本发明公开了一种北虫草酒,北虫草酒的浸泡用酒的酒精度为52%,添加的原材料为北虫草、枸杞、人参、大枣;具体用量为:每1000克的浸泡用酒中所使用的原材料组分为:北虫草8克、枸杞10克、人参8克、大枣15克;具体制备方法为:原材料中的人参采用经现代工艺提取的人参提取物,按8克干品人参的量称取人参提取物,同时称量好所述北虫草、枸杞、大枣并清洗干净后,一并加入到装有1000克浸泡用酒的容器中,常温下密封浸泡15‑25天,取上清液勾兑到酒精度为45度,进行冷冻或自然沉淀,过滤后即得该北虫草酒。本发明将饮用白酒与中药合理配伍,口感醇和,具有补肺益肾、补虚损、益精气、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等保健作用以及显著增强免疫力的功能。

本发明属于保健酒技术领域,具体涉及一种北虫草酒。
背景技术
在我国用酒和药配制滋补酒已有千年历史,至唐宋时期,药酒补酒的酿造已较为盛行,人们已习惯饮用滋补酒来强身健体。随着经济,文化的进步,医药学有了新的发展。药酒在整理前人经验,创制新配方,发展配制法等方面都取得了新的成就,使药酒的制备达到了更高的水平。药物的功效在现代制备技术条件下得到充分体现,饮用滋补酒后的健身效果越发明显,使得人们对滋补酒的喜爱日益加深,饮用后功效显著的滋补酒一直处于供不应求的状态,经济效益十分可观。
随着人们生活水平和生活质量的不断提高,营养保健意识日益增强。以营养保健为主题的消费时代已经到来,再加之人们文化素质的提高和生活节奏的加快,对营养保健需求日渐递增。早在20世纪末,国家就提出了“高度酒向低度酒转变,蒸馏酒向发酵酒转变,粮食酒向果露酒转变,普通酒向优质酒转变”的酒类宏观产业政策。露酒是我国的传统酒类产品之一,历史悠久、品种繁多、风格各异,较完善地发挥了中国特有的“药食同源”的理论与实践经验。它以中医学和养生学理论为基础,有丰富的原料资源优势,悠久的饮食、养生及饮酒文化内涵,符合国家宏观政策,是集保健、滋补、佐餐、助兴于一体的理想饮品,有着广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种具保健功能、口味醇和的北虫草酒。
为此本发明的技术方案为:一种北虫草酒,其特征在于:所述北虫草酒的浸泡用酒的酒精度为52%,添加的原材料为北虫草、枸杞、人参、大枣;
具体用量为:每1000克的浸泡用酒中所使用的原材料组分为:北虫草8克、枸杞10克、人参8克、大枣15克;
具体制备方法为:原材料中的人参采用经现代工艺提取的人参提取物,按8克干品人参的量称取人参提取物,同时称量好所述北虫草、枸杞、大枣并清洗干净后,一并加入到装有1000 克浸泡用酒的容器中,常温下密封浸泡15-25天,取上清液勾兑到酒精度为45度,进行冷冻或自然沉淀,过滤后即得该北虫草酒。
本发明所选原材料作用如下:
北冬虫草功效:补肾、护肝养肝,适合肝肾阴虚的人食用。
枸杞:性甘、平,入肝、肾经。功用主治:滋肾、润肺、补肝明目,治肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕目眩、目眩多泪、虚劳咳嗽、消渴、遗精等。
人参:大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,固脱生津。出自:孙思 邈《千金要方》。
大枣:李时珍在《本草纲目》中说:枣味甘、性温,能补中益气、养血生津,用于治疗“脾虚弱、食少便溏、气血亏虚”等疾病。常食大枣可治疗身体虚弱、神经衰弱、脾胃不和、消化不良、劳伤咳嗽、贫血消瘦,养肝防癌功能尤为突出,有“日食三颗枣,百岁不显老”之说。
有益效果:本发明将饮用白酒与中药合理配伍,各原材料通过相互配合和促进,相对于单纯采用单种原材料达到的效果更好,同时,通过上述各原材料之间的相互作用,使其性状更加温和,非常利于人体吸收,长期饮用也不会产生副作用,实现食药合一。
长期饮用采用所述四种中药泡制而成的北虫草酒,具有补肺益肾、补虚损、益精气、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等保健作用以及显著增强免疫力的功能。
在制备方法上,除人参采用经现代工艺提取的人参提取物,其他药材先用高浓度的白酒进行浸提、密封存储,使各药材中的有效成分充分浸出并溶于酒中,再勾兑到45度,使该北虫草酒入口无刺喉,入腹无压迫之感,口感更佳。

具体制备方法为:原材料中的人参采用经现代工艺提取的人参提取物,按8克干品人参的量称取人参提取物,同时按用量称量好所述北虫草、枸杞、大枣并清洗干净后,一并加入到装有1000 克浸泡用酒的容器中,常温下密封浸泡15-25天,其中,夏季浸泡15天,冬季浸泡25天,然后取上清液勾兑到酒精度为45度,进行冷冻或自然沉淀,过滤后即得该北虫草酒。
