本发明公开了一种厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板及其制备方法,属于聚氯乙烯板材技术领域。解决了现有技术低密度和高硬度不可兼得的难题。由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,轻钙30-40份,广告模板回收料30-40份,发泡调节剂90313-14份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4-3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.6-0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.4-0.5份,AP 0.1-0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.2-0.3份,放热型AC发泡剂0.9-1.0份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.3-1.8份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,制备方法包括:混料、塑化发泡、挤出成品。本发明制备的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板密度为0.3-0.4g/cm3,厚度为6-17mm。

厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板及其制备方法,属于聚氯乙烯板材技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,国家大力提倡开发节能、低耗产品,塑料模板是一种节能型环保产品,因此,推广应用塑料模板是节约资源、节约能耗、“以塑代木”、“以塑代钢”的重要措施。其中,聚氯乙烯发泡材料由于具有可锯、可钉、可刨、可粘等加工性能,并且具有防水、防火、防虫蛀、耐碱、防腐、隔音、有较好的稳定性耐候性等特点,得到了很好的发展,广泛应用于家具板、建筑板、广告板等。
对于密度低厚度大的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,在保证低密度的同时要求板材硬度较高,表面光亮度较好,然而现有技术在达到高硬度的同时密度也较大。厚的板材常因密度较低导致芯层出现泡孔等问题。现有技术存在配方不稳定,操作工艺复杂,生产不持续,配方的高成本加上不稳定性导致板材成品率低,致使生产成本较大。因此外观力学性能较好且密度低的广告板材一直是此行业的技术难点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,具有密度低、硬度高、表面光洁、立体感强的优点。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板的制备方法。
所述的厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,由以下重量份的材料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,轻钙30-40份,广告模板回收料30-40份,发泡调节剂903 13-14份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4-3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.6-0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.4-0.5份,AP 0.1-0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.2-0.3份,放热型AC发泡剂0.9-1.0份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.3-1.8份,蓝光增白剂0.07份;
其中轻钙使用前需要进行活化处理。
所述的厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
分别将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,轻钙30-40份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4-3.2份,放热型AC发泡剂0.9-1.0份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.3-1.8份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.6-0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.4-0.5份,AP 0.1-0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.2-0.3份,发泡调节剂903 13-14份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,广告模板回收料30-40份依次投入热混锅内搅拌升温至110-120℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至40-60℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为160-190℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在175-190℃,模唇处油温机设定在70-140℃,定型台冷却水温度为17-30℃。
本发明的混料操作简单,工艺温度的设定范围较广较合理,减少了生产中由于温度设定范围较小而带来的种种操作问题。
本发明制备的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板密度为0.3-0.4g/cm3,厚度为6-17mm。
聚氯乙烯板材的成型温度是根据配方、板材的厚度等因素来确定的。双螺杆挤出机的加料段温度稍髙,目的是使物料在加料段的末端就能熔融,以便包住螺杆,防止物料在经过排气段时被抽走造成物料的浪费。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过吸热型发泡剂和放热型发泡剂的配合使用,解决了芯层易出现泡孔气串的问题,在使用过程中有着较强的立体感,同时板材的表面硬度也使得板材在运输和使用过程中避免了因操作不慎导致的损坏等问题;通过调节润滑剂的用量,避免了润滑不足导致的摩擦力大而引起的糊料等问题,确保了生产的连续性。模唇处油温机的使用使得制品表面硬度较好,表面光亮,通过调节温度避免了生产过程中的密度变化。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
所述的厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
分别将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂70份,轻钙35份,铅盐复合稳定剂3份,放热型AC发泡剂0.95份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.5份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.65份,聚乙烯蜡0.45份,AP 0.2份,塑化剂OA3 0.25份,发泡调节剂903 13.5份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,广告模板回收料35份依次投入热混锅内搅拌升温至115℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至50℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为170℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在180℃,模唇处油温机设定在100℃,定型台冷却水温度为25℃。
实施例2
所述的厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
分别将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60份,轻钙30份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4份,放热型AC发泡剂0.9份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.3份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.6份,聚乙烯蜡0.4份,AP 0.1份,塑化剂OA3 0.2份,发泡调节剂903 13份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,广告模板回收料30份依次投入热混锅内搅拌升温至110℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至40℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为160℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在175℃,模唇处油温机设定在70℃,定型台冷却水温度为17℃。
实施例3
所述的厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
分别将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80份,轻钙40份,铅盐复合稳定剂3.2份,放热型AC发泡剂1.0份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.8份,内润滑剂ZB-60 0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.5份,AP 0.3份,塑化剂OA3 0.3份,发泡调节剂903 14份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,广告模板回收料40份依次投入热混锅内搅拌升温至120℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至60℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为190℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在190℃,模唇处油温机设定在140℃,定型台冷却水温度为30℃。
其中:发泡调节剂903是聚丙烯酸酯;
内润滑剂ZB-60是多元醇脂肪酸酯;
AP是微粉化聚乙烯蜡;
OA3是微粉化氧化聚乙烯蜡;
放热型AC发泡剂是偶氮二甲酰胺。

Claims (2)

1.一种厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,其特征在于,由以下重量份的材料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,轻钙30-40份,广告模板回收料30-40份,发泡调节剂90313-14份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4-3.2份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6-0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.4-0.5份,AP 0.1-0.3份,塑化剂OA30.2-0.3份,放热型AC发泡剂0.9-1.0份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.3-1.8份,蓝光增白剂0.07份;
其中轻钙使用前需要进行活化处理。
2.一种权利要求1所述的厚度为6-17mm的聚氯乙烯发泡广告板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
分别将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂60-80份,轻钙30-40份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.4-3.2份,放热型AC发泡剂0.9-1.0份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.3-1.8份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6-0.7份,聚乙烯蜡0.4-0.5份,AP 0.1-0.3份,塑化剂OA30.2-0.3份,发泡调节剂90313-14份,蓝光增白剂0.07份,广告模板回收料30-40份依次投入热混锅内搅拌升温至110-120℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至40-60℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为160-190℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在175-190℃,模唇处油温机设定在70-140℃,定型台冷却水温度为17-30℃。
