本发明公开了一种厚度为3‑5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,属于聚氯乙烯板材技术领域。解决了现有产品密度大、韧性差、表面光洁度差的问题。由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60‑80份,轻钙42‑45份,广告模板回收料20‑30份,发泡调节剂9039‑12份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4‑3.2份,内润滑剂ZB‑60 0.5‑0.6份,聚乙烯蜡0.3‑0.4份,AP 0.2‑0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.4‑0.5份,放热型AC发泡剂1.1‑1.4份,吸热型中凯c‑2发泡剂0.7‑1.0份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,增韧剂ACM 0.5‑1份。本发明制备的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板密度为0.3‑0.4g/cm3,厚度为3‑5mm。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厚度为3-5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,属于聚氯乙烯板材技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,国家大力提倡开发节能、低耗产品,塑料模板是一种节能型环保产品,因此,推广应用塑料模板是节约资源、节约能耗、“以塑代木”、“以塑代钢”的重要措施。其中,聚氯乙烯发泡材料由于具有可锯、可钉、可刨、可粘等加工性能,并且具有防水、防火、防虫蛀、耐碱、防腐、隔音、有较好的稳定性和耐候性等特点,得到了很好的发展,广泛应用于家具板、建筑板、广告板等。
对于密度低较薄的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,生产中的难题是密度做不下来,板材发脆易断裂,且生产成本较高生产不稳定。生产配方和工艺设定也是随着生产不断更改调试,做不到大规模稳定统一生产。现有配方组成较为复杂,稳定剂多用两到三种配合使用,稳定效果不佳。加入的增塑剂也良莠不齐,固态、液态的都有,加大了生产难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种厚度为3-5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,生产成本低,并且产品具有密度低,韧性好等优点。
所述的厚度为3-5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,轻钙42-45份,广告模板回收料20-30份,发泡调节剂903 9-12份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4-3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.5-0.6份,聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.4份,AP 0.2-0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.4-0.5份,放热型AC发泡剂1.1-1.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂0.7-1.0份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,增韧剂ACM 0.5-1份;
其中轻钙使用前需要进行活化处理。
所述的厚度为3-5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,制备方法包括以下步骤:
将物料按照聚氯乙烯树脂-钙粉-稳定剂-发泡剂-润滑剂-发泡调节剂-增白剂-广告板回料的顺序依次投入热混锅内搅拌升温至110-120℃,迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至40-60℃。将冷却物料输送至挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化良好输送至模具,控制模具内温度和压力挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品。
其中挤出机温度设定为150-200℃;模具温度为160-190℃;模具油温机设定在175-190℃;定型台冷却水温度为17-30℃。
本发明的混料操作简单,工艺温度的设定范围较广较合理,减少了生产中由于温度设定范围较小而带来的种种操作困难。
本发明制备的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板密度为0.3-0.4g/cm3,厚度为3-5mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所用材料组份较少,减轻了工艺操作难度,配方和生产工艺的搭配确保了产品的质量和生产的持续性,大大提高了产品成品率和工作效率;增韧剂ACM的加入大大提升了产品韧性,降低了板材的脆性,较好的韧性满足了板材的可切割性;发泡体系的配合使用明显降低了产品密度,使生产成本大大降低;同时聚氯乙烯材质使得板材在室外使用具有较好的防水、防潮、防虫蛀等功效,通过添加适量的钙粉使得产品具有较好的阻燃效果;本发明生产的产品表面光洁度平整度都是现有技术很难达到的。

所述的厚度为3-5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60份,轻钙42份,广告模板回收料20份,发泡调节剂903 9份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4份,内润滑剂ZB-600.5份,聚乙烯蜡0.3份,AP 0.2份,塑化剂OA3 0.4份,放热型AC发泡剂1.1份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂0.7份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,增韧剂ACM0.5份。
实施例2
所述的厚度为3-5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80份,轻钙45份,广告模板回收料30份,发泡调节剂903 12份,铅盐复合稳定剂3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6份,聚乙烯蜡0.4份,AP 0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.5份,放热型AC发泡剂1.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.0份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,增韧剂ACM 1份。
实施例3
所述的厚度为3-5mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂70份,轻钙43份,广告模板回收料25份,发泡调节剂903 10份,铅盐复合稳定剂3份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.55份,聚乙烯蜡0.35份,AP 0.25份,塑化剂OA30.45份,放热型AC发泡剂1.2份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂0.9份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,增韧剂ACM 0.8份。
其中:发泡调节剂903是聚丙烯酸酯;
内润滑剂ZB-60是多元醇脂肪酸酯;
AP是微粉化聚乙烯蜡;
OA3是微粉化氧化聚乙烯蜡;
放热型AC发泡剂是偶氮二甲酰胺;
增韧剂ACM是轻度氯化的高密度聚乙烯和丙烯酸酯的互穿网络共聚物。

聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,轻钙42-45份,广告模板回收料20-30份,发泡调节剂9039-12份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4-3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-600.5-0.6份,聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.4份,AP0.2-0.3份,塑化剂OA30.4-0.5份,放热型AC发泡剂1.1-1.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂0.7-1.0份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,增韧剂ACM 0.5-1份;
其中轻钙使用前需要进行活化处理。
