Abstract
本发明公开了一种车轮毛刺机装置,气缸14通过销轴A12和间隔环A13固定在罩壳11上,气缸杆14和连接头15通过销轴B16和卡簧17连接在一起,压块20通过销轴B16、销轴C21和间隔环B22连接在一起可以转动,毛刷18固定在支具19上,支具19通过联轴器23和电机24连接在一起,电机24和活动板8固定在一起;气缸14通过销轴A12和销轴B16连接推动连接头15做平面运动,和销轴B16连接的压块20以销轴V21为中心,做周向运动,推力气缸4的气缸杆推动活动板8做直线运动,实现毛刷上下运动,电机24输出轴通过联轴器23使支具19做周向运动,支具19和毛刷18连接,最终实现毛刷周向旋转刷车轮功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种车轮刷毛刺装置,具体地说是一种车轮毛刺机装置。
背景技术
在汽车车轮生产行业,随着人工成本越来越高,要求生产工艺的自动化程度越来越高,采用机器人加工车轮的工艺越来越成熟。为了实现不同尺寸车轮刷毛刺的需求,车轮混线刷毛刺和高定位精度是汽车车轮生产企业必须面对的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种车轮毛刺机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种车轮毛刺机,主要有机架、下法兰、导柱、推力气缸、导套、推力轴、套筒、活动板、上法兰、防尘板、气缸罩壳、销轴A、间隔环A、气缸、连接头、销轴B、卡簧、毛刷、支具、压块、销轴C、间隔环B、联轴器、电机组成。防尘板焊接在机架上,下法兰和上法兰分别通过螺栓固定在机架和防尘板上,导柱固定在下法兰和上法兰,导套通过导柱固定在活动板上,推力气缸通过螺栓固定在机架上,推力轴与推力气缸螺纹连接固定在套筒,罩壳通过螺栓固定在机架上,气缸通过销轴A和间隔环A固定在罩壳上,气缸杆和连接头通过销轴B和卡簧连接在一起,压块通过销轴B、销轴C和间隔环B连接在一起可以转动,毛刷通过螺栓固定在支具上,支具通过联轴器和电机连接在一起,电机通过螺栓和活动板固定在一起;气缸通过销轴A和销轴B连接推动连接头做平面运动,和销轴B连接的压块以销轴C为中心,做周向运动,最终实现车轮的同步抱紧和居中的功能;推力气缸的气缸杆推动活动板做直线运动推动电机,实现毛刷上下运动;电机输出轴通过联轴器使支具做周向运动,支具和毛刷通过螺栓连接,最终实现毛刷周向旋转刷车轮功能。
实际使用时,机械手将车轮放到机架地板上,气缸通压缩空气,通过压块压住轮唇,实现轮子的定心和定位,然后推力气缸通过推力轴将活动板向上推动,然后电机通过联轴器、支具,带动毛刷做周向旋转运动,实现车轮刷毛刺功能。
本发明在使用中能满足车轮刷毛刺过程中混线高精度装夹的需求,并且效果理想、效率高、工作安全可靠,自动化程度高,特别适合生产线上的批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
一种车轮毛刺机装置,由机架1、下法兰2、导柱3、推力气缸4、导套5、推力轴6、套筒7、活动板8、上法兰9、防尘板10、气缸罩壳11、销轴A12、间隔环A13、气缸14、连接头15、销轴B16、卡簧17、毛刷18、支具19、压块20、销轴C21、间隔环B22、联轴器23、电机24组成,防尘板10焊接在机架1上,下法兰2和上法兰9分别通过螺栓固定在机架1和防尘板10上,导柱3固定在下法兰2和上法兰9,导套5通过导柱3固定在活动板8上,推力气缸4通过螺栓固定在机架1上,推力轴6与推力气缸4螺纹连接固定在套筒7,罩壳11通过螺栓固定在机架1上,气缸14通过销轴A12和间隔环A13固定在罩壳11上,气缸杆14和连接头15通过销轴B-6和卡簧17连接在一起,压块20通过销轴B16、销轴C21和间隔环B22连接在一起可以转动,毛刷18通过螺栓固定在支具19上,支具19通过联轴器23和电机24连接在一起,电机24通过螺栓和活动板8固定在一起;气缸14通过销轴A12和销轴B16连接推动连接头15做平面运动,和销轴B16连接的压块20以销轴C21为中心,做周向运动,最终实现车轮的同步抱紧和居中的功能,推力气缸4的气缸杆推动活动板8做直线运动推动电机24,实现毛刷上下运动,电机24输出轴通过联轴器23使支具19做周向运动,支具19和毛刷18通过螺栓连接,最终实现毛刷周向旋转刷车轮功能。
实际使用时,机械手将车轮放到机架1地板上,气缸14通压缩空气,通过压块20压住轮唇,实现轮子的定心和定位,然后推力气缸4通过推力轴6将活动板8向上推动,然后电机24通过联轴器23、支具19,带动毛刷18做周向旋转运动,实现车轮刷毛刺功能。

1.一种车轮毛刺机,由机架(1)、下法兰(2)、导柱(3)、推力气缸(4)、导套(5)、推力轴(6)、套筒(7)、活动板(8)、上法兰(9)、防尘板(10)、气缸罩壳(11)、销轴A(12)、间隔环A(13)、气缸(14)、连接头(15)、销轴B(16)、卡簧(17)、毛刷(18)、支具(19)、压块(20)、销轴C(21)、间隔环B(22)、联轴器(23)、电机(24)组成,其特征在于:防尘板(10)焊接在机架(1)上,下法兰(2)和上法兰(9)分别固定在机架(1)和防尘板(10)上,导柱(3)固定在下法兰(2)和上法兰(9),导套(5)通过导柱(3)固定在活动板(8)上,推力气缸(4)固定在机架(1)上,推力轴(6)与推力气缸(4)固定在套筒(7),罩壳(11)固定在机架(1)上,气缸(14)通过销轴A和间隔环A(13)固定在罩壳(11)上,气缸杆(14)和连接头(15)通过销轴B(16)和卡簧(17)连接在一起,压块(20)通过销轴B(16)、销轴C(21)和间隔环B(22)连接在一起可以转动,毛刷(18)固定在支具(19)上,支具(19)通过联轴器(23)和电机(24)连接在一起,电机(24)活动板(8)固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车轮毛刺机,其特征是:气缸(14)通过销轴A(12)和销轴B(16)连接推动连接头(15)做平面运动,和销轴B(16)连接的压块(20)以销轴C(21)为中心,做周向运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车轮毛刺机,其特征是:推力气缸(4)的气缸杆推动活动板(8)做直线运动推动电机(24),实现毛刷上下运动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车轮毛刺机,其特征是:电机(24)输出轴通过联轴器(23)使支具(19)做周向运动,支具(19)和毛刷(18)连接。
