Abstract

本发明公开了一种高弹面料生产工艺,其中包括步骤交并→络筒→倒筒→上机→开机调试→织造→后整理工序。本发明所揭示的一种高弹面料生产工艺,通过对纱线先进行络筒,倒筒处理,使得筒子上的纱线排布张力一致,同时对织机中各项参数进行设定,可以有效控制织造时的纬缩度,还可以有效减少纱线接头,以减少织造时因为结头造成的纬缩,此外选用带有独立式绞边器的织机,使得面料织造时面料紧绷,弹性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料生产工艺,尤其涉及一种高弹面料生产工艺。
背景技术
在纺织领域,习惯上把每平方英寸中经密和纬密的根数相加达到180根以上(或200根左右)的称为高密,且面料的支数越大,密度越高,质量就越好,这就使得粗支高密的面料应运而出,然而对于粗支高密的面料,尤其是针对弹性面料,由于其纬纱较粗且纬纱具有弹力,使得其无论是在喷气织机还是剑杆织机上生产,其在加工时的纬纱非常容易出现回缩的现象,这就使得织出来的面料表面具有毛刺感,且面料不平滑。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明主要提供一种高弹面料生产工艺,通过对生产工艺手法的改进,可以有效防止面料纬缩,确保面料弹性。
技术方案:一种高弹面料生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
a、交并工序:将棉纤维和氨纶纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纱线;
b、络筒工序:将步骤a中的混并纱线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为1000~1100m/min,卷绕密度为0.32~0.37 g/cm3
c、倒筒:再将混并纱线进行倒筒处理,其中控制筒子重量为0.8~1.5kg,倒筒张力为25~35g;
d、上机:将倒筒完成的纱线放置到织机上准备织造;
e、开机调试:设置织机的开口角度边棕26,边棕框高度147m,绞边时间280~290°;
f、织造:将筒子上的纱线送入储纬器内,控制储纬器内的纱线没有捻曲现象;
g、后整理工序:将织造完的面料进行检验,然后再进行退浆、丝光、定型、预缩处理,使成布符合要求,再进行验布,包装。
所述步骤f中织造的面料组织为斜纹,提花,平纹及双层中的一种。

1.一种高弹面料生产工艺,其特征在于具体包括以下步骤:
a、交并工序:将棉纤维和氨纶纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纱线;
b、络筒工序:将步骤a中的混并纱线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为1000~1100m/min,卷绕密度为0.32~0.37 g/cm3
c、倒筒:再将混并纱线进行倒筒处理,其中控制筒子重量为0.8~1.5kg,倒筒张力为25~35g;
d、上机:将倒筒完成的纱线放置到织机上准备织造;
e、开机调试:设置织机的开口角度边棕26,边棕框高度147m,绞边时间280~290°;
f、织造:将筒子上的纱线送入储纬器内,控制储纬器内的纱线没有捻曲现象;
