Abstract

一种防水涂料用水性聚氨酯乳液,属于涂料技术领域,该水性聚氨酯按重量分数计,包括聚醚多元醇20~100份、多异氰酸酯类单体20~80份、聚硅氧烷2~18份、小分子扩链剂1~10份、交联剂1~20份、亲水扩链剂3~15份、成盐剂2~9份等制成。该方法将聚醚多元醇、多异氰酸酯类单体、聚硅氧烷、交联剂以及亲水扩链剂按照一定比例进行逐步聚合,制备出阴离子型水性聚氨酯乳液。本发明所述防水涂料用水性聚氨酯乳液涂饰成膜后,耐水性好、高光泽、力学性能优异,水接触角可至94.3°,吸水率小于10%。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及防水涂料用水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代科学技术的发展,作为新型高分子材料的聚氨酯在建筑防水材料中应用广泛,其可起到防潮、防漏、保护材料不受水侵蚀破坏的作用。但传统型聚氨酯在合成过程中以溶剂作为分散介质,对环境污染严重。随着人们对环境保护理念的重视,传统型聚氨酯逐渐由水性聚氨酯代替。但水性聚氨酯有耐水性差、力学性能不佳等缺点,通过交联剂与聚硅氧烷的改性可明显改善,可获得耐水性优异的水性聚氨酯材料。
申请号为CN 02136168.1,发明名称为耐水解的聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,该方法制得的乳液制备工艺复杂,工业化生产难度加大。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防水涂料用水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法,该乳液涂饰成膜后,耐水性好、高光泽、力学性能优异,水接触角可至94.3°,吸水率小于10%。

优选的是,所述的聚醚多元醇选自聚醚多元醇选自聚氧化乙烯二醇、聚氧化丙烯二醇、丙二醇聚醚、聚氧化丙烯三醇以及聚四氢呋喃二醇中的一种或几种。所述的聚醚多元醇数均分子量范围优选为1000~3000。
优选的是,所述的多异氰酸酯类单体选自甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯以及四甲基苯二甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。

本发明的有益效果
本发明提供一种水性聚氨酯乳液,所含有机溶剂极少,通过一步合成法,合成工艺简便,主要以水为分散介质,VOC含量低,安全环保。
本发明提供一种防水涂料用水性聚氨酯乳液,该乳液通过特殊的配方设计,涂饰成膜后,克服了水性聚氨酯涂膜耐水性差的缺点,接触角可至94.3°,吸水率为9.97%。

具体实施方式
为进一步了解本发明,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的优选方案进行描述,但应该了解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的优点和特征,并非对专利要求的限制。
实施例1
在装有搅拌装置、冷凝装置、温度计并通有氮气保护的四口烧瓶中,加入聚四氢呋喃二醇(数均分子量为2000)40g,在100℃条件下真空脱水1.5h,然后加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30g、羟基封端聚硅氧烷4g、交联剂三羟甲基丙烷2g、小分子扩链剂1,4-丁二醇4g、亲水扩链剂二羟甲基丙酸5g以及催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1g,将体系升温至75℃反应2h。
将体系迅速降温至30℃,加入丙酮60ml以降低粘度,待体系-NCO值达到理论值,加入成盐剂三乙胺3g,继续反应10min,然后加入去离子水,将搅拌装置转数调整至1200rad/min,室温乳化30min得到水性聚氨酯乳液。
将得到的水性聚氨酯乳液和涂膜进行表征,结果如表1所示。
图1为本发明实施例1制备的一种水性聚氨酯乳液的涂膜和的水接触角和吸水性测试,从图1可以看出,其接触角达94.3°,吸水率为9.97%,涂膜耐水性良好。
实施例2
在装有搅拌装置、冷凝装置、温度计并通有氮气保护的四口烧瓶中,加入聚四氢呋喃二醇(数均分子量为2000)40g,在100℃条件下真空脱水1.5h,然后加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯27g、羟基封端聚硅氧烷4g、蓖麻油9g、小分子扩链剂1,4-丁二醇4g、亲水扩链剂二羟甲基丙酸5g以及催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1g,将体系升温至75℃反应2h。
将体系迅速降温至30℃,加入丙酮60ml以降低粘度,待体系-NCO值达到理论值,加入成盐剂三乙胺3g,继续反应10min,然后加入去离子水,将搅拌装置转数调整至1200rad/min,室温乳化30min得到水性聚氨酯乳液。
实施例3

将体系迅速降温至30℃,加入丙酮60ml以降低粘度,待体系-NCO值达到理论值,加入成盐剂三乙胺3g,继续反应10min,然后加入去离子水,将搅拌装置转数调整至1200rad/min,室温乳化30min得到水性聚氨酯乳液。

1.一种防水涂料用水性聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,由聚醚多元醇混合、多异氰酸酯类单体、交联剂、聚硅氧烷、小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂、成盐剂等制成,其原料按重量份数计包括以下组分:
聚醚多元醇 20~100份
多异氰酸酯类单体 20~80份
聚硅氧烷 2~18份
小分子扩链剂 1~10份
交联剂 1~20份
亲水扩链剂 3~15份
成盐剂 2~9份。

9.一种防水涂料用水性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下:
步骤一:在四口烧瓶中加入聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯单体、聚硅氧烷、小分子扩链剂、交联剂、亲水扩链剂以及催化剂,在70~90℃条件下反应2~4h,得到水性聚氨酯预聚物;步骤二:将体系迅速降温至30~50℃,加入成盐剂反应10~30min,然后加入去离子水高速搅拌20~50min,得到水性聚氨酯乳液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种防水涂料用水性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的催化剂选自辛酸亚锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三乙醇胺以及二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
