Abstract

本发明公开了一种鞋垫及其制作方法,包括压合为一体结构的薄层和厚层,所述薄层由竹炭纤维和负离子纤维制成,所述厚层由100%纯度的聚氨酯制成。本发明所公开的技术方案可以更好地实现脚部压力的分散,避免各种脚部疾病,使脚部健康,增加步行时间和运动量,并且也可自动塑形、消除疲劳和除菌,净化鞋内的卫生。

一种鞋垫及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于鞋垫技术领域,尤其涉及一种可换洗的自动塑形,消除疲劳和除菌的鞋垫及其制作方法。
背景技术
人们在穿着鞋时,人的脚部容易出汗,特别是在运动时更是如此,因此造成鞋内的空气湿度大。这一方面造成脚部的不适,另一方面易形成异味,长时间穿鞋行走或运动也会出现足跟痛,脚部前掌疼痛起泡的状况。这样就会导致行走困难,脚底不适,严重的可能会导致脚部各种疾病如鸡眼,水泡,生茧。
虽然市面上有很多鞋垫具有一定的支撑的作用但并不能减少脚部压力和去除鞋内异味。虽也有定制的鞋垫但成本又过于昂贵。
发明内容
为了更好地实现脚部压力的分散避免各种脚部疾病,使脚部健康,增加步行时间和运动量,本发明提供了一种可自动塑形也可以消除疲劳和除菌的鞋垫及其制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供一种鞋垫,其特征在于,包括压合为一体结构的薄层和厚层,所述薄层由竹炭纤维和负离子纤维制成,所述厚层由100%纯度的聚氨酯制成。
结合第一方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,所述负离子纤维在所述薄层中的重量占比为1%-3%。
结合第一方面,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述薄层中的负离子量为500-1000个/cm3
结合第一方面至第二种任意一种可能的实现方式,在第三种可能的实现方式中,所述厚层的脚掌部分厚度为5mm,脚跟部分厚度为8mm。
结合第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式,在第四种可能的实现方式中,所述薄层为与脚面接触层,所述厚层为与鞋面接触层。
结合第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式,在第五种可能的实现方式中,,所述竹炭纤维由五年以上的高山毛竹烧制而成。
第二方面,提供一种鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A.模塑工艺,在聚氨酯中添加无毒助剂,发泡注入一个单个的模具中,待反应结束后,从模具中取出成型的厚层;
B.混合工艺,在竹炭纤维母粒中加入纺织负离子添加剂搅拌均匀,待均匀混合后形成薄层;
C.压合工艺,在步骤A中形成的厚层上压合步骤B中由竹炭纤维和负离子纤维制成的薄层,形成鞋垫。
结合第二方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,所述混合工艺B中,所述纺织负离子添加剂的添加量为1%-3%。
结合第二方面,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述混合工艺B形成的薄层中,负离子量为500-1000个/cm3
结合第二方面至第二种任意一种可能的实现方式,在第三种可能的实现方式中,所述无毒助剂为水。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的鞋垫及其制作方法,达到了如下技术效果:
1、薄层中采用的竹炭纤维的微孔结构具有自动吸附和散发湿气,水分平衡的调节作用,对人体异味等化学气体有吸收,解异味和消臭的作用。
2、薄层中采用的负离子纤维中的负离子在空气中呈“Z”字形移动很容易给细菌,灰尘,烟雾微粒以及水滴等输送负电荷,电荷能中和空气中的尘埃,细菌,病毒等物质,从而保持鞋内的卫生。
3、在厚层的聚氨酯表面会形成一层凝固物,使得制成的鞋垫手感好,物理性能优良,使用寿命长。
4、负离子纤维在所述薄层中的重量占比为1%-3%,可以保证混合均匀充分发挥竹炭纤维的吸附异味和负离子纤维吸附细菌的功能,同时也可以增强薄层的紧实度和舒适度,提高薄层的可塑性。
5、薄层中的负离子量为500-1000个/cm3,可以保证在鞋腔的空间大小和细菌环境中,该负离子量吸附细菌的效果最佳。
6、经由厚层和薄层压合而成的鞋垫可吸收冲击力从而使脚没有压迫感,走路时间久了也不会痛,可增加运动量。
7、鞋垫的压合结构使得鞋垫具有慢回弹作用,慢回弹的材质受力后可根据不同的人脚形和不同的受力分布使鞋垫更贴合脚,从而起到矫正脚形使脚受力分布均匀的作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一
如图1所示,在本实施例中提供了一种鞋垫,包括压合为一体结构的薄层100和厚层200,薄层100由竹炭纤维和负离子纤维制成,厚层200由100%纯度的聚氨酯制成。
如图3所示,薄层100和厚层200自上而下压合为一体结构,其中,厚层200的脚掌部分和脚跟部分呈弧形翘起,在脚掌和脚跟接合部分的脚中部呈小弧度的突起。尺寸的大小可以根据成型时模具的选择或者后期加工而成。薄层100的形状和面积与厚层200的形状和面积相同,便于两者间一次成型。当然也可以稍微大或者小些,这样可以兼顾到对鞋垫进行裁剪时会更加精确。
其中,如图2所示,薄层100为与脚面接触层,厚层200为与鞋面接触层。薄层100的厚度小于厚层200的厚度,一方面在行走时可以更为容易的将鞋垫与鞋底进行摩擦固定,行走更加稳固;另一方面可以缓冲脚的压力,增加舒适度。
其中,竹炭纤维由五年以上的高山毛竹经过近乎千度高温烧制而成。竹炭纤维的微孔结构具有自动吸附和散发湿气,水分平衡的调节作用,对人体异味等化学气体有吸收,解异味和消臭的作用。
其中,厚层200采用100%纯度的聚氨酯制成,便于厚层200在受到压力后自动塑形,分散脚掌的压力。在形成厚层200后,厚层200的外表面会有一层凝固物薄皮,该薄皮手感好,物理性能优良,可以提高鞋垫的使用寿命。
压合而成的鞋垫可吸收冲击力从而使脚没有压迫感,走路时间久了也不会痛,可增加运动量。并且制成的鞋垫具有慢回弹作用,在受力后可根据不同的人脚形和不同的受力分布使鞋垫更贴合脚,从而起到矫正脚形使脚受力分布均匀的作用。
其中,负离子纤维在薄层100中的重量占比为1%-3%。此处的负离子纤维的种类可为任意种类的负离子纤维,其目的在吸附细菌,净化鞋内卫生的同时可以与竹炭纤维结合使得薄层100更具有柔韧性,提高薄层100的舒适性和可塑性。
其中,薄层100中的负离子量为500-1000个/cm3。由于负离子具有吸附空气中的细菌、尘埃等的作用,负离子可以净化某区域的空气。本鞋垫在应用到鞋中后,其净化的空间往往是在鞋腔内部,很少接触到鞋腔外的空间,基于该特定的空间环境,将薄层100中的负离子量控制在500-1000个/cm3既可以充分的净化鞋内卫生又可以节省材料和生产成本,达到最佳的吸附效果和经济效益。
可选的,厚层200的脚掌部分厚度为5mm,脚跟部分厚度为8mm。当脚踩在鞋垫上时产生弹性形变,鞋垫的形变过大不仅会使得站立不稳还容易产生疲劳,对脚造成劳损;鞋垫的形变过小又会造成不舒适感。结合一般人脚的厚度和形变范围,脚掌部分厚度为5mm,脚跟部分厚度为8mm是厚层200的最佳厚度。
本实施例提供的一种可自动塑形的鞋垫,可以更好地实现脚部压力的分散避免各种脚部疾病,使脚部健康,增加步行时间和运动量,也可以消除疲劳和除菌,净化鞋内的卫生。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种鞋垫的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
A.模塑工艺,在聚氨酯中添加无毒助剂,发泡注入一个单一的模具中,待反应结束后,从模具中取出成型的厚层;由此制成的鞋垫都是独立成型的,并且在鞋垫外表有一层凝固物薄皮,手感好,物理性能优良,可以使得鞋垫的使用寿命延长。
B.混合工艺,在竹炭纤维母粒中加入纺织负离子添加剂搅拌均匀,待均匀混合后形成薄层;形成的薄层中负离子量为500-1000个/cm3,结合特定的鞋腔空间,可以达到最佳的吸附和净化效果。
C.压合工艺,在步骤A中形成的厚层上压合步骤B中由竹炭纤维和负离子纤维制成的薄层,形成鞋垫。该压合工艺可以为复合压制,将薄层和厚层压合为一体结构,便于取出和更换。
其中,在混合工艺B中,负离子的种类不做限定,可以是任意一种,此处可以为纺织负离子纤维,纺织负离子添加剂的添加量为1%-3%。纺织负离子添加剂可以与竹炭纤维混合增加薄层的柔韧度和可塑性。
可选的,在混合工艺B之前,也可以包括竹炭纤维的烧制工艺,即采用五年以上的高山毛竹经过近乎千度高温烧制而成。
可选的,在模塑工艺A中,无毒助剂为水。将聚氨酯与水混合发泡,形成厚层的模型。
本发明实施例提供的一种鞋垫的制作方法,通过将负离子纤维和竹炭纤维采用特定的配比进行混合,再与聚氨酯形成的厚层压合,制成的鞋垫具有慢回弹作用,慢回弹的材质受力后可根据不同的人脚形和不同的受力分布使鞋垫更贴合脚,从而起到矫正脚形使脚受力分布均匀的作用;竹炭纤维和负离子纤维可使脚无异味和细菌,从而保持鞋内的卫生。
