after washing, is fresh and not greasy, and is particularly suitable for crowds with vigorous grease secretion and skin pruritus feeling.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the refreshing and moisturizing body wash comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8 to 12 percent of plant soap base, 1 to 5 percent of silanetriol trehalose ether, 1 to 4 percent of organic fig extract, 0.5 to 1 percent of dextran sulfate sodium, 1 to 3 percent of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, 1 to 3 percent of neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, 1 to 5 percent of stearyl alcohol glycyrrhetinate, 1 to 2 percent of stabilizer, 0.5 to 2 percent of magnesium nitrate, 0.1 to 1 percent of magnesium chloride, 0.1 to 1 percent of chelating agent, 0.5 to 1 percent of preservative, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of essence, and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the plant soap base is soap base formed by saponifying at least one of coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, linseed oil, sunflower seed oil, soybean oil, sweet almond oil, castor oil and sweet almond oil with sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide. Specifically, the vegetable soap base is more than one of sodium/potassium cocoate, sodium/potassium palmityl oleate, sodium/potassium olivate, sodium/potassium linseed oleate, sodium/potassium ricinoleate and the like.
Preferably, the vegetable soap base is composed of sodium cocoate and sodium olive oleate according to the mass ratio of 1 (0.4-1).
Preferably, the stabilizer is composed of citric acid and aminomethyl propylene glycol in a mass ratio of 1.6-0.8. More preferably, the stabilizer is composed of citric acid and aminomethyl propylene glycol in a mass ratio of 1.
Preferably, the preservative is German Shumei

PE 9010。
Figure BDA0002393390140000022
PE 9010 is a liquid preservative for cosmetics compounded by phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin, is mild in action, free of influence of hydrolysis, temperature and pH, wide in pH application range up to 12, and high in temperature tolerance up to 120 ℃.
Preferably, the chelating agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium gluconate, pentetate pentasodium, nitrilotriacetic acid sodium, disodium edetate, tetrasodium edetate, sodium citrate and sodium edermate.
Furthermore, the refreshing skin-moistening shower gel also contains 0.1-1 wt% of pearling agent or pigment.
The refreshing and skin-moistening shower gel is prepared by the following method: placing plant soap base, silanetriol trehalose ether, magnesium nitrate, magnesium chloride and deionized water into a reaction kettle, stirring and heating to 70-80 ℃ until the plant soap base, the silanetriol trehalose ether, the magnesium nitrate, the magnesium chloride and the deionized water are dissolved, then adding dextran sulfate sodium, vinyl dimethyl silicone/polymethyl siloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, a stabilizer, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate and stearyl alcohol glycyrrhetinate, keeping the temperature at 70-80 ℃, stirring for 25-35 minutes, then beginning cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding an organic fig extract, a chelating agent, a preservative and essence, stirring uniformly, and cooling to obtain the refreshing and skin-moistening shower gel.
In the invention, the product obtained by saponifying vegetable oleic acid and sodium hydroxide/potassium is selected as the soap base, and compared with the mineral oil soap base, the irritation to the skin is slightly reduced. Compared with the surfactant bath lotion, the bath lotion disclosed by the invention is easy to wash, has little residue, and has fresh skin feel without greasiness. The added silanetriol trehalose ether and the organic fig extract synergistically exert a remarkable skin moistening effect, and irritation of the soap-based shower gel is remarkably reduced. The silanetriol trehalose ether combines the functional characteristics of silanol reconstructed connective tissues, exerts the moisture retention effect of trehalose to the maximum extent, has the anti-dehydration and anti-stress effects, and effectively reduces the pricking feeling of a soap base system. The organic fig extract is named as water/fig (FICUS CARICA) fruit extract/xanthan gum/sodium benzoate/potassium sorbate, contains a large amount of pectin, fructose, glucose and partial alpha-hydroxy acid, reduces the loss of moisture through skin, enhances the moisture retention of skin, softens epidermis and effectively relieves the tightness of a soap-based system.
On the other hand, in order to solve the problems that the soap-based shower gel is difficult to thicken, and the product is easily influenced by temperature difference and electrolyte and is unstable, the inventor discovers through a large number of experiments that the composition of dextran sulfate sodium and vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer is selected as the thickening agent, is suitable for a soap-based shower gel system and is easy to thicken, and even the soap-based system containing the electrolyte still has good thickening capability and can form a system with proper viscosity, stable property and opacity. The dextran sodium sulfate usually forms transparent gel-like sticky matter, and the shower gel prepared by the dextran sodium sulfate alone has poor flowing and leveling properties and a low-temperature jelly phenomenon. The vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer has good thickening effect when used alone, but is easily influenced by electrolyte, and the system is unstable. The inventor finds that the thickening agent compounded by dextran sulfate sodium and vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer not only has synergistic thickening effect, but also is suitable for thickening a system containing electrolyte to form a stable opaque thickening system. Preferably, the mass ratio of the dextran sulfate sodium to the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer is 1 to 4, more preferably 1 to 2, and the total usage amount of the dextran sulfate sodium and the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer is less than 5wt% of the total amount of the shower gel, so that the soap base system has proper viscosity and good flowing and leveling properties.
According to the invention, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate is used for replacing the traditional silicone oil component, so that the defect that the skin is hardened after the silicone oil component is used for a long time is avoided. The neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate has a cross-structure branched chain grease, and is very dry. Can promote the absorption of active ingredients, and give silky refreshing feeling to skin after application. The added stearyl alcohol glycyrrhetinic acid ester is lipophilic higher alkanol introduced into glycyrrhetinic acid which is a natural antibacterial effective component, is easier to be absorbed by skin, has remarkable antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, itching relieving and moisturizing effects, and can effectively relieve skin itch caused by vigorous body sweat secretion in summer and easy bacteria breeding on the body surface. Furthermore, because the bath cream is a soap-based alkaline system, the neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate and stearyl alcohol glycyrrhetinate are easy to undergo ester bond hydrolysis and cannot play a long-acting role. To solve this problem, the inventors have unexpectedly found through a number of experiments that: the stabilizer consisting of citric acid and aminomethyl propylene glycol in a specific ratio is added, so that the defects can be overcome, and the prepared shower gel has lasting refreshing, skin-moistening, antibacterial and itching-relieving effects. Preferably, the mass ratio of the citric acid to the aminomethyl propylene glycol is 1.6 to 0.8, more preferably, the mass ratio of the citric acid to the aminomethyl propylene glycol is 1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the shower gel provided by the invention is a soap-based shower gel, has the characteristics of abundant foam, easiness in washing and strong detergency, has certain antibacterial and skin moistening effects, does not generate dry feeling and stabbing pain feeling after washing, is fresh and non-greasy, and is particularly suitable for people with vigorous grease secretion and skin pruritus feeling. In addition, the soap-based shower gel provided by the invention is stable in system, the product is not easily affected by temperature difference and electrolyte, the system does not return to be diluted or whitened after being placed for a long time, and no layering occurs, so that the soap-based shower gel still has excellent antibacterial, itching-relieving and moisturizing effects after being used for a long time.

Test example I, physical and chemical stability test
1. And (3) viscosity testing: the shower gels prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to a viscosity test at 25 ℃ specifically: the bath was previously incubated to 25 ℃ and measured using an NDJ-5S/NDJ-8S rotary digital viscometer, the results of which are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002393390140000091
The results show that the shower gels prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention have a suitable viscosity range, approximately 7900 to 8900mpa.s, higher than the products of comparative examples 1 to 3. As can be seen from comparative example 1, the use of the vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer alone as a thickener provides good thickening effect. As is clear from comparative example 2, when dextran sulfate sodium alone was used as a thickener, the thickening effect was slightly weak. From comparative example 3, it can be seen that when the composition of sodium dextran sulfate and vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer mass ratio of 3. The above results show that both sodium dextran sulfate and the vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer have a synergistic thickening effect, and that the thickening effect is better with the vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer as the primary thickener.
2. And (3) stability testing:
(1) High temperature resistance test: the shower gels prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were packaged in transparent cosmetic bottles, placed in a constant temperature incubator at 45 ℃ for three months, and then taken out and observed after returning to room temperature. The results show that the shower gels prepared in the examples 1 to 6 have no phenomena of thinning, thickening, discoloration and layering compared with the shower gels before the test, and still keep better leveling property and fluidity. The shower gels prepared in the comparative examples 1 to 3 have the phenomena of thinning, thickening, discoloration and layering at different degrees, and particularly the products in the comparative examples 1 and 2 have obvious changes.
(2) Low temperature resistance test: the shower gels prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were packaged in transparent cosmetic bottles, and were stored in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ for three months, and then taken out and returned to room temperature for observation. The results show that the shower gels prepared in the examples 1 to 6 have no jelly or delamination phenomenon compared with the shower gels before the test, and still keep better leveling property and fluidity. The shower gels prepared in the comparative examples 1-3 have jelly and layering phenomena of different degrees, particularly, the products in the comparative examples 2 and 3 have obvious changes, and the products in the comparative examples have local aggregation, nonuniform rheological properties, and nonuniform jelly coating.
(3) Low-temperature centrifugal test: the bath lotions prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were respectively packaged in stoppered test tubes, centrifuged at 3000r/min for 20min, and observed after standing. The results show that the products of examples 1-6 and comparative example 1 are free of delamination, whereas the products of comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 are delaminated.
(4) And (3) normal temperature test: the bath lotions prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were packaged in transparent cosmetic bottles, and left to stand at room temperature for 12 months. The results show that the products of examples 1-6 did not suffer from delamination and discoloration, and no off-taste, whereas the products of comparative examples 1-3 suffered from delamination and discoloration to varying degrees, especially the largest degree, with the product of comparative example 2.
The results show that the shower gel thickening system compounded by dextran sulfate sodium and vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer has better stability.
Test example two, skin irritation allergy test
Rabbits were selected as test animals for acute skin irritation tests. According to the relevant provisions of skin irritation/corrosion tests in the cosmetic hygiene Specification (2007 edition), the irritation and the allergy of the shower gel prepared in the examples 1-6 and the comparative examples 1-8 to the skin are respectively detected, and the results show that the shower gel products prepared in the examples 1-6 and the comparative examples 1-8 of the invention are non-irritant to the acute skin irritation test of rabbits, and have no redness, eruption and foaming phenomena, which indicates that the shower gel system of the invention is relatively mild and safe in property.
Third test example, detection of bacteriostatic Effect
The bacteriostatic effects of the body washes prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 4 to 8 and the bacteriostatic effect after standing at room temperature for 1 year were measured according to the regulations of GB19877.2-2005 Special bath preparation, and the results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002393390140000111
Figure BDA0002393390140000121
The results show that the shower gel prepared in the embodiments 1-6 of the invention has good bacteriostatic effect, the bacteriostatic rates of the shower gel on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans all reach more than 97.5%, the bacteriostatic rates of the shower gel on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans still reach more than 97.0% after the shower gel is placed at room temperature for 1 year, and the shower gel has a lasting bacteriostatic effect and a stable antibacterial effect. As can be seen from the comparative example 4, the formula does not contain the stearyl glycyrrhetinate, and the antibacterial effect is reduced, which shows that the stearyl glycyrrhetinate can obviously improve the antibacterial effect of the shower gel product. As can be seen from comparative examples 5 to 8, the antibacterial effect of the shower gel product is reduced to different degrees by adjusting the composition of the stabilizer in the formula, and the antibacterial effect is obviously reduced after the shower gel product is placed at room temperature for 1 year, which shows that the stabilizer of the invention is helpful for improving the antibacterial stability of the shower gel and keeping the shower gel with a lasting antibacterial effect.
Test example four evaluation of Using Properties
140 volunteers were selected and divided into 1 to 14 groups of 10 persons each, wherein the following five criteria were subjected to sensory evaluation using the body washes prepared in examples 1 to 6 in the 1 to 6 groups in turn and using the body washes prepared in comparative examples 1 to 8 in the 7 to 14 groups in turn: abundant foam (20 points), easy rinsing (20 points), dry and comfortable skin feeling (20 points), moistening (20 points), itching relieving (20 points), total points calculation, and statistics of the performance evaluation results of volunteers on the product, as shown in the following table 3.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002393390140000122
Figure BDA0002393390140000131
The results show that the shower gel prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 of the invention has rich foam, easy washing, good cleaning effect, certain antibacterial and skin moistening effects, no dry feeling and stabbing pain after washing, refreshing and no greasiness, and is particularly suitable for people with vigorous grease secretion and skin pruritus. The products of examples 1-6 are superior to the products of comparative examples 1-8 in all aspects of their use.
