Abstract
本发明公开了一种五谷健脾养生粥,按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米100‑300份,黄豆100‑150份,红枣150‑300份,淮山药100‑180份,黑芝麻150‑300份,薏仁100‑180份,全燕麦100‑300份;本发明与现有技术相比,其食材功效和用量以健脾养胃四主三辅为原则进行品种计量,实现完整配方;符合《本草纲目》中记载:“药食同源、食药同性”的理念,本配方根据7味食材特性,以“健脾”、“养胃”为核心,通过小米、红枣、全燕麦、黑芝麻四味食材为四主,用黄豆、淮山药、薏仁三味食材为辅,综合丰富的营养,归脾经、归胃经、归肾经为目的,提高脾胃功能,增强免疫力,从而达到以食疗配方健脾养胃的目标。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药食疗技术领域,具体涉及一种五谷健脾养生粥及其原材料粗加工方法。
背景技术
健康、长寿是人们梦寐以求的目标。大自然中日月经天的现象,启发人们师法自然、回归自然,以使生命永在。《周易象上传》说:“天行健,君子以自强不息”。《素问·上古天真论》中说:“余闻上古有真人者,提挈天地,把握阴阳,呼吸精气,独立守神,肌肉若一,故能寿蔽天地,无有终时”。这种期望虽然难以实现,但自古以来追求长寿者却大有人在。汉末张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》序中说:“怪当今居世之士,曾不留神医药,精究方术。上以疗君亲之疾,下以救贫贱之厄,中以保身长全,以养其生”,明确提出运用医药的办法进行养生的观点。
食疗又称食治,即利用食物(谷肉果菜)性味方面的偏颇特性,能够有针对性地用于某些病证的治疗或辅助治疗,调整阴阳,使之趋于平衡,有助于疾病的治疗和身心的康复。但食物毕竟是食物,它含有人体必需的各种营养物质,主要在于弥补阴阳气血的不断消耗。因此,即便是辨证不准确,食物也不会给人体带来太大的危害。正如名医张锡纯在《医学衷中参西录》中所说“食疗病人服之,不但疗病,并可充饥,不但充饥,更可适口,用之对症,病自渐愈,即不对症,亦无他患”。因此,食疗适应范围较广泛,主要针对亚健康人群,其次才是患者,作为药物或其他治疗措施的辅助手段,随着日常饮食生活自然地被接受。食疗寓治于食,不仅能达到保健强身、防治疾病的目的,而且还能给人感官上、精神上的享受,使人在享受食物美味之中,不知不觉达到防病治病之目的。这种自然疗法与服用苦口的药物相比迥然不同,它不像药物那样易于使人厌服而难以坚持,人们容易接受,可长期运用,对于慢性疾病的调理治疗尤为适宜。此外,食疗用品在剂型、剂量上不像药物那样有严格的规定,不能随意更换,它可以根据患者的口味习惯进行不同的烹调加工,使之味美色艳,寓治疗于营养和美味之中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种原料优质、易得且无副作用、综合营养丰富,以归脾经、归胃经、归肾经为目的,提高脾胃功能,增强免疫力,从而达到以食疗配方健脾养胃的五谷健脾养生粥。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种五谷健脾养生粥,按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米100-300份,黄豆100-150份,红枣150-300份,淮山药100-180份,黑芝麻150-300份,薏仁100-180份,全燕麦100-300份。
优选的,一种五谷健脾养生粥,按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米150份,黄豆110份,红枣180份,淮山药120份,黑芝麻180份,薏仁120份,全燕麦150份。
优选的,一种五谷健脾养生粥,按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米250份,黄豆140份,红枣280份,淮山药160份,黑芝麻280份,薏仁160份,全燕麦250份。
优选的,一种五谷健脾养生粥,按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米200份,黄豆125份,红枣225份,淮山药140份,黑芝麻225份,薏仁140份,全燕麦200份。
为了提高本五谷健脾养生粥中的原材料的品质,其原材料采用了如下的技术方案:一种五谷健脾养生粥中的原材料粗加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:除杂,通过压力为0.5~0.7MPa的空气压缩机对每个原材料进行风选,清除每个原材料中的杂质;
步骤二:过筛,根据中国药典在R40/3系列中的规定,通过不同的标准筛对每个原材料进行筛分工作;
步骤三:摘选,对各个原材料中的杂碎异物、蛀虫物和霉变物进行人工摘除;
步骤四:清洗,采用冷水对各个原材料进行多次清洗,直至清洗水澄清为止;
步骤五:摊凉,将清洗后的原材料平摊在竹制板上通过自然风进行摊凉,沥除原材料表面的水份;
步骤六:晾晒,将沥干水份的原材料放置在太阳光下晾晒至少48h,直到原材料中的水份含量不足3%。
小米性味:甘咸凉,归肾经、脾经、胃经。小米含有丰富的淀粉、无机盐、胡萝卜素、铁、钙、维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C,有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、锌、锰、铜、碘元素,还含有雌激素物质。
黄豆:有健脾宽中,润燥消水,益气解毒攻效、黄豆含有亚油酸、植物性蛋白质、卵磷脂和异黄酮、氨基酸含量丰富。
红枣:含有蛋白质、脂肪、安基酸、有机酸、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C,含有果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖。红枣味甘,性温,能补中益气,养血生津,用于治疗“脾虚胃弱,气血亏虚、消化不良、养肝防癌”功效;有“日食三颗枣,百岁不显老”之说。
淮山药:含有人体所需18种氨基酸中的16种,还含有淀粉、粗纤维、糖、钙、磷、铁、铜,中医认为:淮山药能“益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、润毛皮”;淮山药主伤中补虚,除寒热邪气,补中益气,长肌肉,聪耳目。
黑芝麻:含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质、糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁等营养成分。性味甘,平,归肝经、肾经、大肠经、具有补肝肾,润五腑、益气力、润肠燥的功效,用于治疗眩晕、眼花、腰酸腿软、耳鸣耳聋、发枯发落、习惯性便秘,三高症等。
薏仁:含有丰富的维生素E、维生素B、硒元素;主要功效:利水消肿、健脾止泻、清肠排脓防治脚气,防癌抗癌。
全燕麦:性平味甘,归肝经、脾经、胃经,含有丰富的膳食纤维,亚油酸、苷、钙、钾元素。燕麦低糖,高营养,具有补虚、收敛止血、降糖减肥、通便、防止贫血、滋润肌肤功效。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的食材功效和用量以健脾养胃四主三辅为原则进行品种计量,实现完整配方;符合《本草纲目》中记载:“药食同源、食药同性”的理念,本配方根据7味食材特性,以“健脾”、“养胃”为核心,通过小米、红枣、全燕麦、黑芝麻四味食材为四主,用黄豆、淮山药、薏仁三味食材为辅,综合丰富的营养,归脾经、归胃经、归肾经为目的,提高脾胃功能,增强免疫力,从而达到以食疗配方健脾养胃的目标。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实施例1
一种五谷健脾养生粥,分别称取小米100份,黄豆100份,红枣150份,淮山药100份,黑芝麻150份,薏仁100份,全燕麦100份;通过40℃的温水称量好的原材料进行清洗,采用40℃的温水进行清洗既能达到去除尘土,又能达到“泡发去霉”的作用;采用紫砂罐或土瓦罐进行加水熬制,先采用大火烧至沸腾后转文火慢煮,熬制时间控制在1~2h,直至粥浓稠。
实施例2
一种五谷健脾养生粥,分别称取小米150份,黄豆110份,红枣180份,淮山药120份,黑芝麻180份,薏仁120份,全燕麦150份;通过40℃的温水称量好的原材料进行清洗,采用紫砂罐或土瓦罐进行加水熬制,先采用大火烧至沸腾后转文火慢煮,熬制时间控制在1~2h,直至粥浓稠。

本五谷健脾养生粥的原材料通过以下方法进行粗加工:
步骤一:除杂,通过压力为0.5~0.7MPa的空气压缩机对每个原材料进行风选,清除每个原材料中的杂质,杂质包括尘土和杂草等,空气压缩机的具体压力根据原材料的种类进行选择;
步骤二:过筛,根据中国药典在R40/3系列中的规定,通过不同的标准筛对每个原材料进行筛分工作;采用传统的“中医筛”对原材料进行初步的筛选,“中医筛”为中国药典在R40/3系列中的标准筛,根据原材料的形状大小和粗细异形来选取使用二号筛、三号筛或四号筛等,通过人工进行搅拌。
步骤三:摘选,对各个原材料中的杂碎异物、蛀虫物和霉变物进行人工摘除;将杂碎异物、蛀虫物和霉变物进行粉碎后作为有机肥使用;
步骤四:清洗,采用冷水对各个原材料进行多次清洗,直至清洗水澄清为止;
步骤五:摊凉,将清洗后的原材料平摊在竹制板上通过自然风进行摊凉,沥除原材料表面的水份;通过竹制板作为摊凉原材料的支撑物,避免原材料粘上粉尘,同时因为竹制板的吸水膨胀系数小,原材料在进行沥干的过程中其表面粘附的水份顺着竹制板表面流走,避免水浸入摊凉原材料的支撑物中减少支撑物的使用寿命。
步骤六:晾晒,将沥干水份的原材料放置在太阳光下晾晒至少48h,直到原材料中的水份含量不足3%,便于进行长期储存;因原材料中含有大量的淀粉等物质,在水份进行沥干后必须及时进行干燥处理,避免原材料出现发霉等现象。
通过上述方法对原材料进行粗加工,即可形成本五谷健脾养生粥的优质食材;且本五谷健脾养生粥熬制好后早、晚均可以代替主食食用,配素小菜更佳,具有填饥养胃增营养的效果,术后食用健脾养胃,酒后食用有利于调脾胃、促消化。

1.一种五谷健脾养生粥,其特征在于,按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米100-300份,黄豆100-150份,红枣150-300份,淮山药100-180份,黑芝麻150-300份,薏仁100-180份,全燕麦100-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种五谷健脾养生粥,其特征在于:按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米150份,黄豆110份,红枣180份,淮山药120份,黑芝麻180份,薏仁120份,全燕麦150份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种五谷健脾养生粥,其特征在于:按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米250份,黄豆140份,红枣280份,淮山药160份,黑芝麻280份,薏仁160份,全燕麦250份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种五谷健脾养生粥,其特征在于:按照重量份数计包括如下原材料:小米200份,黄豆125份,红枣225份,淮山药140份,黑芝麻225份,薏仁140份,全燕麦200份。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种五谷健脾养生粥中的原材料粗加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
