技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零件加工工艺,特别是一种FT1030后减速器壳加工工艺。
背景技术
目前,在FT1030后减速器壳的加工中,其中大平面的螺栓安装孔是采用普通钻床加工,每个螺栓安装孔都是单独一个一个地钻出来的,位量度难以保证,影响到后工序的螺栓安装,主动齿轮前、后轴承孔都是采用数控车床加工,两轴承孔的同轴度难以保证,差速器两轴承孔的同轴度差,圆度差,无法达到图纸设计要求,产品尺寸一致性差,操作繁琐,生产效率低、成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种产品符合设计要求,产品尺寸一致性好,操作简便,生产效率高、成本低的FT1030后减速器壳加工工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺方法是经过如下步骤:
1. 定位夹紧: 以减壳加强筋一侧大平面、大外圆定位,硬爪夹紧大外圆;
2. 车大外圆及端面: 粗车大外圆,四个台阶,半精车大外圆及四个台阶及端面,精车大外圆,四个台阶以及端面,钻四个螺栓底孔,攻丝;
3. 钻孔及锪平面: 以已车大外圆及一加强筋下平面定位,用四个压板螺栓夹紧减速器壳体,用多头钻同时钻出十个安装孔,铰出两个定位孔,锪加强筋一侧十个台阶面;
4. 粗、精镗主齿前、后轴承孔: 以大端面已铰定位孔及大外圆定位,四个压板夹紧,加工中心粗镗,半精镗,主齿前、后轴承孔,油封孔,锪小端外圆;
5. 安装轴承盖: 安装减速器壳两轴承盖,螺栓拧至规定力矩;
6. 粗、精镗差速器轴承孔,铣螺纹孔: 以大外圆及已铰小孔定位,四个压板夹紧,粗镗、半精镗两端差速器轴承孔,粗、精镗调整螺母螺纹孔;
7. 试漏、清洗: 把已加工减速器装上专用试漏机,在0.6Mpa~0.7Mpa的压力下保压1.5分钟,把已加工减速器壳总成装到专用清洗机上清洗,涂防锈油,放入包装箱内。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,产品符合设计要求,尺寸稳定可靠、一致性好,操作简便,生产效率高、成本低,具有推广引用价值。
具体实施方式
1. 以减壳加强筋一侧大平面大外圆定位,硬爪夹紧大外圆;
2. 粗车大外圆,四个台阶,半精车大外圆及四个台阶及端面,精车大外圆,四个台阶以及端面,钻四个螺栓底孔,攻丝;
3. 以已车大外圆及一加强筋下平面定位,用四个压板螺栓夹紧减速器壳体,用多头钻同时钻十个安装孔,铰两个定位孔,锪加强筋一侧十个台阶面;
4. 以大端面已铰定位孔及大外圆定位,四个压板夹紧,加工中心粗镗,半精镗,主齿前后轴承孔,油封孔,锪小端外圆;
5. 安装减速器壳两轴承盖,螺栓拧至规定力矩;
6. 以大外圆及已铰小孔定位,四个压板夹紧,粗镗、半精镗两端差速器轴承孔,粗、精镗调整螺母螺纹孔;
7. 把已加工减速器装上专用试漏机,在0.6Mpa~0.7Mpa的压力下保压1.5分钟,把已加工减速器壳总成装到专用清洗机上清洗,涂防锈油,放入包装箱内。

1.一种FT1030后减速器壳加工工艺,其特征是经过如下步骤:
(1).定位夹紧: 以减壳加强筋一侧大平面大外圆定位,硬爪夹紧大外圆;
(2).车大外圆及端面: 粗车大外圆,四个台阶,半精车大外圆及四个台阶及端面,精车大外圆,四个台阶以及端面,钻四个螺栓底孔,攻丝;
(3).钻孔及锪平面: 以已车大外圆及一加强筋下平面定位,用四个压板螺栓夹紧减速器壳体,用多头钻同时钻十个安装孔,铰两个定位孔,锪加强筋一侧十个台阶面;
(4).粗、精镗主齿前、后轴承孔: 以大端面已铰定位孔及大外圆定位,四个压板夹紧,加工中心粗镗,半精镗,主齿前后轴承孔,油封孔,锪小端外圆;
(5).安装轴承盖: 安装减速器壳两轴承盖,螺栓拧至规定力矩;
(6).粗、精镗差速器轴承孔,铣螺纹孔: 以大外圆及已铰小孔定位,四个压板夹紧,粗镗、半精镗两端差速器轴承孔,粗、精镗调整螺母螺纹孔;
(7).试漏、清洗: 把已加工减速器装上专用试漏机,在0.6Mpa~0.7Mpa的压力下保压1.5分钟,把已加工减速器壳总成装到专用清洗机上清洗,涂防锈油,放入包装箱内。
