Abstract
本发明公开一种广告用铝塑板,依次由上铝板、PE板和下铝板组成,所述PE板包括如下重量份的原料:HDPE?20-40份、LLDPE?20-40份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5~15份、阻燃剂20-40份。本发明的防火广告用铝塑板,材质轻,可减轻震灾所造成的危害,且易于搬运;是一种安全防火材料,符合建筑法规的耐火需要,无卤环保;耐冲击性强、韧性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝塑板,具体涉及一种防火广告用铝塑板。
背景技术
铝塑复合板(又称铝塑板)作为一种新型装饰材料,自上世纪八十年代末九十年代初从韩国引进铝塑板到中国,便以其经济性、可选色彩的多样性、便捷的施工方法、优良的加工性能、绝佳的防火性及高贵的品质,迅速受到人们的青睐。
由性质截然不同的两种材料(金属和非金属)组成,它既保留了原组成材料(金属铝、非金属聚乙烯塑料)的主要特性,又克服了原组成材料的不足,进而获得了众多优异的材料性质,如豪华性、艳丽多彩的装饰性、耐候、耐蚀、耐创击、防火、防潮、隔音、隔热、抗震性;质轻、易加工成型、易搬运安装等特性。因此,被广泛应用于各种建筑装饰上,如天花板、包柱、柜台、家具、电话亭、电梯、店面、广告牌、厂房壁材等,已成为三大幕墙中(天然石材、玻璃幕墙、金属幕墙)金属幕墙的代表,在发达国家,铝塑板还被用于巴士、火车厢的制造、飞机、船舶的隔音材料、设计仪器箱体等。
铝塑板是由正面铝质金属面板,中间高分子塑料芯材及背面铝质金属底板三层通过高分子膜及高温高压复合而成的一种建筑装饰板材。目前市面上的铝塑板有普通铝塑板和阻燃铝塑板。普通铝塑板芯材主要由聚乙烯制成,销售量占铝塑板国内市场90%左右,但该产品不阻燃,氧指数为16-18,燃烧后易滴落,容易引发火灾蔓延。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防火广告用铝塑板。
一种防火广告用铝塑板,依次由上铝板、PE板和下铝板组成,
所述PE板,包括如下重量份的原料:HDPE20-40份、LLDPE20-40份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5~15份、阻燃剂20-40份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为次磷酸铝、10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物、2-羧基乙基苯基次磷酸按照质量比1:1:1共混而成。
次磷酸铝,CAS号:7784-22-7。10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物,CAS号:99208-50-1。2-羧基乙基苯基次磷酸,CAS号:14657-64-8。
所述上铝板和下铝板的厚度均为0.20-0.40mm,优选材质为防锈铝,例如:5A06铝板。
所述PE板厚度为3.5-4.5mm。
本发明的防火广告用铝塑板,可以采用本领域常规方法进行制备。例如,先制备PE板芯材,其包括以下步骤:按配比称取原料,加入高速混合器中搅拌,70-90℃,700-900rpm搅拌4-8min;加入双螺杆挤出机中,170-210℃下挤出造粒;冷却后切粒,即得到PE板芯材。再将PE板芯材按照常规方法制备成PE板。最后在PE板上下表面复合铝板。
本发明的防火广告用铝塑板,材质轻,可减轻震灾所造成的危害,且易于搬运;是一种安全防火材料,符合建筑法规的耐火需要,无卤环保;耐冲击性强、韧性高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1-4
按照表1中对应实施例1-4数据称取各原料后,加入高速混合器中搅拌,控制转速在800r/min、搅拌温度80℃、搅拌时间60分钟,再经螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,挤出温度200℃,冷却,切粒,制得实施例1-4的PE板芯材。
再将上述PE板芯材按照常规方法制备成厚度为4mm的PE板。在PE板上下表面各复合厚度为0.3mm的5A06铝板,即可制得本发明的防火广告用铝塑板。

HDPE树脂为扬子石化公司牌号5200S的HDPE树脂,LLDPE树脂为茂名石化公司牌号DMDA-6231的LLDPE树脂。马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯为东莞易贸塑化公司生产的PE-g-MAH。
测试例
对实施例1~4的PE板芯材进行阻燃性进行测试,测试结果见表2。

由表2测试数据可以明显的得出,本发明具有较好的阻燃性能。实施例1与实施例2-4相比较,实施例1使用了次磷酸铝、10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物、2-羧基乙基苯基次磷酸按照质量比1:1:1复配的阻燃剂,三种无卤磷系阻燃剂协同增效,效果十分明显。
本发明的防火广告用铝塑板,材质轻,可减轻震灾所造成的危害,且易于搬运;是一种安全防火材料,符合建筑法规的耐火需要,无卤环保;耐冲击性强、韧性高。
Claims (4)
1.一种防火广告用铝塑板,依次由上铝板、PE板和下铝板组成,所述PE板包括如下重量份的原料:HDPE20-40份、LLDPE20-40份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5~15份、阻燃剂20-40份。
2.一种防火广告用铝塑板,依次由上铝板、PE板和下铝板组成,所述PE板包括如下重量份的原料:HDPE20-40份、LLDPE20-40份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5~15份、阻燃剂20-40份,其特征在于:
所述阻燃剂为次磷酸铝、10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物、2-羧基乙基苯基次磷酸按照质量比1:1:1共混而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的防火广告用铝塑板,其特征在于:所述上铝板和下铝板的厚度均为0.20-0.40mm。
4.如权利要求2所述的防火广告用铝塑板,其特征在于:所述PE板厚度为3.5-4.5mm。
