本发明涉及一种防变色广告材料,属于广告技术领域。本发明的防变色广告材料包括:聚乙烯90~100重量份,无机色素10~15重量份,丙烯酸树脂10~15重量份,甘露醇5~8重量份,硅灰石15~20重量份,山梨醇5~8重量份,缓释剂15~35重量份,碳酸钙15~20重量份,聚丙烯酰胺4~6重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,防腐剂0.1~0.2重量份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.15~0.2重量份,发泡剂0.8~2.2重量份。本发明的防变色广告材料将颜料包覆在缓释剂中,不易褪色,也不易被腐蚀,可作为室外广告的涂料。本发明的防变色广告材料制作方便,工艺简单,有利于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防变色广告材料,属于广告技术领域。
背景技术
广告材料是广告的载体,现有的广告一般以图、文字、声音等形式呈现,其中户外广告以图文形式为主,例如广告牌、路标等等,户外天气变化多端,雨、雪、风、光、微生物都腐蚀着广告材料,因此很容易变色变质。
现有的防变色广告材料一般仅针对对光照引起的褪色,未考虑其他因素的影响,因此防变色的效果仍然不理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种防变色广告材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的防变色广告材料包括:聚乙烯90~100重量份,无机色素10~15重量份,丙烯酸树脂10~15重量份,甘露醇5~8重量份,硅灰石15~20重量份,山梨醇5~8重量份,缓释剂15~35重量份,碳酸钙15~20重量份,聚丙烯酰胺4~6重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,防腐剂0.1~0.2重量份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.15~0.2重量份,发泡剂0.8~2.2重量份。
进一步地,所述缓释剂为聚乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素、瓜尔胶中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述发泡剂选自三氯氟甲烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷和异戊烷中的一种或几种的混合;所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮。
进一步地,所述防变色广告材料由以下方法制备得到:
a.称取物料,将无机色素、丙烯酸树脂、甘露醇、山梨醇、防腐剂混匀;
b.在a步骤得到的混合物中加入缓释剂,混匀,再加入硅灰石和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混匀,加热至25-35℃保温20-25min得到混合物;
c.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
d.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
e.将c步骤和d步骤中混合后的物料混合于100-110℃下混炼5-8分钟,加入发泡剂,在120-140℃下混炼8-12分钟,冷却到80-85℃,加入b步骤得到的混合物,保持80-85℃,0.5-0.6Mpa 15-20分钟即得到防变色广告材料。

c.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
d.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
e.将c步骤和d步骤中混合后的物料混合于100-110℃下混炼5-8分钟,加入发泡剂,在120-140℃下混炼8-12分钟,冷却到80-85℃,加入b步骤得到的混合物,保持80-85℃,0.5-0.6Mpa 15-20分钟即得到防变色广告材料。

b.在a步骤得到的混合物中加入聚乙二醇,混匀,再加入硅灰石和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混匀,加热至30℃保温20min得到混合物;
c.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
d.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
e.将c步骤和d步骤中混合后的物料混合于100℃下混炼8分钟,加入环戊烷,在130℃下混炼10分钟,冷却到80℃,加入b步骤得到的混合物,保持80℃,0.5Mpa,20分钟即得到红色的防变色广告材料。

称取聚乙烯100重量份,无机色素铁蓝10重量份,丙烯酸树脂12重量份,甘露醇8重量份,硅灰石20重量份,山梨醇8重量份,聚乙二醇10重量份,羟甲基纤维素15重量份,碳酸钙20重量份,聚丙烯酰胺5重量份,乙基纤维素4重量份,异噻唑啉酮0.12重量份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.15重量份,异戊烷1.5重量份。
a.将无机色素铁蓝、丙烯酸树脂、甘露醇、山梨醇、异噻唑啉酮混匀;
b.在a步骤得到的混合物中加入聚乙二醇和羟甲基纤维素,混匀,再加入硅灰石和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚混匀,加热至35℃保温20min得到混合物;
c.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
d.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
e.将c步骤和d步骤中混合后的物料混合于110℃下混炼6分钟,加入异戊烷,在130℃下混炼10分钟,冷却到85℃,加入b步骤得到的混合物,保持85℃,0.6Mpa,15分钟即得到蓝色防变色广告材料。

1.防变色广告材料,其特征在于,所述防变色广告材料包括:聚乙烯90~100重量份,无机色素10~15重量份,丙烯酸树脂10~15重量份,甘露醇5~8重量份,硅灰石15~20重量份,山梨醇5~8重量份,缓释剂15~35重量份,碳酸钙15~20重量份,聚丙烯酰胺4~6重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,防腐剂0.1~0.2重量份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.15~0.2重量份,发泡剂0.8~2.2重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防变色广告材料,其特征在于,所述缓释剂为聚乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素、瓜尔胶中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防变色广告材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂选自三氯氟甲烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷和异戊烷中的一种或几种的混合;所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮。
4.根据权利要求1—3任一项所述的防变色广告材料,其特征在于,所述防变色广告材料由以下方法制备得到:
a.称取物料,将无机色素、丙烯酸树脂、甘露醇、山梨醇、防腐剂混匀;
