Abstract
一种中空保暖材料的制备方法,包括以下工艺流程:棉条经过散纤染色、脱水、烘干、打包、抓棉、混合、开松、成卷、梳理后形成棉生条,中空涤纶纤维经过抓棉、混合、开送、成卷、梳理后形成涤纶纤维条,其特征在于,将棉生条和涤纶纤维条以数量比30∶70并条后形成熟条,混并条、再经粗纱、细纱制成外包纱线,将该外包纱线包覆在不锈钢长丝上制得半成品材料,再将包覆有细纱的半成品材料中的不锈钢长丝抽出,得到中空保暖材料,其内部囤积了大量的静止空气,可以达到比较好的保暖效果。并且,由于不使用水溶性维纶纤维,不经过退维的过程,不会对纱线的强力产生负面影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保暖材料制备领域,特别涉及一种中空保暖材料的制备方法。
背景技术
保暖材料,尤其是保暖中空纱线的制备主要是利用复合纺纱技术与溶剂湿式凝胶纺丝法制成的水溶性纤维(一般以维纶纤维为主)复合而 成,即结构为棉纤维在外层,水溶性纤维在内层,形成双层结构。经过纺纱工艺的调整,将水溶性纤维有 效均匀的包覆在棉纤维的内侧,再经过后加工(退维),使内层纤维溶解,形成环状中空纱。其成纱特点是膨松、轻质、柔软,但是在上浆过程中,水溶性的维纶纤维会受热萎缩,纱线的强力会急剧降低从而影响织造。所以中空纱一直未能得到很好的开发和利用,限制了此类产品在市场的进一步开发。
发明内容
为克服上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种新的中空保暖材料的制备方法,该方法不使用水溶性维纶纤维,不会产生因为退维而导致的纱线的强力会急剧降低的问题。
本发明的工艺流程为: 棉条经过散纤染色、脱水、烘干、打包、抓棉、混合、开松、成卷、梳理后形成棉生条,中空涤纶纤维经过抓棉、混合、开送、成卷、梳理后形成涤纶纤维条,其特征在于,将棉生条和涤纶纤维条以数量比30∶70并条后形成熟条,混并条、再经粗纱、细纱制成外包纱线,将该外包纱线包覆在不锈钢长丝上制得半成品材料,再将包覆有细纱的半成品材料中的不锈钢长丝抽出,得到中空保暖材料。
其中,所述不锈钢长丝的直径为0.1-1mm,所述不锈钢长丝的表面涂有润滑油剂,所述润滑油剂为和毛油。
采用棉纤维与中空涤纶纤维混纺制作外包材料,包覆在不锈钢长丝表面,再将不锈钢长丝抽出,形成棉纤维与中空涤纶纤维组成的中空材料结构体,其内部囤积了大量的静止空气,可以达到比较好的保暖效果。并且,由于不使用水溶性维纶纤维,不经过退维的过程,不会对纱线的强力产生负面影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:所述实施例的工艺流程为: 棉条经过散纤染色、脱水、烘干、打包、抓棉、混合、开松、成卷、梳理后形成棉生条,中空涤纶纤维经过抓棉、混合、开送、成卷、梳理后形成涤纶纤维条,其特征在于,将棉生条和涤纶纤维条以数量比30∶70并条后形成熟条,混并条、再经粗纱、细纱制成外包纱线,将该外包纱线包覆在不锈钢长丝上制得半成品材料,再将包覆有细纱的半成品材料中的不锈钢长丝抽出,得到中空保暖材料。
其中,所述不锈钢长丝的直径为0.1-1mm,所述不锈钢长丝的表面涂有润滑油剂,所述润滑油剂为和毛油。
棉纤维和中空涤纶纤维的梳毛工序是生产过程中的重点工序,控制好条子的重量不匀率和短毛率是关键。在梳理过程中,要适当降低刺辊和道夫的速度,加大锡林与刺辊的线速度比,适当减小锡林和道夫之间的隔距,适当减小盖板和锡林的速度,可降低纤维损伤和短绒增加,减少棉网飘头和断头等不良现象,车间的相对速度要控制在60~70%,以减小静电的不良影响。
混并条工序中车间的相对湿度控制在62~75%,温度控制在22.5~24℃;头并采用6根并合,二道与三道采用8根并合,车速不宜过高,车速采用159~185m/min,车速适当偏低控制,能有效降低断头;采用三道混并,有利于降低重量不匀率。胶辊表面要进行抗静电剂料的处理,能有效抑制缠绕等不良现象,头并采用6根喂入,出条重量16.8~17.0g/5m, 隔距14.1×20 mm,喇叭口径3.6mm; 二并采用8根喂入,出条重量15.8g/5m, 隔距14×20 mm,喇叭口径3.4mm;三并采用8根喂入,出条重量15.0g/5m, 隔距13.5×19.5mm,喇叭口径3.4mm。
粗纱工序中车间相对湿度控制在60~65%,以保证生产能够正常进行,纤维在粗纱工序处于吸湿状态,牵伸倍数5.2~6.4倍,粗纱定量4.96 ~5.54g/10m,罗拉隔距合理加大,钳口隔距适当缩小,适当增加摇架的压力,采用低车速,使用硬度稍大的抗静电胶辊,增加对纤维的握持力,确保牵伸顺利进行,以提高粗纱的条干水平,隔距23.5×33.0mm,捻系数54~68,轴向卷绕密度3.215~3.335圈/cm,锭速550~690 r/min,前罗拉速度165~172 r/min,抓好操作工作,避免开关车所造成的细节,适当调整张力,保证生产正常进行;细纱工序中根据纤维的特性,采取适当偏大的后区罗拉隔距、较小后区牵伸倍数、重加压和适当低的车速,以增加纤维之间的抱合力,提高条干水平,减少粗细节,降低细纱断头和毛羽数量,捻度930~1120捻/米,锭速13900~17350r/min,温度控制在22~25℃,相对湿度控制在60~70%;细纱包覆不锈钢长丝时,细纱捻度为470~520个捻,捻向为S捻,得到半成品材料,最后借助牵拉设备将不锈钢长丝拉出,制得中空保暖材料。
采用棉纤维与中空涤纶纤维混纺制作外包材料,包覆在不锈钢长丝表面,再将不锈钢长丝抽出,形成棉纤维与中空涤纶纤维组成的中空材料结构体,其内部囤积了大量的静止空气,可以达到比较好的保暖效果。并且,由于不使用水溶性维纶纤维,不经过退维的过程,不会对纱线的强力产生负面影响。

1.一种中空保暖材料的制备方法,包括以下工艺流程:棉条经过散纤染色、脱水、烘干、打包、抓棉、混合、开松、成卷、梳理后形成棉生条,中空涤纶纤维经过抓棉、混合、开送、成卷、梳理后形成涤纶纤维条,其特征在于,将棉生条和涤纶纤维条以数量比30∶70并条后形成熟条,混并条、再经粗纱、细纱制成外包纱线,将该外包纱线包覆在不锈钢长丝上制得半成品材料,再将包覆有细纱的半成品材料中的不锈钢长丝抽出,得到中空保暖材料;所述不锈钢长丝的直径为0.1-1mm;所述不锈钢长丝的表面涂有润滑油剂;所述润滑油剂为和毛油。
