本发明属于板材技术领域,公开了一种高光镜面PVC板及其制备方法,原料包括芯层和皮层,芯层的原料包括以重量份计的8型树脂、回料、钙粉、调节剂、稳定剂、氧化钠、外润滑、内润滑、发泡剂和色粉;皮层的原料包括以重量份计的8型树脂、钙粉、调节剂、苯乙烯、稳定剂、氧化钠、外润滑、内润滑和色粉。本发明的制备方法,采用80机和65机组成的生产线进行生产。本发明的高光镜面PVC板不仅具有质感优异、光滑细腻、高光镜面的效果,而且可直接使用。本发明的制备方法,通过在生产线上外接水温机和冷冻机,降低了PVC的加工温度,温度、速度、压力的共振协调,原色共挤,一次成型,做到了PVC板在光滑度、细腻度、亮度的完美结合。

技术领域
本发明属于板材技术领域,具体涉及一种高光镜面PVC板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC板是以PVC为原料制成的截面为蜂巢状网眼结构的板材。PVC板在建材行业占的比重最大,为60%,其次是包装行业,还有其他若干小范围应用的行业。按照软硬程度可分为软PVC和硬PVC。按制作工艺可分为PVC结皮发泡板和PVC自由发泡板。按透明和不透明可分为PVC透明板和PVC板。pvc板聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料是由氯乙烯单体经自由基聚合而成的聚合物,英文名称polyviny chloride,简称PVC。PVC可分为软PVC和硬PVC。其中硬PVC大约占市场的2/3,软PVC占1/3。软PVC一般用于地板、天花板以及皮革的表层,但由于软PVC中含有柔软剂,容易变脆,不易保存,所以其使用范围受到了局限。硬PVC不含柔软剂,柔韧性好,易成型,不易脆,无毒无污染,保存时间长,因此具有很大的开发应用价值。PVC发泡板具有防腐、防潮、防霉、不吸水、可钻、可锯、可刨、易于热成型、热弯曲加工等特性,因此广泛应用于家具、橱柜、浴柜、展览架用板、箱体芯层、室内外装饰、建材、化工等领域用板,广告标示、印刷、丝印、喷绘、电脑刻字、电子仪表产品包装等行业。PVC硬塑板具有优良的耐腐蚀性、绝缘性,并有一定的机械强度;经二次加工后可制成硫酸(盐酸)槽(桶箱);医药用空针架,化程架;公共卫生间水箱;加工产品的模板、装饰板、排风管道、设备衬里等各种异型制品、容器。是化工、建材、装饰及其他工业的理想选择材料。
目前市场上有很多PVC共挤板,板面都做得不好,既不光滑细腻、也没有亮度,通常是采用热转印再涂光油或采用PVC面皮用胶水贴面的办法冒充PVC共挤镜面板,含有大量的甲醛等有害物质,气味很大,不利于环保。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种高光镜面PVC板及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种高光镜面PVC板,包括芯层和皮层,所述芯层的原料包括以重量份计的8型树脂70-80份、回料20-40份、钙粉50-70份、调节剂8-12份、稳定剂2-5份、氧化钠0.3-0.7份、外润滑0.5-0.7份、内润滑0.6-0.8份、发泡剂1-3份和色粉0.5-1份;所述皮层的原料包括以重量份计的8型树脂70-80份、钙粉40-60份、调节剂1-3份、苯乙烯0.5-1.5份、稳定剂2-4份、氧化钠0.05-0.2份、外润滑0.3-0.6份、内润滑0.3-0.5份和色粉0.5-2份。
更进一步的,所述芯层的原料包括以重量份计的8型树脂75份、回料30份、钙粉60份、调节剂11份、稳定剂3.5份、氧化钠0.55份、外润滑0.6份、内润滑0.7份、发泡剂2.1份和色粉0.8份;所述皮层的原料包括以重量份计的8型树脂75份、钙粉50份、调节剂2份、苯乙烯1份、稳定剂3.2份、氧化钠0.1份、外润滑0.5份、内润滑0.45份和色粉1份。
更进一步的,所述芯层的原料包括以重量份计的8型树脂70份、回料20份、钙粉50份、调节剂8份、稳定剂2份、氧化钠0.3份、外润滑0.5份、内润滑0.6份、发泡剂1份和色粉0.5份;所述皮层的原料包括以重量份计的8型树脂70份、钙粉40份、调节剂1份、苯乙烯0.5份、稳定剂2份、氧化钠0.05份、外润滑0.3份、内润滑0.3份和色粉0.5份。

一种上述的高光镜面PVC板的制备方法,其特征在于:采用80机和65机组成的生产线进行生产。
更进一步的,所述生产线还包括水温机和冷冻机。
更进一步的,所述水温机的温度控制在30-70摄氏度,冷冻机温度控制在20-50摄氏度,所述65机的压力控制在30-40Cpa。
更进一步的,所述水温机的温度控制在60摄氏度,冷冻机温度控制在25摄氏度,所述65机的压力控制在34Cpa。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的高光镜面PVC板不仅具有质感优异、光滑细腻、高光镜面的效果,而且可直接使用,无需再做油漆,既经济环保又美观实用。本发明的配方设计合理,内外润滑匹配,生产过程中不会发生焦料现象,有利于减小原材料的浪费。并且配方中不含甲醛等有害物质,有利于环保。本发明的制备方法,通过在生产线上外接水温机和冷冻机,降低了PVC的加工温度,实现了温度、速度和压力的协调统一,温度、速度、压力的共振协调,原色共挤,一次成型,做到了PVC板在光滑度、细腻度、亮度的完美结合。

本实施例的高光镜面PVC板的制备方法,采用80机和65机组成的生产线进行生产。所述生产线还包括水温机和冷冻机。所述水温机的温度控制在30摄氏度,冷冻机温度控制在20摄氏度,所述65机的压力控制在30Cpa。
