本发明涉及一种乳胶枕头生产工艺。
背景技术
乳胶枕头由于具有防螨防菌、良好透气性和吸湿性的优点,且其独特的柔软触觉和乳胶高弹性能够顺应人体头部,更符合人体睡眠习惯,带给使用者健康舒适的睡眠,所以越来越多得到广大消费者的欢迎和使用。但一个乳胶枕头只有一种硬度,而且硬度偏软,不能满足一些消费者的使用需求。
发明内容
为解决背景技术存在的不足,本发明是采取如下技术方案来实现的:
中间部位硬度高的乳胶枕头生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 将固态含量超过60%的乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂以一定重量比加入到发泡设备进行发泡,发泡过程中加入空气,制成乳胶发泡料;将乳胶发泡料注入到乳胶成型模具内,乳胶成型模具内具有乳胶枕头形状的模腔,乳胶发泡料的注入口位于模腔的正中间;待乳胶发泡料填充模腔的70-75%体积时,增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力直至乳胶发泡料接近填充充满整个模腔,然后停止加料,在增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力的过程中,开启固化剂添加管将固化剂添加到新注入的乳胶发泡料内;待加料完成后,将乳胶成型模具放到高温烘箱内进行乳胶发泡料的高温硫化定型;待乳胶发泡料高温定型后,打开乳胶成型模具取出乳胶发泡料;清洗、烘干乳胶发泡料,完成乳胶枕头的生产。
上述技术方案的生产工艺,首先以较小压力将乳胶发泡料注入到乳胶成型模具内,当乳胶发泡料填充模腔的70-75%体积时,增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力直至乳胶发泡料接近填充充满整个模腔,然后停止加料,在增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力的过程中,开启固化剂添加管将固化剂添加到后注入的乳胶发泡料内;上述整个过程中,由于乳胶发泡料的注入口位于模腔的正中间,所以后注入的具有较高压力的乳胶发泡料会从乳胶成型模具的中间位置(即乳胶枕头的中间部位)向左右方向推动先前注入的乳胶发泡料;由于乳胶发泡料在热蒸蒸熟(即高温硫化定型)前是半流动性的物体,处于半流动状态,溶液流动性差,而且乳胶发泡料易于被压缩,所以后来以增加压力注入的乳胶发泡料会更加集中于乳胶成型模具的中间位置,而不会与先前的乳胶发泡料很快混合到一起,并且后来注入的乳胶发泡料不仅更加致密,而且有固化剂的添入;所以这样一来,在较短时间内如果将乳胶成型模具放到高温烘箱内进行乳胶发泡料的高温硫化定型,那么就可生产出中间较硬两头较软的乳胶枕头。
具体实施方式
本发明的中间部位硬度高的乳胶枕头生产工艺,包括以下步骤: 将固态含量超过60%的乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂以100:2.5:1.5的重量比加入到发泡设备进行发泡,发泡过程中加入空气,制成乳胶发泡料,硫化剂为氧化锌,凝固剂为氟硅酸钠;将乳胶发泡料以稍大于大气的压力注入到乳胶成型模具内,乳胶成型模具内具有乳胶枕头形状的模腔,乳胶发泡料的注入口位于模腔的正中间;待乳胶发泡料填充模腔的70-75%体积时,增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力直至乳胶发泡料接近填充充满整个模腔,然后停止加料,在增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力的过程中,开启固化剂添加管将固化剂添加到新注入的乳胶发泡料内;待加料完成后,将乳胶成型模具放到高温烘箱内进行乳胶发泡料的高温硫化定型,温度控制在110-130度;待乳胶发泡料高温定型后,打开乳胶成型模具取出乳胶发泡料;清洗、烘干乳胶发泡料,就完成中间部位硬度高的乳胶枕头的生产。其中,步骤中,乳胶发泡料接近填充充满整个模腔是指乳胶发泡料填充整个模腔的95%体积以上;步骤中,所述固化剂为氟硅酸钠,固化剂与新加入的乳胶发泡料的重量比为1.5-3.0:100;步骤中,增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力后,注入压力不小于0.25 Mpa,注入流量不小于2000ml/min。

1.中间部位硬度高的乳胶枕头生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 将固态含量超过60%的乳胶溶液和硫化剂、凝固剂以一定重量比加入到发泡设备进行发泡,发泡过程中加入空气,制成乳胶发泡料;将乳胶发泡料注入到乳胶成型模具内,乳胶成型模具内具有乳胶枕头形状的模腔,乳胶发泡料的注入口位于模腔的正中间;待乳胶发泡料填充模腔的70-75%体积时,增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力直至乳胶发泡料接近填充充满整个模腔,然后停止加料,在增加乳胶发泡料的注入压力的过程中,开启固化剂添加管将固化剂添加到新注入的乳胶发泡料内;待加料完成后,将乳胶成型模具放到高温烘箱内进行乳胶发泡料的高温硫化定型;待乳胶发泡料高温定型后,打开乳胶成型模具取出乳胶发泡料;清洗、烘干乳胶发泡料,完成乳胶枕头的生产。
