本发明专利涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种高弹凉爽面料及其加工工艺。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
现有市场上生产的透气面料功效比较差,穿着不舒适,由于成分比较单一,并且编织方式的不同,现有的透气面料比较疏散,容易损坏。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹凉爽面料。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种高弹凉爽面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述经线由棉纤维和真丝纤维混纺而成,所述的纬线由丙纶纤维和竹纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中棉纤维和真丝纤维的混纺比例为3:2,所述的纬线中丙纶纤维和竹纤维的混纺比例为1:2。
所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
一种高弹凉爽面料加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
a、交并工序:将棉纤维和真丝纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将丙纶纤维和竹纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
b、络筒工序:将步骤a中混并的经线及纬线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为1000~1100m/min,卷绕密度为0.32~0.37 g/cm3
c、整经工序:采用整经机对步骤b中络筒的纱线进行分条整经,控制整经机的整经速度为330~350 mm/min,卷绕密度为0.7~0.8 g/cm3;
d、织造工艺:采用剑杆织机进行织造,其中经纱及纬纱按照预设比例送入,其中织造速度为160~180r/min,开口时间为300~320°;
e、后整理工序:将步骤d织造完的原布进行检验,然后烧去布面上的绒毛,再送入定型机中进行定型,使成布符合要求,再进行验布,包装。
有益效果:本发明所揭示的一种高弹凉爽面料,具体轻薄、吸湿、透气等优点。

一种高弹凉爽面料加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:

3.一种高弹凉爽面料加工工艺,其特征在于:具体包括如下步骤:
