本发明涉及一种防腐蚀气味广告材料,属于广告技术领域。本发明的防腐蚀气味广告材料包括:聚乙烯80~86重量份;产品香精10~25重量份,缓释剂10~30重量份,碳酸钙5~10重量份,聚丙烯酰胺3~5重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,防腐剂0.1~0.2重量份,发泡剂0.5~1.8重量份。本发明的防腐蚀气味广告材料将待广告产品的香精储存在缓释膜内,缓慢释放,起到一定的气味宣传效果,同时不易被腐蚀,可作为室外广告的材料。本发明的防腐蚀气味广告材料除待广告产品的香精外,其它成分的气味很弱,不影响宣传效果。本发明的防腐蚀气味广告材料制作方便,工艺简单,有利于推广应用。

本发明涉及一种防腐蚀气味广告材料,属于广告技术领域。
背景技术
广告材料是广告的载体,现有的广告一般以图、文字、声音等形式呈现,对目标受众的吸引力有限,特别是对于以香味著称的产品,例如香水、美酒、美食等等,开发气味广告材料,能给被广告者更直观的嗅觉感受,增加产品对目标受众的吸引力,从而达到较好的广告效果,目前未见气味广告材料相关的报到,因此,开发气味广告材料具有十分重要的意义。
此外,很多广告、路标设置在室外,甚至野外,容易被腐蚀变质。
聚乙烯无臭,无毒,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良。

本发明要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种防腐蚀气味广告材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的防腐蚀气味广告材料包括:聚乙烯80~86重量份;产品香精10~25重量份,缓释剂10~30重量份,碳酸钙5~10重量份,聚丙烯酰胺3~5重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,防腐剂0.1~0.2重量份,发泡剂0.5~1.8重量份。
进一步地,所述缓释剂为聚乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素、瓜尔胶中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述发泡剂选自三氯氟甲烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷和异戊烷中的一种或几种的混合,所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮。
进一步地,所述防腐蚀气味广告材料由以下方法制备得到:
a.称取物料,将产品香精、缓释剂和防腐剂混匀得混合物A;
b.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
c.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
d.将b步骤和c步骤中混合后的物料混合于100~110℃下混炼5~8分钟,加入发泡剂,在120~140℃下混炼8~12分钟,冷却到80~85℃,加入混合物A,保持80~85℃,0.5~0.6Mpa 15~20分钟即得到防腐蚀气味广告材料。

d.将b步骤和c步骤中混合后的物料混合于100~110℃下混炼5~8分钟,加入发泡剂,在120~140℃下混炼8~12分钟,冷却到80~85℃,加入混合物A,保持80~85℃,0.5~0.6Mpa 15~20分钟即得到防腐蚀气味广告材料。

a.将芒果香精、聚乙二醇和异噻唑啉酮混匀得混合物A;
b.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
c.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
d.将b步骤和c步骤中混合后的物料混合于100℃下混炼8分钟,加入环戊烷,在120℃下混炼10分钟,冷却到80℃,加入混合物A,保持80℃,0.5Mpa 20分钟即得到防腐蚀芒果味广告材料。
实施例2
称取聚乙烯85重量份;茉莉香精25重量份,聚乙二醇20重量份,瓜尔胶10重量份,碳酸钙8重量份,聚丙烯酰胺5重量份,乙基纤维素5重量份,异噻唑啉酮0.2重量份,异戊烷0.8重量份。
a.将茉莉香精、聚乙二醇、瓜尔胶和异噻唑啉酮混匀得混合物A;
b.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
c.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
d.将b步骤和c步骤中混合后的物料混合于110℃下混炼5分钟,加入异戊烷,在120℃下混炼10分钟,冷却到80℃,加入混合物A,保持80℃,0.5Mpa 20分钟即得到防腐蚀茉莉味广告材料。

1.防腐蚀气味广告材料,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀气味广告材料包括:聚乙烯80~86重量份;产品香精10~25重量份,缓释剂10~30重量份,碳酸钙5~10重量份,聚丙烯酰胺3~5重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,防腐剂0.1~0.2重量份,发泡剂0.5~1.8重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀气味广告材料,其特征在于,所述缓释剂为聚乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素、瓜尔胶中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防腐蚀气味广告材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂选自三氯氟甲烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷和异戊烷中的一种或几种的混合;所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防腐蚀气味广告材料,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀气味广告材料由以下方法制备得到:
a.称取物料,将产品香精、缓释剂和防腐剂混匀得混合物A;
b.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
c.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
