本发明涉及一种PVC板材,具体涉及一种PVC发泡板材,由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC100份、稳定剂4.0-4.5份、轻质碳酸钙50-60份、PE蜡0.4-0.45份、内润滑剂0.6-0.8份、AC发泡剂0.6-0.8份、NC发泡剂1.2-1.5份、润滑性加工助剂1.5-2.0份、发泡调节剂12.0-13.0份。本发明所述的PVC发泡板材,稳定性高,具有很好的表面光泽和表面平整性,具有良好的流动性,解决同类产品长期存在的收缩横问题,表面结皮硬度及光洁度高,材料性能更加优异。本发明还提供其制备方法,工艺合理。

Description

PVC 发泡板材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC板材,具体涉及一种PVC发泡板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC发泡板材是国外20世纪70年代开发的一种新型塑料材料,由于其独特的生产工艺技术,使其具有优异的性能,被广泛应用于建筑、车船、家具、装饰装修、广告制作、展览标牌、市容环保、旅游等行业。硬质结皮低发泡PVC板材就是其中的一种性能优异的材料,近年来,我国低发泡挤出制品生产颇有进展,但规模、产品品种及质量方面均与我国化工建材市场的发展态势不相适应,挤出发泡工艺的有关配方、工艺条件、设备结构参数及它们与发泡制品的密度和性能的关系也有待于进一步研究和优化,目前使用的PVC发泡板材主要存在板面不平整、结皮厚度薄、表面光洁度差、生产效率低、出材率低等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种PVC发泡板材,稳定性高,具有很好的表面光泽和表面平整性,具有良好的流动性,解决同类产品长期存在的收缩横问题,表面结皮硬度及光洁度高,材料性能更加优异;本发明还提供其制备方法,工艺合理。
本发明所述的PVC发泡板材,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
PVC 100份、稳定剂4.0-4.5份、轻质碳酸钙50-60份、PE蜡0.4-0.45份、内润滑剂0.6-0.8份、AC发泡剂0.6-0.8份、NC发泡剂1.2-1.5份、润滑性加工助剂1.5-2.0份、发泡调节剂12.0-13.0份。
稳定剂为铅盐稳定剂,由河北雄县双星助剂生产。
内润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡,型号为L-60,由山东瑞丰高分子材料有限公司生产。
润滑性加工助剂为LP-175,生产厂家为山东瑞丰高分子材料股份有限公司。
轻质碳酸钙由山东中信钙业有限公司生产;所述的发泡调节剂为高分子量丙烯酸类聚合物,型号为LP-90,由山东瑞丰高分子材料有限公司生产。
AC发泡剂和NC发泡剂为市购。
本发明所述的PVC发泡板材,还包括以下重量份数的原料:ACR树脂2-4份、二氧化钛1-2份、聚乳酸1-1.5份、硫酸钡1-1.5份、偶氮二甲酰胺1-1.5份。添加偶氮二甲酰胺增加发泡性,添加聚乳酸使制备得到的板材易降解,减少对环境的污染。
即所述的PVC发泡板材,优选由以下重量份数的原料制成:
PVC 100份、稳定剂4.0-4.5份、轻质碳酸钙50-60份、PE蜡0.4-0.45份、内润滑剂0.6-0.8份、AC发泡剂0.6-0.8份、NC发泡剂1.2-1.5份、润滑性加工助剂1.5-2.0份、发泡调节剂12.0-13.0份,ACR树脂2-4份、二氧化钛1-2份、聚乳酸1-1.5份、硫酸钡1-1.5份、偶氮二甲酰胺1-1.5份。
所述的PVC发泡板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)物料混合工序:
将物料投入到热混合机中混合,控制温度在110-120℃,然后排入到冷混合机中,冷却至40-45℃,经罗茨风机和震动筛去除异物后进入混合料罐;混合料在混合料罐内均化;
(2)挤压成型工序:
均化后的混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机,然后经模具挤出后,进入定型套内冷却定型,最后进入水槽内进一步冷却,经过牵引机后切割为PVC发泡板材,包装后成品入库。
步骤(2)定型套内冷却温度为18-20℃,水槽内进一步冷却时水槽内的温度为18-20℃。
步骤(2)粉末状的混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机后,随着不断地前移及挤出过程中所发生的温度变化,物料慢慢从固态转化为勃流态,发泡剂开始分解。由于挤出机及模具内的压力非常高,发泡剂分解放出的气体在高压下溶入PVC熔体中,当熔体被挤出模具后,由于熔体突然失去压力,溶解在熔体中的气体迅速膨胀发泡,这时立刻进入定型套冷却定型,含有发泡剂的熔体一离开模口进入定型套就使整个挤出物表面被迅速冷却,同时模口内的模芯所产生的空腔在定型过程中被熔体形成的泡孔所充满于是形成断面内部密度较大而外层密度较小的中空发泡板材,然后再进入水箱进一步冷却,经过牵引机后切割为一定长度的PVC发泡板材,包装后成品入库。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明与现有技术相比,提高了生产效率,降低了废品率,轻质碳酸钙在塑料制品中能起到一种骨架作用,对制品尺寸的稳定性有很大作用,还能提高制品的硬度,并提高制品的表面光泽和表面平整性。加入了发泡调节剂LP-90使发泡效果更加优异,板材产品表面平整,提高了熔体的熔体强度,防止了气泡的合并,得到更加均匀发泡的PVC发泡制品,同时还起到了促进PVC的塑化,保证熔体具有良好的流动性的目的。解决同类产品长期存在的收缩横问题,表面结皮硬度及光洁度高,材料性能更加优异。
(2)本发明加入NC发泡剂,该产品有优良的相溶性,与AC发泡剂相溶性好,促进发泡剂分解速度,提高加工速度,降低生产成本,该产品能显著改善制品的耐用性、耐老化性,促进制品的长期稳定性。
(3)本发明所述的PVC发泡板材,稳定性高,具有很好的表面光泽和表面平整性,具有良好的流动性,解决同类产品长期存在的收缩横问题,表面结皮硬度及光洁度高,材料性能更加优异。
(4)本发明还提供其制备方法,工艺合理。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
表观密度依据GB/T6343标准进行检测,单位为Kg/m3
邵氏硬度(D)依据GB2411标准进行检测,
弯曲弹性模量依据GB/T9341-2000标准进行检测,单位为MPa,
简支梁冲击强度依据GB/T1043标准进行检测,单位为kJ/ma,
拉伸冲击强度依据GB/T1040标准进行检测,单位为k J/ma。
实施例中所用原料除特别说明外,均为市购。
实施例1
PVC 100份、稳定剂(铅盐稳定剂)4.0份、轻质碳酸钙50份、PE蜡0.4份、内润滑剂(氧化聚乙烯蜡)0.6份、AC发泡剂0.6份、NC发泡剂1.2份、润滑性加工助剂(LP-175)1.5份、发泡调节剂(LP-90)12.0份。
制备方法为:
(1)物料混合工序:
将物料投入到热混合机中混合,控制温度在110℃,然后排入到冷混合机中,冷却至45℃,经罗茨风机和震动筛去除异物后进入混合料罐;混合料在混合料罐内均化;
(2)挤压成型工序:
均化后的混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机,然后经模具挤出后,进入定型套内冷却定型,最后进入水箱内进一步冷却,经过牵引机后切割为所需长度的PVC发泡板材,包装后成品入库。
实施例2
PVC 100份、稳定剂(铅盐稳定剂)4.25份、轻质碳酸钙55份、PE蜡0.425份、内润滑剂(氧化聚乙烯蜡)0.7份、AC发泡剂0.7份、NC发泡剂1.3份、润滑性加工助剂(LP-175)1.75份、发泡调节剂(LP-90)12.5份。
制备方法为:
(1)物料混合工序:
将物料投入到热混合机中混合,控制温度在120℃,然后排入到冷混合机中,冷却至40℃,经罗茨风机和震动筛去除异物后进入混合料罐;混合料在混合料罐内均化;
(2)挤压成型工序:
均化后的混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机,然后经模具挤出后,进入定型套内冷却定型,最后进入水箱内进一步冷却,经过牵引机后切割为所需长度的PVC发泡板材,包装后成品入库。
实施例3:
PVC 100份、稳定剂(铅盐稳定剂)4.5份、轻质碳酸钙60份、PE蜡0.45份、内润滑剂(氧化聚乙烯蜡)0.8份、AC发泡剂0.8份、NC发泡剂1.5份、润滑性加工助剂(LP-175)2.0份、发泡调节剂(LP-90)13.0份。
制备方法为:
(1)物料混合工序:
将物料投入到热混合机中混合,控制温度在115℃,然后排入到冷混合机中,冷却至40℃,经罗茨风机和震动筛去除异物后进入混合料罐;混合料在混合料罐内均化;
(2)挤压成型工序:
均化后的混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机,然后经模具挤出后,进入定型套内冷却定型,最后进入水箱内进一步冷却,经过牵引机后切割为所需长度的PVC发泡板材,包装后成品入库。
实施例4:
PVC 100份、稳定剂(铅盐稳定剂)4.0份、轻质碳酸钙50份、PE蜡0.4份、内润滑剂(氧化聚乙烯蜡)0.6份、AC发泡剂0.6份、NC发泡剂1.2份、润滑性加工助剂(LP-175)1.5份、发泡调节剂(LP-90)12.0份,ACR树脂3份、二氧化钛2份、聚乳酸1份、硫酸钡1份、偶氮二甲酰胺1份。
制备方法为:
(1)物料混合工序:
将物料投入到热混合机中混合,控制温度在115℃,然后排入到冷混合机中,冷却至40℃,经罗茨风机和震动筛去除异物后进入混合料罐;混合料在混合料罐内均化;
(2)挤压成型工序:
均化后的混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机,然后经模具挤出后,进入定型套内冷却定型,最后进入水箱内进一步冷却,经过牵引机后切割为所需长度的PVC发泡板材,包装后成品入库。
将实施例1-4制备得到的产品进行性能测试,测试结果见表1。表1中的现有技术为本领域常规的市购的PVC板材。

Claims (7)

1.一种PVC发泡板材,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:
PVC 100份、稳定剂4.0-4.5份、轻质碳酸钙50-60份、PE蜡0.4-0.45份、内润滑剂0.6-0.8份、AC发泡剂0.6-0.8份、NC发泡剂1.2-1.5份、润滑性加工助剂1.5-2.0份、发泡调节剂12.0-13.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡板材,其特征在于:稳定剂为铅盐稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡板材,其特征在于:内润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡板材,其特征在于:润滑性加工助剂为LP-175。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡板材,其特征在于:发泡调节剂为高分子量丙烯酸类聚合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡板材,其特征在于:还包括以下重量份数的原料:ACR树脂2-4份、二氧化钛1-2份、聚乳酸1-1.5份、硫酸钡1-1.5份、偶氮二甲酰胺1-1.5份。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一所述的PVC发泡板材的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)物料混合工序:
将物料投入到热混合机中混合,控制温度在110-120℃,然后排入到冷混合机中,冷却至40-45℃,经罗茨风机和震动筛去除异物后进入混合料罐;混合料在混合料罐内均化;
(2)挤压成型工序:
均化后的混合料从挤出线上的料斗进入挤出机,然后经模具挤出后,进入定型套内冷却定型,最后进入水箱内进一步冷却,经过牵引机后切割为PVC发泡板材,包装后成品入库。
