背景技术
辣椒酱是人们日常生活中喜爱的佐餐食品,其主要成分是辣椒和调味品。辣椒富含辣椒、辣椒红素、碳水化合物、大量的维生素C和钙、磷等矿物质,具有增加食欲、健脾胃,祛风湿,解热镇痛,降脂减肥,预防癌变的功效,但市场上大多数辣椒酱产品以腌制或烘干制作,本发明材料突出鲜辣椒、鲜蒜蓉、制作方法,特别是材料对人体肠胃有助开胃去湿功效,属于辣椒酱突破。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种对人食用有健康与去湿功效的蒜蓉芝麻辣椒酱。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种蒜蓉芝麻辣椒酱,其特征在于:它是由下列重量成分组成:指天椒500g、蒜蓉400g、沙姜100g、熟白芝麻50g、芝麻油50g、花椒油20g、大豆油400g、白沙糖10g、味精7g和食盐50g。
优选的,所述指天椒可替换成小米椒、红色辣椒类。
一种蒜蓉芝麻辣椒酱制备方法步骤如下:
(1)、将所有材料打碎、混合;
(2)、然后将油烧开后,再将打碎的材料倒入,煮沸后二十分钟;
(3)、将煮沸后的材料倒出,倒入干净大桶后罐装即可。

(2)、然后将油烧开后,再将打碎的材料倒入,煮沸后二十分钟;
(3)、将煮沸后的材料倒出,倒入干净大桶后罐装即可。
指天椒:指天椒中所含有的辣椒酊或辣椒碱,内服可作健胃剂,有促进食欲、改善消化的作用。指天椒营养价值很高,还含有胡萝卜、硫胺素、视黄醇、核黄素、尼克酸及各种微量(钙、磷、铁)。鲜指天椒含有大量的维生素C,其含有的维生素C远远超过柑橘、西红柿、草莓、李、梨、苹果等人们熟知的水果。指天椒酱是理想的调味品,其作用可增进血液循环,促进胃肠蠕动,祛寒健胃,增加食欲,增加抵抗疾病能力。
沙姜:有温中散寒,开胃消食,理气止痛的功效;适宜胃寒之人心腹冷痛,肠鸣腹泻者,纳谷不香,不思饮食,或停食不化之人食用。
本发明采用多种植物油与天然鲜指天椒、鲜蒜蓉等多种材料制作而成,避免腌制或烘干工艺制作,因此食用后对人体的健康有益,特别是肠胃有助开胃去湿功效。
