背景技术
在为房屋装修时,装饰板是常用的板材之一,装饰板是一种人造板材,它是用多种材料经过化学处理后,用高温高压胶合剂制成的热固性层积塑料,板面具有各种木纹或图案,光亮平整,色泽鲜艳美观,同时具有较高的耐磨、耐热、耐寒、防火等良好的物理性能,许多高级房舍的墙壁、屋顶,制作讲究的柜、橱、桌、床,精密仪器的工作台,现在市场上用亚克力板贴合PVC发泡板的装饰板生产成本较高,并且加工时费工费力,为此,本发明提出一种透明皮层共挤板及其加工方法。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种透明皮层共挤板及其加工方法,本发明的一种透明皮层共挤板加工成本低,省工省力,由两台挤出机共挤,一次成型挤出,不需要二次加工贴亚克力,美观,大方,高档,用灯光投影时有立体感效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种透明皮层共挤板,包括透明皮层一、发泡芯层和透明皮层二,所述发泡芯层设置在透明皮层一和透明皮层二之间并与透明皮层一和透明皮层二形成固定连接。
所述加工方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:透明皮层配料;取用PVC:100份;稳定剂3.2份;加工助剂2份;DOP:3.5份;MBS:3份;润滑剂①:0.6份;润滑剂②:0.7份;
步骤二:发泡芯层配料;取用PVC(SG5)100份;三碱式硫酸铅2.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅0.4份份;DOP 1.8份;硬脂酸铅0.2份;硬脂酸0.5份;石蜡0.3份;碳酸钙2.5份;偶氮二甲酰胺0.68份;二碱式硬脂酸铅0.5份;CPE7份;硬脂酸钙0.4份;聚乙烯蜡0.2份;钛白粉1.8份;
步骤三:热混;将透明皮层的原料和发泡芯层的原料按照各自的原料配比称量后分别放入热混锅中搅拌均匀;
步骤四:冷混;步骤三中的两种混合原料分别放入冷混锅中搅拌冷却,然后取出放入不同的容器中备用;
步骤五:筛选;将冷却后的两种混合原料分别使用筛分机进行筛选,然后备用;
步骤六:挤出成型;使用两台挤出机共挤,其中一台挤出机挤出透明皮层混合料,在共挤出机头中将料流分成两股,这两股熔融的料流形成透明皮层共挤板的透明皮层一和透明皮层二,另一台挤出机将发泡芯层混合料输入到同一共挤出机头中,处于透明皮层一和透明皮层二的中间,即为发泡芯层;
步骤七:冷却定型;将步骤六中挤出机挤出的共挤板立刻放入定型套冷却定型,然后再进入水箱进一步冷却;
步骤八:切割;将充分冷却的共挤板根据需要切割为一定长度的产品;
步骤九:成品;将切割好的共挤板进行产品检验,然后得到合格的透明皮层共挤板成品。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述步骤三中的当物料温度达到125℃时进行步骤四的冷混。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述步骤四的冷混温度为50℃左右,以防止结块和发泡剂过早分解而影响发泡倍率,造成产品密度增大。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述透明皮层共挤板的厚度为10mm-20mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述透明皮层一和透明皮层二的厚度均为0.2mm-1.5mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述步骤六中粉末状的发泡芯层混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机后,随着不断地前移及挤出过程中所发生的温度变化, 发泡芯层混合料慢慢从固态转化为黏流态,发泡剂开始分解,由于挤出机及模具内的压力非常高,发泡剂分解放出的气体在高压下溶入PVC熔体中,当熔体被挤出模具后,由于熔体突然失去压力,溶解在熔体中的气体迅速膨胀发泡。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的一种透明皮层共挤板上下两层面料为半透明状,材质为PVC透明不发泡层,表面光洁耐划伤,环保,能够代替市面上用亚克力板贴合PVC发泡板的装饰板。
2、本发明一种透明皮层共挤板生产成本低,省工省力,由两台挤出机一次挤出成型,不需要二次加工贴亚克力,能够节省亚克力成本和贴合亚克力板的胶水费。

步骤二:发泡芯层配料;取用PVC(SG5)100份;三碱式硫酸铅2.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅0.4份份;DOP 1.8份;硬脂酸铅0.2份;硬脂酸0.5份;石蜡0.3份;碳酸钙2.5份;偶氮二甲酰胺0.68份;二碱式硬脂酸铅0.5份;CPE7份;硬脂酸钙0.4份;聚乙烯蜡0.2份;钛白粉1.8份;
步骤三:热混;将透明皮层的原料和发泡芯层的原料按照各自的原料配比称量后分别放入热混锅中搅拌均匀;
步骤四:冷混;步骤三中的两种混合原料分别放入冷混锅中搅拌冷却,然后取出放入不同的容器中备用;
步骤五:筛选;将冷却后的两种混合原料分别使用筛分机进行筛选,然后备用;
步骤六:挤出成型;使用两台挤出机共挤,其中一台挤出机挤出透明皮层混合料,在共挤出机头中将料流分成两股,这两股熔融的料流形成透明皮层共挤板的透明皮层一1和透明皮层二3,另一台挤出机将发泡芯层混合料输入到同一共挤出机头中,处于透明皮层一1和透明皮层二3的中间,即为发泡芯层2;
步骤七:冷却定型;将步骤六中挤出机挤出的共挤板立刻放入定型套冷却定型,然后再进入水箱进一步冷却;
步骤八:切割;将充分冷却的共挤板根据需要切割为一定长度的产品;
步骤九:成品;将切割好的共挤板进行产品检验,然后得到合格的透明皮层共挤板成品。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述步骤三中的当物料温度达到125℃时进行步骤四的冷混。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述步骤四的冷混温度为50℃左右,以防止结块和发泡剂过早分解而影响发泡倍率,造成产品密度增大。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述透明皮层共挤板的厚度为10mm-20mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述透明皮层一1和透明皮层二3的厚度均为0.2mm-1.5mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述步骤六中粉末状的发泡芯层混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机后,随着不断地前移及挤出过程中所发生的温度变化, 发泡芯层混合料慢慢从固态转化为黏流态,发泡剂开始分解,由于挤出机及模具内的压力非常高,发泡剂分解放出的气体在高压下溶入PVC熔体中,当熔体被挤出模具后,由于熔体突然失去压力,溶解在熔体中的气体迅速膨胀发泡。

Claims (7)
1.一种透明皮层共挤板,其特征在于,包括透明皮层一(1)、发泡芯层(2)和透明皮层二(3),所述发泡芯层(2)设置在透明皮层一(1)和透明皮层二(3)之间并与透明皮层一(1)和透明皮层二(3)形成固定连接。
2.一种透明皮层共挤板及其加工方法,其特征在于,所述加工方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:透明皮层配料;取用PVC:100份;稳定剂3.2份;加工助剂2份;DOP:3.5份;MBS:3份;润滑剂①:0.6份;润滑剂②:0.7份;
步骤二:发泡芯层配料;取用PVC(SG5)100份;三碱式硫酸铅2.5份;二碱式亚磷酸铅0.4份份;DOP 1.8份;硬脂酸铅0.2份;硬脂酸0.5份;石蜡0.3份;碳酸钙2.5份;偶氮二甲酰胺0.68份;二碱式硬脂酸铅0.5份;CPE7份;硬脂酸钙0.4份;聚乙烯蜡0.2份;钛白粉1.8份;
步骤三:热混;将透明皮层的原料和发泡芯层的原料按照各自的原料配比称量后分别放入热混锅中搅拌均匀;
步骤四:冷混;步骤三中的两种混合原料分别放入冷混锅中搅拌冷却,然后取出放入不同的容器中备用;
步骤五:筛选;将冷却后的两种混合原料分别使用筛分机进行筛选,然后备用;
步骤六:挤出成型;使用两台挤出机共挤,其中一台挤出机挤出透明皮层混合料,在共挤出机头中将料流分成两股,这两股熔融的料流形成透明皮层共挤板的透明皮层一(1)和透明皮层二(3),另一台挤出机将发泡芯层混合料输入到同一共挤出机头中,处于透明皮层一(1)和透明皮层二(3)的中间,即为发泡芯层(2);
步骤七:冷却定型;将步骤六中挤出机挤出的共挤板立刻放入定型套冷却定型,然后再进入水箱进一步冷却;
步骤八:切割;将充分冷却的共挤板根据需要切割为一定长度的产品;
步骤九:成品;将切割好的共挤板进行产品检验,然后得到合格的透明皮层共挤板成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种透明皮层共挤板及其加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中的当物料温度达到125℃时进行步骤四的冷混。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种透明皮层共挤板及其加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四的冷混温度为50℃左右,以防止结块和发泡剂过早分解而影响发泡倍率,造成产品密度增大。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明皮层共挤板及其加工方法,其特征在于,所述透明皮层共挤板的厚度为10mm-20mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明皮层共挤板及其加工方法,其特征在于,所述透明皮层一(1)和透明皮层二(3)的厚度均为0.2mm-1.5mm。
