本发明公开了一种厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材,属于聚氯乙烯板材技术领域。解决了现有技术生产成本高、产率低、质量差的问题。由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,重钙50份,家具模板回收料40份,发泡调节剂903 7-8份,发泡调节剂902 2-3份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.8-3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.6-0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.35-0.4份,AP 0.2-0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.5-0.6份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4-1.6份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,群青0.01份,钛白粉1份;本发明产品表面较木质板材更为光滑,直接使用或者在加工修饰皆可。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材,属于聚氯乙烯板材技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,国家大力提倡开发节能、低耗产品,塑料模板是一种节能型环保产品,因此,推广应用塑料模板是节约资源、节约能耗、“以塑代木”、“以塑代钢”的重要措施。其中,聚氯乙烯发泡材料由于具有可锯、可钉、可刨、可粘等加工性能,并且具有防水、防火、防虫蛀、耐碱、防腐、隔音、有较好的稳定性和耐候性等特点,得到了很好的发展,广泛应用于家具板、建筑板、广告板等。
聚氯乙烯家具板材有着和木质板材相同的使用功能,可订、可凿、可加工,且结皮层的硬度和木质板材相比效果更佳,相比于木质板材其具有更好的防水、防潮效果。密度的大小对于板材的硬度有直接关系,结皮发泡板对于板材光亮度要求较高,现有技术生产的聚氯乙烯家具板材不但成本高、产率低、质量差,而且存着密度难以控制、芯部有泡孔、表面硬度差、板材白度差等不良问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材,具有成本低、产率高、质量好的优点。
所述的厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,重钙50份,家具模板回收料40份,发泡调节剂9037-8份,发泡调节剂9022-3份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.8-3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6-0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.35-0.4份,AP 0.2-0.3份,塑化剂OA30.5-0.6份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4-1.6份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,群青0.01份,钛白粉1份;
其中钙粉使用前需要进行活化处理。
所述的厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将物料按照聚氯乙烯树脂-钙粉-稳定剂-发泡剂-润滑剂-发泡调节剂-增白剂、群青、钛白粉-家具板回料的顺序依次投入热混锅内搅拌升温至110-120℃,迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至40-60℃。将冷却物料输送至挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化良好输送至模具,控制模具内温度压力挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定性,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品。
其中挤出机温度设定为150-200℃,模具温度设在160-190℃,模具油温机设定在175-190℃,模唇处水温机设定在15-30℃,定型台冷却水设在17-30℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明各原料配比科学合理,在提高产率的同时大大降低了生产成本,采用重质碳酸钙有效保证了板材密度,所生产的家具板材密度在0.5g/cm3左右,芯层无泡孔气串等不良现象,且表面硬度大、光洁度好;发泡调节剂902粘度大效果好,但是成本高,采用发泡调节剂903和发泡调节剂902配合使用,在降低成本的同时起到了很好的发泡调节效果,为确保板材白度加入钛白粉增白且防止褪色,加入群青中和各颜料的色差。本发明生产的厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材表面较木质板材更为光滑,直接使用或者加工修饰都可,满足使用者基本需要的同时还具有防火、防水、防潮、防腐等特性。

实施例1
所述的厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60份,重钙50份,家具模板回收料40份,发泡调节剂9037份,发泡调节剂9022份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.8份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6份,聚乙烯蜡0.35份,AP 0.2份,塑化剂OA30.5份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,群青0.01份,钛白粉1份。

所述的厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80份,重钙50份,家具模板回收料40份,发泡调节剂9038份,发泡调节剂9023份,铅盐复合稳定剂3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-600.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.4份,AP 0.3份,塑化剂OA30.6份,放热型AC发泡剂0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.6份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,群青0.01份,钛白粉1份。
实施例3
所述的厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂70份,重钙50份,家具模板回收料40份,发泡调节剂9037.5份,发泡调节剂9022.5份,铅盐复合稳定剂3份,内润滑剂ZB-600.65份,聚乙烯蜡0.38份,AP 0.25份,塑化剂OA30.55份,放热型AC发泡剂0.35份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.5份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,群青0.01份,钛白粉1份。
其中:发泡调节剂903是聚丙烯酸酯;
内润滑剂ZB-60是多元醇脂肪酸酯;
AP是微粉化聚乙烯蜡;
OA3是微粉化氧化聚乙烯蜡;
放热型AC发泡剂是偶氮二甲酰胺。

1.一种厚度为9-18mm聚氯乙烯结皮发泡家具板材,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,重钙50份,家具模板回收料40份,发泡调节剂903 7-8份,发泡调节剂902 2-3份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.8-3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.6-0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.35-0.4份,AP 0.2-0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.5-0.6份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4-1.6份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,群青0.01份,钛白粉1份;
