Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布,其原料包括:聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮、去离子水。本发明还公开了一种所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法。本发明采用聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮等为原料,亲水性好,抗腐蚀性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯无纺布抗张强度高,耐磨损性好,具有良好透气性,且价格低廉,是近年来无纺布行业中发展最快的品种之一,主要用于一次性医用布、人革用布和擦洁用布。但是聚丙烯亲水性极差限制了其在医用领域的使用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布及其制备方法,本发明的亲水性好,抗腐蚀性能好。
本发明提出了一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布,其原料包括:聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮、去离子水。
优选地,所述聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮的重量比为5-7:10-13:3-5:1-2。
本发明还提出了一种所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚乙烯醇溶解于醋酸溶液中,加热并保温搅拌,降温,加入壳聚糖,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入戊二醛,继续搅拌,得到混合溶液A;
S2、将聚丙烯无纺布置于丙酮中浸泡,用去离子水冲洗,烘干,得到无纺布样品;
S3、向无纺布样品中加入混合溶液A、甲醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮,浸泡,烘干,再置于去离子水中浸泡,然后烘干,即可得到抗腐蚀性好的无纺布。
优选地,S1中,将聚乙烯醇溶解于0.1-0.2mol/L的醋酸溶液中,加热至70-90℃并保温搅拌10-30min,降温至30-50℃,加入壳聚糖,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入戊二醛,继续搅拌20-30min,得到混合溶液A。
优选地,S2中,将聚丙烯无纺布置于丙酮中浸泡2-4h,用去离子水冲洗3-6次,在60-80℃条件下烘1.5-3h,得到无纺布样品。
优选地,S3中,向无纺布样品中加入混合溶液A、甲醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮,在50-60℃下以100-300r/min的转速浸泡1.5-3h,置于65-80℃下烘2-3h,再置于去离子水中浸泡20-30h,然后在60-80℃下烘2-4h,即可得到抗腐蚀性好的无纺布。
优选地,S3中,所述无纺布样品与混合溶液A的重量比为1:20-22。
本发明以聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮、去离子水为原料,使得本发明的亲水性和抗污染性能好。本发明采用聚乙烯醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、壳聚糖、戊二醛等对无纺布进行改性,其中乙烯基吡咯烷酮接枝在无纺布上,使其表面粗糙度增加,孔径降低,还可增加亲水性,从而大大提高抗污染能力;采用戊二醛交联壳聚糖对无纺布进行改性,不仅能够改善亲水性,还可以使得本发明具有抗菌作用;采用聚乙烯醇进行改性,以提高无纺布的亲水性、抗污染、抗腐蚀性能,添加聚乙烯醇与戊二醛交联壳聚糖共同进行改性,可改善壳聚糖带来的手感较硬的缺陷,增强无纺布的柔软性。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布,其原料包括:聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮、去离子水;其中,所述聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮的重量比为7:10:5:1。
所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚乙烯醇溶解于0.2mol/L的醋酸溶液中,加热至70℃并保温搅拌30min,降温至30℃,加入壳聚糖,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入戊二醛,继续搅拌30min,得到混合溶液A;
S2、将聚丙烯无纺布置于丙酮中浸泡2h,用去离子水冲洗6次,在60℃条件下烘3h,得到无纺布样品;
S3、向无纺布样品中加入混合溶液A、甲醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮,在50℃下以300r/min的转速浸泡1.5h,置于80℃下烘2h,再置于去离子水中浸泡30h,然后在60℃下烘4h,即可得到抗腐蚀性好的无纺布;
S3中,所述无纺布样品与混合溶液A的重量比为1:20。
实施例2
一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布,其原料包括:聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮、去离子水;其中,所述聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮的重量比为5:13:3:2。
所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚乙烯醇溶解于0.1mol/L的醋酸溶液中,加热至90℃并保温搅拌10min,降温至50℃,加入壳聚糖,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入戊二醛,继续搅拌20min,得到混合溶液A;
S2、将聚丙烯无纺布置于丙酮中浸泡4h,用去离子水冲洗3次,在80℃条件下烘1.5h,得到无纺布样品;
S3、向无纺布样品中加入混合溶液A、甲醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮,在60℃下以100r/min的转速浸泡3h,置于65℃下烘3h,再置于去离子水中浸泡20h,然后在80℃下烘2h,即可得到抗腐蚀性好的无纺布;
S3中,所述无纺布样品与混合溶液A的重量比为1:22。
实施例3
一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布,其原料包括:聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮、去离子水;其中,所述聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮的重量比为6:11:4:1。
所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚乙烯醇溶解于0.2mol/L的醋酸溶液中,加热至80℃并保温搅拌20min,降温至40℃,加入壳聚糖,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入戊二醛,继续搅拌25min,得到混合溶液A;
S2、将聚丙烯无纺布置于丙酮中浸泡3h,用去离子水冲洗5次,在70℃条件下烘2h,得到无纺布样品;
S3、向无纺布样品中加入混合溶液A、甲醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮,在55℃下以200r/min的转速浸泡2.5h,置于75℃下烘2.5h,再置于去离子水中浸泡25h,然后在70℃下烘3h,即可得到抗腐蚀性好的无纺布;
S3中,所述无纺布样品与混合溶液A的重量比为1:21。
实施例4
一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布,其原料包括:聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮、去离子水;其中,所述聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮的重量比为7:12:5:2。
所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚乙烯醇溶解于0.1mol/L的醋酸溶液中,加热至85℃并保温搅拌16min,降温至45℃,加入壳聚糖,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入戊二醛,继续搅拌25min,得到混合溶液A;
S2、将聚丙烯无纺布置于丙酮中浸泡3h,用去离子水冲洗4次,在65℃条件下烘2.5h,得到无纺布样品;
S3、向无纺布样品中加入混合溶液A、甲醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮,在58℃下以150r/min的转速浸泡2h,置于70℃下烘3h,再置于去离子水中浸泡22h,然后在75℃下烘3h,即可得到抗腐蚀性好的无纺布;
S3中,所述无纺布样品与混合溶液A的重量比为1:20。
试验例1
分别对本发明实施例1-4的抗腐蚀性好的无纺布和普通聚丙烯无纺布进行亲水性和抗腐蚀性能测试,记为试验例1-4和对照例:1)亲水性:测量材料的水静态接触角,以此评价亲水性;2)抗腐蚀性能:将不同浓度PVA和GA制备的改性无纺布放入正常运行的污水生物处理反应器中,定期测定其接触角。
在亲水性测试中,对照例的接触角为88.5°,而试验例1-4的接触角在41.1-43.5°的范围内,由此可以得出,本发明的接触角降低,亲水性大幅度提高。
在抗腐蚀性能测试中,对照例的接触角为107.5°,而试验例1-4的接触角在51.2-60.1°的范围内,本发明在污水中的接触角较低,因此本发明无纺布的抗腐蚀性能较好。

Claims (7)
1.一种抗腐蚀性好的无纺布,其特征在于,其原料包括:聚丙烯无纺布、聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、醋酸、甲醇、丙酮、去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖、戊二醛、乙烯基吡咯烷酮的重量比为5-7:10-13:3-5:1-2。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将聚乙烯醇溶解于醋酸溶液中,加热并保温搅拌,降温,加入壳聚糖,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入戊二醛,继续搅拌,得到混合溶液A;
S2、将聚丙烯无纺布置于丙酮中浸泡,用去离子水冲洗,烘干,得到无纺布样品;
S3、向无纺布样品中加入混合溶液A、甲醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮,浸泡,烘干,再置于去离子水中浸泡,然后烘干,即可得到抗腐蚀性好的无纺布。
4.根据权利要求3所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,将聚乙烯醇溶解于0.1-0.2mol/L的醋酸溶液中,加热至70-90℃并保温搅拌10-30min,降温至30-50℃,加入壳聚糖,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入戊二醛,继续搅拌20-30min,得到混合溶液A。
5.根据权利要求3所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,将聚丙烯无纺布置于丙酮中浸泡2-4h,用去离子水冲洗3-6次,在60-80℃条件下烘1.5-3h,得到无纺布样品。
6.根据权利要求3所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,向无纺布样品中加入混合溶液A、甲醇、乙烯基吡咯烷酮,在50-60℃下以100-300r/min的转速浸泡1.5-3h,置于65-80℃下烘2-3h,再置于去离子水中浸泡20-30h,然后在60-80℃下烘2-4h,即可得到抗腐蚀性好的无纺布。
7.根据权利要求3所述抗腐蚀性好的无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,所述无纺布样品与混合溶液A的重量比为1:20-22。
