本发明涉及广告制作领域,尤其涉及一种轻质广告用平板。
背景技术
在广告制作领域,广告平板大多较重,搬运及拆卸均较为费力,但是现有的轻质广告平板大多强度不够、易损坏。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种强度高、质量轻的广告用平板,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种轻质广告用平板,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:HDPE80-100份、乙二酸酯30-40份、增韧剂3-11份、醋酸纤维素3-5份、三乙酸甘油酯4-8份、抗氧化剂0.3-0.8份、抗静电剂0.5-1.5份、二苯甲酮0.1-0.3份、防老化剂3-5份、环氧树脂10-30份、聚氯乙烯0.5-1.0份、稀土元素荧光增白剂0.5-1.5份、颜料1-3份、发泡剂0.5-1.5份。
进一步的,所述发泡剂为亚硝基化合物。
进一步的,所述二苯甲酮为有机二苯甲酮。
进一步的,所述防老化剂为抗疲劳剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:能够在不损失平板强度的前提下降低平板质量、减少平板密度。

一种轻质广告用平板,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:HDPE90份、乙二酸酯35份、增韧剂8份、醋酸纤维素4份、三乙酸甘油酯6份、抗氧化剂0.66份、抗静电剂1份、二苯甲酮0.2份、防老化剂4份、环氧树脂30份、聚氯乙烯0.8份、稀土元素荧光增白剂1份、颜料2份、发泡剂1份。

一种轻质广告用平板,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:HDPE80份、乙二酸酯30份、增韧剂5份、醋酸纤维素3份、三乙酸甘油酯4份、抗氧化剂0.3份、抗静电剂0.5份、二苯甲酮0.1份、防老化剂3份、环氧树脂10份、聚氯乙烯0.5份、稀土元素荧光增白剂0.5份、颜料1份、发泡剂0.5份。
