本发明涉及一种高含量桑蚕丝弹力棉休闲裤，其所述的休闲裤面料的基本参数为：成份：70‑75％棉，20‑25％桑蚕丝，2％莱卡；纱支：经纱60S长绒棉，纬纱80S/2桑蚕丝加40S精梳棉纱包40D莱卡，两种纬纱按照1：1排列；组织：贡缎组织，正面是长绒棉原料，底面是桑蚕丝和精梳棉材料；所述的休闲裤面料生产的工艺流程包括：织造和染色，其中织造包括整经、浆纱、穿综筘和织布，染色包括退浆、烧毛、丝光、染色、加软、定型和预缩；所述的休闲裤的生产过程中，贡缎棉正面做为休闲裤正面，底面作为休闲裤的贴身面。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：提高休闲裤桑蚕丝的含量，底面接触皮肤的是纯桑蚕丝原料和精梳棉原料，亲肤舒适，充分发挥桑蚕丝的穿着舒适性能。

一种高含量桑蚕丝弹力棉休闲裤
技术领域
本发明涉及到服装面料正产领域，具体是指一种高含量桑蚕丝弹力棉休闲裤。
背景技术
目前国内市场有的棉蚕丝休闲裤面料大体做法是，经纱用棉桑蚕丝混纺纱线，纬纱一种是用棉纱做成无弹的面料，一种是锦氨或者涤氨做成纬弹的面料，第一种质感比较强，但是无弹，穿着不不舒适，只能做宽松版本的休闲裤，第二种有弹力，但是质感不强，化纤的感觉，没有高级感。
两种相同的都是经纱是棉桑蚕丝混纺纱线，缺点是：
1、在染色过程中很容易出现棉桑蚕丝吸色不均匀造成布面花的问题；
2、考虑到布面会花，桑蚕丝的含量不能太高，对于整个面料都是10％以下，含量不高；
3、桑蚕丝在休闲裤的表面，穿着一段时间后尤其是深色很容易出现布面起白毛，整体休闲裤发白的异常，桑蚕丝没有贴身，体现不出桑蚕丝穿着舒适的价值感。
国外市场棉桑蚕丝休闲裤面料大体做法是经纱用棉纱，纬纱用棉和桑蚕丝混纺，这样做的桑蚕丝含量可以上去，桑蚕丝也能够贴身，亲肤，但是弹力做不出来，只能做无弹版本。
发明内容
本发明主要针对以上问题，结合国内外棉桑蚕丝休闲裤的做法，发明一款棉桑蚕丝休闲裤，即有高含量的桑蚕丝，又有弹性，又可解决布面容易花，多次水洗后发白的问题，
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种高含量桑蚕丝弹力棉休闲裤，其所述的休闲裤面料的基本参数为：
成份：70-75％棉，20-25％桑蚕丝，2％莱卡；
纱支：经纱60S长绒棉，纬纱80S/2桑蚕丝加40S精梳棉纱包40D莱卡，两种纬纱按照1：1排列；
克重：210g/m2；
组织：贡缎组织，正面是长绒棉原料，底面是桑蚕丝和精梳棉材料；
所述的休闲裤面料生产的工艺流程包括：织造和染色，其中织造包括整经、浆纱、穿综筘和织布，染色包括退浆、烧毛、丝光、染色、加软、定型和预缩；
所述的休闲裤面料生产主要工艺参数；
穿综：12345；
织布：贡缎组织，230喷气布机全幅织造，转速550转/min；
前处理：冷堆退浆，95度水洗，正面火焰烧毛，120g/L碱丝光；
染色：卷染缸95度活性染料染色10小时；
定型：150度低温定型，加天丝保护剂60g/l；
所述的休闲裤的生产过程中，贡缎棉正面做为休闲裤正面，底面作为休闲裤的贴身面。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：解决了在染色过程中很容易出现棉桑蚕丝吸色不均匀造成布面花的问题；提高休闲裤桑蚕丝的含量，底面接触皮肤的是纯桑蚕丝原料和精梳棉原料，亲肤舒适，充分发挥桑蚕丝的穿着舒适性能。

表面没有桑蚕丝又可解决休闲裤多次水洗后桑蚕丝的起白毛发白问题，底面接触皮肤的是纯桑蚕丝原料和精梳棉原料，亲肤舒适，充分发挥桑蚕丝的穿着舒适性能；

纱支：经纱60S长绒棉，纬纱80S/2桑蚕丝加40S精梳棉纱包40D莱卡，两种纬纱按照1：1排列；
克重：210g/m2；
组织：贡缎组织，正面是长绒棉原料，底面是桑蚕丝和精梳棉材料；
所述的休闲裤面料生产的工艺流程包括：织造和染色，其中织造包括整经、浆纱、穿综筘和织布，染色包括退浆、烧毛、丝光、染色、加软、定型和预缩；
