背景技术
随着人们对环境美化要求的提高,城市绿化和阳台绿化产品不断增加,作为现代绿化的载体——花箱,因具有搬运方便,施工简单,可个性化设计,而备受欢迎。目前花箱所用的型材主要包括木质、木塑、塑料等,在使用过程中,其优缺点也特别明显。其中,木质花箱所用材质为木材,不符合绿色发展的理念,其次木质花箱在使用过程中,日晒雨淋,容易被虫蚀发霉而失去使用功能;木塑型材具有同样的缺点,长时间使用后,产品中的木粉易发霉膨胀,影响产品性能;而普通塑料型材,一般用大量的无机矿物填充,从而导致产品重量增加,安装搬运不便,同时,由于花箱一般在户外使用,常年接受日晒雨淋,对材料的抗老化性能提出了极高的要求,而普通的塑料花箱型材显然不具备良好的耐候性和装饰性,因此,在长期的使用过程中,性能衰减严重,产品变色明显。
发明内容
本发明要解决现有技术的以上缺点,提供一种发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材及其制备方法。
本发明首次结合材料结皮发泡技术(赛卢卡法)、改性技术和共挤技术,其中,结皮发泡成型技术,能使PVC充分发泡,同时在型材表面形成一层结皮层,保证了型材表面的硬度和密实度,达到材料质轻的目的;配方中加入增强树脂和增强纤维,对型材进行改性,保证材料发泡后的握螺钉力、模量和尺寸稳定性,解决材料在安装后的牢固度以及长期使用过程中的变形问题;在发泡PVC型材的表面进行耐候层的共挤,形成保护层,提升材料的耐候性,而且,该层材料的颜色和外观可以进行个性化设计,满足花箱美观实用的需求。
所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材,是由基材层和共挤层两层组成;所述的基材层的材质为PVC,且经过表面结皮发泡技术。表面结皮发泡材料具有材质轻,表面强度高的优点,即能省料,而且能降低产品重量,同时配方中加入增强树脂和增强纤维,提升材料的握螺钉力和模量;所述的共挤层,其材质可以为PVC、ASA或PMMA,采用抗紫外耐候配方,具有阻挡太阳紫外线的作用,防止基材层PVC受太阳光照射导致的降解;
所述的基材层按重量份数计包含以下组分:PVC树脂100份,碳酸钙60~80份,超细钙1~10份,稳定剂3~6份,润滑剂2~4份,增强树脂1~5份,增强纤维2~20份,发泡调节剂1~10份,发泡剂1~10份,钛白粉2~4份;其中,超细钙在材料发泡中起气泡成核剂的作用,提升发泡材料的成孔均匀性和致密性;稳定剂为改善PVC加工过程中的热稳定效果,防止PVC在加工过程中的降解老化;润滑剂包括内润滑和外润滑剂,用于在物料熔融挤出过程中降低融压,提高流动性,得到适宜的物料挤出速度;调节剂主要为超高分子量的丙烯酸酯,主要为改善物料的熔体强度和塑化,提升发泡的均匀性;发泡剂包含发泡剂和发泡助剂,主要作用为产生气体,使PVC达到发泡的目的;
所述的共挤层为下列所述的PVC共挤层、ASA共挤层或PMMA共挤层之一;
所述的PVC共挤层,按重量份数计包含以下组分:PVC树脂100份,碳酸钙10~20份,增韧剂2~8份,紫外吸收剂0.5~3份,钛白粉10~20份,色母2~5份,抗氧剂0.5~1份;其中,紫外吸收剂主要用于吸收太阳光中的紫外线,防止PVC光降解;此外,钛白粉也有屏蔽紫外光的作用。

所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材,其PVC基材层的发泡方式为物理发泡或化学发泡。
本发明所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材的制备方法按照如下步骤进行:
第一步,按配方量将基材层原料充分混合,混合过程分热混和冷混;
第二步,按配方量分别将PVC共挤层、ASA共挤层或PMMA共挤层原料充分混合,混合过程分热混和冷混;
第三步,将共挤层原料加入锥双螺杆造粒机,进行挤出造粒;
第四步,将充分混合的基材层原料加入挤出主机,将所述的共挤层粒料加入挤出辅机,将所述的挤出主机和挤出辅机相互连接;所述的挤出主机对所述的基材层原料进行熔融、塑化和发泡,再进入共挤模具;所述的挤出辅机对所述的共挤层原料进行熔融、塑化,进入共挤模具,所述的共挤模具同时挤出基材层和共挤层,所述的共挤层牢固贴附在所述的基材层表面,在共挤模具中,由于压力和温度的作用,发泡剂快速分解,一起出口模后,熔体中的气体释放,使熔体发泡,随即进入定型模,使熔体表面迅速冷却结皮,形成硬化层,而内部继续发泡成型,出定型模后发泡完成,固化成型为制品。
作为优选,所述的挤出主机为带有发泡专用螺杆的挤出机,具有熔融、塑化、混合和发泡功能。
作为优选,所述的共挤模具为发泡模具。
作为优选,所述的热混和冷混,其热混温度为110~125℃,冷混温度为50~65℃
作为优选,所述的共挤层为PVC时,共挤层造粒的料筒温度为110~170℃,合流芯温度155~170℃,口模温度150~170℃。
作为优选,所述的共挤层为PVC时,主机料筒温度为110~170℃,辅机料筒温度为110~170℃,合流芯温度为140~160℃,模具温度为160~190℃。在此工艺条件下,基材层的发泡质量好,泡孔尺寸均一,表面结皮效果好,且基材层和PVC共挤层粘附牢固。
作为优选,所述的共挤层为ASA时,共挤层造粒的挤出机为锥形双螺杆挤出机。
作为优选,所述的共挤层为ASA时,共挤层造粒的料筒温度为160~210℃,合流芯温度165~190℃,口模温度160~200℃。
作为优选,所述的共挤层为ASA时,主机料筒温度为110~170℃,辅机料筒温度为160~210℃,合流芯温度为140~170℃,模具温度为170~190℃。在此工艺条件下,基材层的发泡质量好,泡孔尺寸均一,表面结皮效果好,且基材层和ASA共挤层粘附牢固。
作为优选,所述的共挤层为PMMA时,共挤层造粒的料筒温度为170~210℃,合流芯温度175~190℃,口模温度160~200℃。
作为优选,所述的共挤层为PMMA时,主机料筒温度为110~170℃,辅机料筒温度为170~210℃,合流芯温度为140~170℃,模具温度为170~200℃。在此工艺条件下,基材层的发泡质量好,泡孔尺寸均一,表面结皮效果好,且基材层和PMMA共挤层粘附牢固。
作为优选,所述的PVC、ASA或PMMA共挤层,其厚度为0.2~0.4mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明首次将材料改性、结皮发泡和共挤技术结合起来,并将其运用于花箱型材,使其具有质轻、模量高、超高的耐候性、长期使用不变形、不变色的特点。与现有技术相比,其突出优点包括以下几方面:
(1)本发明花箱型材与木质花箱型材相比,绿色环保,克服木质花箱型材长期使用易腐朽发霉的缺点。
(2)本发明花箱型材的基材采用结皮发泡技术,与现有通用塑料花箱型材相比,其重量大大减轻,降低成本,方便搬运的同时节省大量材料。此外,结皮发泡使型材表面形成结皮层,增加表面硬度,而表面共挤的耐候层,与普通型材相比,耐候性大幅度提高,装饰性更强。
(3)本发明花箱型材与其他发泡型材相比,其共挤技术、表面结皮技术的应用和对基体材料的改性,使得其应用于花箱时,耐候性、装饰性、表面硬度、握螺钉力和静曲强度等方面远优于其他普通发泡型材。
(4)本发明花箱型材与木塑型材相比,其在产品重量、耐候性、装饰性和耐变形方面都有极大提升,且型材的表面光滑度更高,利于花箱清洁。
(5)本发明花箱型材与金属型材相比,其在成本、耐腐蚀方面具有明显优势。
(6)综合而言,本发明花箱型材结合材料改性、结皮发泡和共挤技术。与现有的木质、木塑或塑料等花箱型材相比,具有质轻、耐候性好、装饰性强、模量高、尺寸稳定性好的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
本发明所述的原料型号和厂家见表1:

以下采用实施例具体说明本发明的一种发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材及其制备。
实施例1:
基材配方:PVC材料100份、碳酸钙60份、超细钙2份,钙锌稳定剂4份、硬脂酸2份、PE蜡1份、发泡调节剂2份、AC发泡剂3份、钛白粉2份。
实施例1作为对比验证,基材采用普通发泡配方,无共挤层,
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量称取各原料;
(2)将基材料原料:PVC材料、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂、调节剂、发泡剂、钛白粉置于拌釜内搅拌20分钟,搅拌温度为热混115℃,冷混温度为60℃;
(3)混匀后,采用锥双挤出机进行熔融共混并挤出成型,挤出机机筒温度140~175℃,合流芯温度165℃,模头温度175℃。
实施例2:
基材配方:PVC材料100份、碳酸钙60份、超细钙2份,钙锌稳定剂4份、硬脂酸2份、PE蜡1份、ACR 3份、玻纤10份、发泡调节剂2份、AC发泡剂3份、钛白粉2份。
共挤料配方:PVC材料100份、碳酸钙10份、CPE 3份、紫外吸收剂Fisorb5411 1.5份、钛白粉10份、色母2份、抗氧剂IRGANOX 245 0.5份
所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量称取各原料;
(2)将共挤料原料:PVC粉末、碳酸钙、增韧剂、紫外吸收剂、钛白粉、色母、抗氧剂置于拌釜内搅拌20分钟,搅拌温度为热混115℃,冷混温度为60℃;
(3)将混匀后的共挤料,采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度140~165℃,合流芯温度155℃,模头温度165℃,得到共挤层粒料;
(4)将基材料原料:PVC材料、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂、增强树脂、增强纤维、调节剂、发泡剂、钛白粉置于拌釜内搅拌20分钟,搅拌温度为热混115℃,冷混温度为60℃;
(5)混匀后,采用锥双挤出机进行熔融共混并挤出成型,挤出机机筒温度140~175℃,合流芯温度165℃,模头温度175℃,共挤机机筒温度为130~165℃。
实施例3:
基材配方:PVC材料100份、碳酸钙60份、超细钙2份,钙锌稳定剂4份、硬脂酸2份、PE蜡1份、ACR 3份、玻纤10份、发泡调节剂2份、AC发泡剂3份、钛白粉2份。
共挤料配方:ASA料100份,色母料2份。
所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量称取各原料;
(2)将共挤料原料:ASA料和色母料通过立式混合机混合均匀;
(3)将混匀后的共挤料,采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度180~205℃,合流芯温度185℃,模头温度185℃,得到共挤层粒料;
(4)将基材料原料:PVC材料、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂、增强树脂、增强纤维、调节剂、发泡剂、钛白粉置于拌釜内搅拌20分钟,搅拌温度为热混115℃,冷混温度为60℃;
(5)混匀后,采用锥双挤出机进行熔融共混并挤出成型,挤出机机筒温度140~175℃,合流芯温度165℃,模头温度175℃,共挤机机筒温度为170~185℃。
实施例4:
基材配方:PVC材料100份、碳酸钙60份、超细钙2份,钙锌稳定剂4份、硬脂酸2份、PE蜡1份、ACR 3份、玻纤10份、发泡调节剂2份、AC发泡剂3份、钛白粉2份。
共挤料配方:PMMA料100份,色母料2份。
本发明一种发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材及其制备,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量称取各原料;
(2)将共挤料原料:PMMA料和色母料通过立式混合机混合均匀;
(3)将混匀后的共挤料,采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度170~200℃,合流芯温度180℃,模头温度185℃,得到共挤层粒料;
(4)将基材料原料:PVC材料、碳酸钙、稳定剂、润滑剂、增强树脂、增强纤维、调节剂、发泡剂、钛白粉置于拌釜内搅拌20分钟,搅拌温度为热混115℃,冷混温度为60℃;
(4)混匀后,采用锥双挤出机进行熔融共混并挤出成型,挤出机机筒温度140~175℃,合流芯温度165℃,模头温度175℃,共挤机机筒温度为170~195℃。
以下通过性能检测,数据见表2,证明本发明实施例2、3、4与实施例1对比样的性能效果,其检测结果如下,通过表面共挤和基材增强改性,可以得到耐候性好、装饰性更强、物理性能优异、产品质量轻的花箱型材。

Claims (10)

1.一种发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材,其特征在于:所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材由基材层和共挤层两层组成;
所述的基材层按重量份数计包含以下组分:PVC树脂100份,碳酸钙60~80份,超细钙1~10份,稳定剂3~6份,润滑剂2~4份,增强树脂1~5份,增强纤维2~20份,发泡调节剂1~10份,发泡剂1~10份,钛白粉2~4份;
所述的共挤层选自下列之一:PVC共挤层、ASA共挤层或PMMA共挤层;
PVC树脂100份,碳酸钙10~20份,增韧剂2~8份,紫外吸收剂0.5~3份,钛白粉10~20份,色母2~5份,抗氧剂0.5~1份;
所述的ASA共挤层,按重量份数计包含以下组分:ASA树脂100份,ASA色母2~5份;所述的ASA树脂即丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物;
所述的PMMA共挤层,按重量份数计包含以下组分:PMMA树脂100份,PMMA色母2~5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材,其特征在于:所述的碳酸钙的粒度为200~3000目;所述的超细钙的粒径为小于等于10um。
3.如权利要求1所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂或有机锡稳定剂中的一种;所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、PE蜡或石蜡等润滑剂中的一种或任意几种;所述的发泡调节剂为丙烯酸酯发泡调节剂;所述的发泡剂为偶氮类黄发泡剂、碳酸氢钠白发泡剂、复合发泡剂、或膨胀微球等中的一种或几种;所述的增强树脂为MBS或ACR;所述的增强纤维为玻纤、碳纤或尼龙纤维、聚对亚苯基苯并二嗯唑纤维、玄武岩纤维或聚甲醛纤维。
4.如权利要求1所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材,其特征在于:所述的PVC共挤层中,所述的增韧剂为MBS、ACR或CPE中的一种或两种;所述紫外吸收剂为2-(2′-羟基-5′-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮等中的一种或任意几种复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为受酚类抗氧剂或亚磷酸脂类抗氧剂中的一种;所述的受酚类抗氧剂为2,8一二叔丁基-4一甲基苯酚、抗氧剂lU1U;所述的亚磷酸脂类抗氧剂为无酚型亚磷酸酯抗氧剂、低酚型亚磷酸酯抗氧剂、含酚型亚磷酸酯抗氧剂。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的发泡PVC共挤耐候花箱型材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的方法按照如下步骤进行:
第一步,按配方量将基材层原料充分混合,混合过程分热混和冷混;
第二步,按配方量分别将PVC共挤层、ASA共挤层或PMMA共挤层原料充分混合,混合过程分热混和冷混;
第三步,将共挤层原料加入锥双螺杆造粒机,进行挤出造粒;
第四步,将充分混合的基材层原料加入挤出主机,将所述的共挤层粒料加入挤出辅机,将所述的挤出主机和挤出辅机相互连接;所述的挤出主机对所述的基材层原料进行熔融、塑化和发泡,再进入共挤模具;所述的挤出辅机对所述的共挤层原料进行熔融、塑化,进入共挤模具,所述的共挤模具同时挤出基材层和共挤层,所述的共挤层牢固贴附在所述的基材层表面,在共挤模具中,由于压力和温度的作用,发泡剂快速分解,一起出口模后,熔体中的气体释放,使熔体发泡,随即进入定型模,使熔体表面迅速冷却结皮,形成硬化层,而内部继续发泡成型,出定型模后发泡完成,固化成型为制品。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的热混温度为110~125℃,冷混温度为50~65℃。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的共挤层为PVC时,共挤层造粒的料筒温度为110~170℃,合流芯温度155~170℃,口模温度150~170℃;主机料筒温度为110~170℃,辅机料筒温度为110~170℃,合流芯温度为140~160℃,模具温度为160~190℃。在此工艺条件下,基材层的发泡质量好,泡孔尺寸均一,表面结皮效果好,且基材层和PVC共挤层粘附牢固。
9.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的共挤层为ASA时,共挤层造粒的料筒温度为160~210℃,合流芯温度165~190℃,口模温度160~200℃;主机料筒温度为110~170℃,辅机料筒温度为160~210℃,合流芯温度为140~170℃,模具温度为170~190℃。
10.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的共挤层为PMMA时,共挤层造粒的料筒温度为170~210℃,合流芯温度175~190℃,口模温度160~200℃;主机料筒温度为110~170℃,辅机料筒温度为170~210℃,合流芯温度为140~170℃,模具温度为170~200℃。
