Abstract

本发明的一种防火铝塑板芯材,配组份包括,低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-辛烯共聚物、氢氧化铝、无水碳酸镁、硬脂酸钙、二氧化硅、偶联剂、消烟剂、增强增韧剂、钛白粉。采用本配方制得的防火铝塑板芯板,具有无卤低烟、阻燃阻滴以及板材可弯曲成卷等性质,材料韧性强,易成型,加工性能好,起到隔热、隔氧、抑烟的作用,是阻燃性达到更好的效果,还可以实现连续自动化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑装饰板材所用的材料,具体涉及一种防火铝塑板芯材。
背景技术
铝塑板由铝板和塑料芯层材料在一定工艺条件下通过专用黏合剂粘接复合而成的板材,广泛应用于建筑幕墙、室内外装饰以及广告等方面,属于一种新型建筑装饰材料。
目前,国内使用的铝塑板,有以氯化镁与氧化镁结合为芯板,但其芯板硬度不均,剥离强度不均,无法通过标准检测。现有的铝塑板由于自身材料的单一性,起不到很好防火效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上缺陷,提供一种防火铝塑板芯材。
本发明的一种防火铝塑板芯材,按质量分数比,低密度聚乙烯15-30份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物5-15份、 氢氧化铝30-50份、无水碳酸镁10-15份、硬脂酸钙5-10份、二氧化硅5-8份、偶联剂8-15份、消烟剂5-10份、增强增韧剂1-3份、钛白粉0.1-0.5份。
所述偶联剂为丙烯酸乳胶。
所述消烟剂为钼酸锌。
所述增强增韧剂为丙纶纤维。
防火铝塑板芯材制备的方法为将上述材料按一定的质量比一起倒入搅拌机,搅拌3-5份后,料浆储罐,料浆注入压膜腔后传统加温加压复铝即可。
采用本发明所述配方制成的防火铝塑板芯材,有益效果在于:具有无卤低烟、阻燃阻滴以及板材可弯曲成卷等性质,材料韧性强,易成型,加工性能好,起到隔热、隔氧、抑烟的作用,是阻燃性达到更好的效果,还可以实现连续自动化生产。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种防火铝塑板芯材,按质量分数比,低密度聚乙烯15-30份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物5-15份、 氢氧化铝30-50份、无水碳酸镁10-15份、硬脂酸钙5-10份、二氧化硅5-8份、偶联剂8-15份、消烟剂5-10份、增强增韧剂1-3份、钛白粉0.1-0.5份。
实施例1:
一种防火铝塑板芯材,按质量分数比,低密度聚乙烯20份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物8份、 氢氧化铝35份、无水碳酸镁12份、硬脂酸钙6份、二氧化硅5份、偶联剂10份、消烟剂7份、增强增韧剂1份、钛白粉0.2份。
实施例2:
一种防火铝塑板芯材,按质量分数比,低密度聚乙烯25份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物10份、 氢氧化铝45份、无水碳酸镁14份、硬脂酸钙8份、二氧化硅7份、偶联剂12份、消烟剂8份、增强增韧剂2份、钛白粉0.3份。

1.一种防火铝塑板芯材,按质量分数比,低密度聚乙烯15-30份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物5-15份、 氢氧化铝30-50份、无水碳酸镁10-15份、硬脂酸钙5-10份、二氧化硅5-8份、偶联剂8-15份、消烟剂5-10份、增强增韧剂1-3份、钛白粉0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火铝塑板芯材,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为丙烯酸乳胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火铝塑板芯材,其特征在于:所述消烟剂为钼酸锌。
