The soothing and anti-wrinkle essence cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizer comprises glycerin, butanediol, aminomethyl propanol, sodium hyaluronate, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, ethylhexyl palmitate, glycerol polyacrylate, hexanediol, betaine, serine, lactalbumin and Mayan extract, and the moisturizer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of glycerol, 8-18 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 8-15 parts of butanediol, 5-15 parts of aminomethyl propanol, 1-3 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 1-8 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol, 7-15 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 2-7 parts of glycerol polyacrylate, 1-3 parts of hexanediol, 1-2 parts of betaine, 1-2 parts of serine, 1-2 parts of whey protein and 1 part of masson extract.
4. The soothing and anti-wrinkle essence milk according to claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is disodium EDTA, and the mass part of the chelating agent in the soothing and anti-wrinkle essence milk is 1-4 parts.

(1) pre-mixing glycerol, butanediol, aminomethyl propanol and 1, 2-pentanediol to obtain a mixture;

(4) adding cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane into an emulsifying kettle, keeping the temperature at 80-90 ℃, stirring for 7 minutes, and standing;
(5) cooling the temperature in the emulsifying kettle to 70-75 ℃, adding acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol and tetrahydro methylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, and uniformly stirring;
cooling the temperature in the emulsifying kettle to 40-45 ℃, adding p-hydroxyacetophenone, centella asiatica extract, semen phaseoli radiati extract, hydrolyzed red algae extract and pullulan, stirring uniformly, and discharging.
