背景技术
近年来,国家大力提倡开发节能、低耗产品,塑料模板是一种节能型环保产品,因此,推广应用塑料模板是节约资源、节约能耗、“以塑代木”、“以塑代钢”的重要措施。其中,聚氯乙烯发泡材料由于具有可锯、可钉、可刨、可粘等加工性能,并且具有防水、防火、防虫蛀、耐碱、防腐、隔音、有较好的稳定性和耐候性等特点,得到了很好的发展,广泛应用于家具板、建筑板、广告板等。
对于密度低且较薄的聚氯乙烯发泡家具板,生产中的难题是密度做不下来,板材发脆易断裂,表面硬度低,光亮度低,且生产成本较高生产不稳定。生产配方和工艺设定也是随着生产不断更改调试,做不到大规模稳定统一生产。现有配方组成较为复杂,稳定剂多用两到三种配合使用,稳定效果不佳。加入的增塑剂也良莠不齐,固态、液态的都有,加大了生产难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板,具有密度小、硬度大、韧性好、光洁度好的特点。

与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用配方和生产工艺的搭配确保了产品的质量和生产的持续性,大大提高了产品成品率和工作效率;采用面层和芯层两种工艺,与传统的PVC生产有根本性的不同,面层采用聚氯乙烯SG7型树脂,大大提高了面层的硬度,芯层采用高发泡配方,降低了芯层的密度,生产出来的板材具有高的表面硬度,单表层厚度10丝,使薄板更具韧性。
本发明大大降低了发泡调节剂的使用量,以P90型发泡调节剂和放热型AC发泡剂与吸热型NS-603发泡剂配合使用,在80-90℃条件下低温缓慢预热,避免瞬间发泡,板子无法包覆住气体,待温度升至90℃后加入剩余小料,开始低温塑化,在100-105℃条件下发泡剂与调节剂配合,产生细密的气泡,从而生产出的板材更加细腻,发泡更加均匀,显著降低产品密度和生产成本。
本发明中面层使用内润滑剂sp-60、PTFE改性聚乙烯蜡、聚乙烯蜡配合作为润滑剂,可以提高抗刮伤性能,耐磨性以及平滑性,大大提高表面的光洁度,增韧剂CPE的加入大大提升了产品表皮韧性,降低了板材的脆性,比传统的在整个板材中使用CPE效果更好。

聚氯乙烯SG7型树脂80份,重钙粉30份,回收料30份,发泡调节剂P90 2份,钙锌稳定剂3.0份,内润滑剂sp-60 0.6份,PTFE改性聚乙烯蜡0.3份,聚乙烯蜡0.8份,增塑剂OA60.35份,增韧剂CPE 2.5份,蓝光增白剂0.25份,金红石2份,苯乙烯类调节发泡剂1份;
其中重钙使用前需要进行活化处理。
所述的增韧剂CPE的含氯量控制在35-40%之间。
所述的聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
调节热混锅温度为60℃,加入氯乙烯树脂和回收料混合搅拌均匀后加入钙粉和润滑剂,搅拌30分钟后升温至90℃加入发泡剂和发泡调节剂,待温度升至90℃后加入剩余小料,继续搅拌升温至105℃后迅速降温至60℃,将冷却物料输送至温度为190℃主机挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化输送至合流芯,在合流芯与辅机挤出机过来的面层料混合,面层料对主机过来的芯层料包覆后进入模具挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品。其中所述辅机挤出机温度为180℃,连接套熔压27MPa。
将本发明新配方(实施例1-3)产品与本公司2015年老配方(已申请专利且授权,申请号2015103067402,名称厚度为3-5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板)产品分别进行性能测试,具体数据对比如下:

从表格可以看出,本发明产品密度低于原有产品密度,解决了现有技术生产聚氯乙烯发泡薄板密度大的问题,本发明产品邵氏硬度大于55HD,弯曲强度大于8MPa,表面光滑几乎为镜面,是现有技术很难达到的标准。
注,本发明中发泡调节剂p90是甲基丙烯酸甲酯;内润滑剂sp-60是多元醇脂肪酸酯。

Claims (8)

1.一种聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板,其特征在于:由芯层和面层组成,所述的芯层由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,重钙45-60份,回收料35-50份,发泡调节剂P90 5-6份,钙锌稳定剂2.8-3.2份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.5-0.6份,微粉化聚乙烯蜡N-14P 0.1-0.25份,增塑剂OA9 0.4-0.5份,放热型AC发泡剂0.5-0.6份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.0-1.3份,蓝光增白剂0.25份,金红石1-1.5份;
其中重钙使用前需要进行活化处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板,其特征在于所述的面层由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG7型树脂60-80份,重钙粉20-30份,回收料20-30份,发泡调节剂P90 2份,钙锌稳定剂2.8-3.0份,内润滑剂sp-60 0.5-0.6份,PTFE改性聚乙烯蜡0.2-0.3份,聚乙烯蜡0.6-0.8份,增塑剂OA6 0.28-0.35份,增韧剂CPE 2.5份,蓝光增白剂0.2-0.25份,金红石2份,苯乙烯类调节发泡剂1份;
其中重钙使用前需要进行活化处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板,其特征在于:所述的增韧剂CPE的含氯量控制在35-40%之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板,其特征在于所述的芯层由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂70份,重钙52份,回收料40份,发泡调节剂P90 5.5份,钙锌稳定剂3份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.55份,微粉化聚乙烯蜡N-14P 0.2份,增塑剂OA9 0.45份,放热型AC发泡剂0.55份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.1份,蓝光增白剂0.25份,金红石1.1份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板,其特征在于所述的面层由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG7型树脂70份,重钙粉25份,回收料25份,发泡调节剂P90 2份,钙锌稳定剂2.9份,内润滑剂sp-60 0.55份,PTFE改性聚乙烯蜡0.25份,聚乙烯蜡0.7份,增塑剂OA60.30份,增韧剂CPE 2.5份,蓝光增白剂0.22份,金红石2份,苯乙烯类发泡调节剂1份。
6.一种权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
调节热混锅温度为50-60℃,加入氯乙烯树脂和回收料混合搅拌均匀后加入钙粉和润滑剂,搅拌20-30分钟后升温至80-90℃加入发泡剂和发泡调节剂,待温度升至90℃后加入剩余小料,继续搅拌升温至100-105℃后迅速降温至40-60℃,将冷却物料输送至主机挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化输送至合流芯,在合流芯与辅机挤出机过来的面层料混合,面层料对主机过来的芯层料包覆后进入模具挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述辅机挤出机温度为160-180℃,连接套熔压24-27Mpa。
8.根据权利要求7所述的聚氯乙烯共挤发泡家具板的制备方法,其特征在于:主机挤出机温度设定为180-190℃。
