Abstract

本发明公开了乳胶垫生产工艺，所生产的乳胶垫具有中空型腔，其特征在于包括以下步骤：①将乳胶溶液和氧化锌、凝固剂一起加入到发泡设备进行发泡，根据发泡密度需要加入适量空气，制成乳胶生料；②制作与中空型腔相同形状的型模，型模为柔性管，柔性管的中间填充充满固态细颗粒，然后将柔性管的管口密封；③取乳胶生料置于模具内，并在乳胶生料的中间合适位置放上型模，柔性管的管口外露；④模具放到蒸箱内进行热蒸，至乳胶生料蒸熟成为乳胶熟料；⑤从模具内取出乳胶熟料后，将柔性管的管口密封打开并倒出柔性管内的固态细颗粒；⑥将柔性管从乳胶熟料内往外拉出，于是具有中空型腔的乳胶垫制作完成。本发明可用于具有中空型腔的乳胶垫的生产制作。

Description

乳胶垫生产工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种具有中空型腔的乳胶垫的生产工艺。
【背景技术】
随着人们生活水平的提高，纯天然乳胶制成的乳胶垫产品已越来越多的进入普通百姓人家。目前，为增加乳胶垫产品的保健或其它功能，乳胶垫产品的内部掏空并在掏空部分放置药物。但是现有技术中，乳胶垫的内部掏空需将乳胶垫分成两部分，掏空部分要正好设在两部分的结合面上，不仅影响外观更影响使用。
【发明内容】
针对现有技术的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种可用于具有中空型腔的乳胶垫生产制作的乳胶垫生产工艺。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来实现的：
乳胶垫生产工艺，所生产的乳胶垫具有中空型腔，其特征在于包括以下步骤：①将60％固态含量的乳胶溶液和氧化锌、凝固剂以重量比100∶2.5∶1.5的比例一起加入到发泡设备进行发泡，根据发泡密度需要加入适量空气，制成乳胶生料；②制作与中空型腔相同形状的型模，型模为柔性管，柔性管的中间填充充满固态细颗粒，然后将柔性管的管口密封；③取乳胶生料置于模具内，并在乳胶生料的中间合适位置放上型模，柔性管的管口外露；④模具放到蒸箱内进行热蒸，至乳胶生料蒸熟成为乳胶熟料；⑤从模具内取出乳胶熟料后，将柔性管的管口密封打开并倒出柔性管内的固态细颗粒；⑥将柔性管从乳胶熟料内往外拉出，于是具有中空型腔的乳胶垫制作完成。
采用上述技术方案后，在乳胶生料开始进行蒸熟前，型模已经置于乳胶生料内，这样当乳胶生料蒸熟并将型模取出后，乳胶内部就自然形成与型模相同形状的中空型腔(相当于掏空部分)，从而方便实现具有中空型腔的乳胶垫的生产制作。上述的具有中空型腔的乳胶垫，为整体结构，外观漂亮方便使用。

【具体实施方式】
本发明的乳胶垫生产工艺，所生产的乳胶垫1具有中空型腔2(见图1)，乳胶垫生产工艺包括以下步骤：①将60％固态含量的乳胶溶液和氧化锌、凝固剂以重量比100∶2.5∶1.5的比例一起加入到发泡设备进行发泡，根据发泡密度需要加入适量空气，制成乳胶生料；②制作与中空型腔2相同形状的型模，型模为柔性管3(见图2)，柔性管3采用橡胶材料，柔性管具有中间主管和设于主管侧边的叉管，叉管倾斜于主管设置，柔性管3的中间填充充满固态细颗粒4，然后将柔性管3的管口密封(见图3)；③取乳胶生料置于模具内，并在乳胶生料的中间合适位置放上型模，柔性管3的管口外露(见图3)；④模具放到蒸箱内进行热蒸，至乳胶生料蒸熟成为乳胶熟料；⑤从模具内取出乳胶熟料后，将柔性管3的管口密封打开并倒出柔性管内的固态细颗粒4；⑥将柔性管3从乳胶熟料内往外拉出，于是具有中空型腔2的乳胶垫1制作完成。

1.乳胶垫生产工艺，所生产的乳胶垫具有中空型腔，其特征在于包括以下步骤：①将60％固态含量的乳胶溶液和氧化锌、凝固剂以重量比100∶2.5∶1.5的比例一起加入到发泡设备进行发泡，根据发泡密度需要加入适量空气，制成乳胶生料；②制作与中空型腔相同形状的型模，型模为柔性管，柔性管的中间填充充满固态细颗粒，然后将柔性管的管口密封；③取乳胶生料置于模具内，并在乳胶生料的中间合适位置放上型模，柔性管的管口外露；④模具放到蒸箱内进行热蒸，至乳胶生料蒸熟成为乳胶熟料；⑤从模具内取出乳胶熟料后，将柔性管的管口密封打开并倒出柔性管内的固态细颗粒；⑥将柔性管从乳胶熟料内往外拉出，于是具有中空型腔的乳胶垫制作完成。
