本发明涉及一种纺织面料工艺,更具体地说,它涉及一种面料的加工工艺。
背景技术
目前,市场上广受青睐的面料种类越来越多,面料的风格也不断在更新变化,但是,大多面料的更新变化大多体现在面料的色彩与图案上,其根本的加工工艺依然采用传统的方法。通常的面料加工工艺将面料生产完成后,面料上带有加工产生的异味,闻着不舒服;而且一些普通的面料也不满足于人们的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种使得面料具有香味及保健作用的加工工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.交并:将涤纶纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维以5:3:2的比例送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混合纱线;
b.络筒:将混合纱线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为950-1050m/min,卷绕速度为0.28-0.3克每立方厘米;
c.倒筒:将b步骤络筒完成的混合纱线进行倒筒处理;
d.织造:将倒筒完成的纱线放置到织机上织造成胚布;
e.浸泡:选择浸泡桶对胚布进行浸泡,浸泡桶中具有将胚布浸没的水以及占水重量1%的香料,香料由20%的茉莉花、20%的薄荷叶、5%的枸杞、10%的龙井茶叶、20%的菊花、20%的玫瑰花瓣以及5%的人参花构成,浸泡桶内设有加热装置,加热装置将水加热至60℃,并保温100分钟;
f.染色:将浸泡好的胚布加入染色机进行染色;
g.定型:对染色后的布进行热定型处理,制得成品面料。
进一步的,浸泡桶包括桶体、电机及转动装置,转动装置置于桶体内,转动装置包括转动盘及七个网筒,电机与转动盘连接并驱动转动盘于桶体内转动,七个网筒固定于转动盘上,茉莉花、薄荷叶、枸杞、龙井茶叶、菊花、玫瑰花瓣以及人参花分别一一置于七个网筒内。
进一步的,转动盘置于浸泡桶的侧壁上并于浸泡桶的高度方向上转动,七个网筒相互平行且呈环状排布,七个网筒的长度方向与浸桶的水平方向相同。
进一步的,七个网筒均可拆卸,网筒上均设有用于进料的进料口及用于密封进料口的活动盖。
进一步的,网筒上均设有弹性布条,弹性布条的两端均与网筒的侧壁连接,弹性布条与网筒形成用于夹持布料的夹持空间。
进一步的,网筒上设有若干过滤孔,网筒内均设有装取香料的香料袋,香料袋由纱布构成。
进一步的,香料袋呈长条状,香料袋的长度方向与网筒的长度方向相同,香料袋与网筒拆卸连接。

本发明提的具体实施方案:其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.交并:将涤纶纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维以5:3:2的比例送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混合纱线;
b.络筒:将混合纱线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为950-1050m/min,卷绕速度为0.28-0.3克每立方厘米;
c.倒筒:将b步骤络筒完成的混合纱线进行倒筒处理;
d.织造:将倒筒完成的纱线放置到织机上织造成胚布。
采用上述步骤织造出的胚布韧性更高、弹性更好且吸附性较强;从而使得面料的用途更广,使用价值更高,且为后面的浸泡和染色工序打下基础,使得胚布不易发生变形和损坏。
e.浸泡:选择浸泡桶1对胚布进行浸泡,浸泡桶1中具有将胚布浸没的水以及占水重量1%的香料,香料由20%的茉莉花、20%的薄荷叶、5%的枸杞、10%的龙井茶叶、20%的菊花、20%的玫瑰花瓣以及5%的人参花构成,浸泡桶1内设有加热装置2,加热装置2将水加热至60℃,并保温100分钟;
f.染色:将浸泡好的胚布加入染色机进行染色;
g.定型:对染色后的布进行热定型处理,制得成品面料。
面料经浸泡桶1浸泡后,在高温的作用下,香料的成分融入面料内,从而使得面料上具有种种清香,并具有不错的保健效果;故这种布料在裁剪时,或者形成成品后,与面料接触的人员都会身心愉悦,面料不易产生对人员反感的异味。
浸泡桶1包括桶体3、电机4及转动装置5,转动装置5置于桶体3内,转动装置5包括转动盘6及七个网筒7,电机4与转动盘6连接并驱动转动盘6于桶体3内转动,七个网筒7固定于转动盘6上,茉莉花、薄荷叶、枸杞、龙井茶叶、菊花、玫瑰花瓣以及人参花分别一一置于七个网筒7内。
胚布在浸泡桶1内时,电机4驱动转动盘6转动,进而带动七个网筒7转动,七个网筒7从而对桶体3内的胚布进行搅拌,使得香料与胚布充分接触,香料的成分可以更好的融入胚布内;茉莉花、薄荷叶、枸杞、龙井茶叶、菊花、玫瑰花瓣以及人参花分别一一置于七个网筒7内,使得香料的成分可以更好的挥发出来,更为有效的融入胚布内。
转动盘6置于浸泡桶1的侧壁上并于浸泡桶1的高度方向上转动,七个网筒7相互平行且呈环状排布,七个网筒7的长度方向与浸桶的水平方向相同。
七个网筒7转动时,带动胚布于浸泡筒的高度方向上进行转动,将胚布舒展开来,从而可以更好的将胚布进行搅拌,从而使得胚布可以全面的与香料成分进行接触。
七个网筒7均可拆卸,网筒7上均设有用于进料的进料口8及用于密封进料口8的活动盖9。
网筒7可以拆卸下来,从而实现对香料的更换;通过拆卸、安装活动盖9实现进料口8的打开和封闭,继而实现香料的更换;活动盖9将进料口8密封时,防止香料由进料口8掉出,确保香料的残渣不易粘附到胚布上。
网筒7上均设有弹性布条10,弹性布条10的两端均与网筒7的侧壁连接,弹性布条10与网筒7形成用于夹持布料的夹持空间11。
胚布置于桶体3内时,可以将布料伸入夹持空间11内,弹性布条10将胚布压紧在网筒7上,之后网筒7转动时带动胚布转动,进而确保对胚布的有效搅拌,从而使得胚布可以全面的与香料成分进行接触。
网筒7上设有若干过滤孔12,网筒7内均设有装取香料的香料袋13,香料袋13由纱布构成。
香料于高温及水的作用下产生的成分于香料袋13渗出,并与水混合于过滤孔12流出网筒7,最后融入胚布内。
香料袋13呈长条状,香料袋13的长度方向与网筒7的长度方向相同,香料袋13与网筒7拆卸连接。
香料的更换更为方便,且香料的成分挥发更为有效,进而确保香料的成分融入胚布内。
香料袋13的一端粘接有磁铁14,香料的另一端上设有圆环15,活动盖9上设有圆环15卡接的卡勾16,网筒7内固定有与磁铁14吸附连接的金属片17。
香料袋13置于网筒7内时,磁铁14与金属片17吸附连接,卡勾16与圆环15卡接,从而使得香料袋13于网筒7内悬空,继而香料袋13与网筒7接触的面积减小,香料的成分可以更好的流出网筒7,更为有效的融入胚布。
