目前,业内常用的现有技术是这样的:
据中国人健康大数据(2017年)调查显示,中国高血压人口有1.6-1.7亿人,高血脂的有将近1亿多人,糖尿病患者达到9240万人,血脂异常的1.6亿人,脂肪肝患者约1.2亿人。有研究数据显示:平均每30秒就有一个人患癌症,平均每30秒就有一个人患糖尿病,平均每30秒,至少有一个人死于心脑血管疾病。肥胖或超重会大大增加这些慢性病的发病率和危害性,中国现有超重人群2亿人,另有肥胖症患者约1亿人,肥胖是世界卫生组织确定的十大慢性疾病之一,人体内脂肪含量过多,机体做功能力就相对减少,血液中的胆固醇含量就高,容易导致人体内某些物质代谢的紊乱;脂肪过多,体重过大不仅会影响人体的健美,而且还会给健康带来一系列不良的影响。大量的流行病学调查显示:身体肥胖与冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病、胆结石、关节炎及某些肿瘤的发生有关。肥胖还会增加心脏负担,显著缩短寿命。因超重和肥胖诱发的代谢综合症——糖尿病、高血压、多囊卵巢综合征、睡眠呼吸暂停等疾病逐年增加,如何科学控制肥胖、减重管理,是满足人民群众健康管理,提升人民群众生活质量和幸福感的重要课题,也是大健康产业发展的的重大课题。
体重控制方法可归纳为以下四类方法,第一类,外科手术法,如针对超重度肥胖者,切除部分胃,减少饮食量,缺点对身体伤害,副作用很大。第二类,药物控制方法,又分为西药控制和中药控制方法。西药控制法,主要有中枢食欲抑制剂大多通过儿茶酚胺(CA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的作用,影响摄食或饱食中枢,从而起到抑制食欲的作用;选择使用脂肪酶抑制剂(如奥利司他)抑制胃肠道的胰脂肪酶减少膳食中脂肪的吸收;也有使用增加能量消耗。中医控制法,主要使用黄连素、麻黄、大黄、茶叶、可可、苦丁茶、花粉、荷叶、半夏、泽泻、黄芪、泽泻、山楂、决明子等中药材。西药控制法,副作用较大,有的长期服用儿茶酚胺(CA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT),出现明显的厌食症。中药控制法对部分特定体质有效,但长期服用也有一定副作用。第三类是运动减重法,安全健康,只有少数人成功,且不运动后反弹很快,多数人不能坚持,尤其是重度肥胖者,举步艰难。第四类是膳食平衡法,健康安全。目前市场的康宝莱奶昔、酵素等产品以补充能量代餐为主,对减重有一定效果,但存有营养缺陷。本发明以膳食平衡原理,以麻竹笋纤维粉和燕麦为主,辅以红薏米,茯苓,小麦胚芽,黑小麦,黑米,山药等药食同源原料,经过加工成粉状颗粒产品或压制成片剂。
麻竹笋膳食纤维粉:是以广东清远产麻竹笋乳酸菌发酵后烘干粉碎,进行超微粉碎产品,总膳食纤维(%)≥85.0;可溶性膳食纤维(%)≥3.0;持水力(g/g)≥7.5;膨胀率(ml/g)≥8.5。民间相传,麻竹笋具有很好刮油功效,6斤竹笋刮1斤油,麻竹笋膳食纤维粉是天然优质高膳食纤维,具有良好膳食纤维功效,对减肥有良好作用。
燕麦:能益脾养心、敛汗。有较高的营养价值。可用于体虚自汗、盗汗或肺结核病人。煎汤服,或“舂去皮作面蒸食及作饼食。”燕麦富含膳食纤维,能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便,热量低,升糖指数低,降脂降糖,也是高档补品之一,1997年美国FDA认定燕麦为功能性食物,具有降低胆固醇、平稳血糖的功效。美国《时代》杂志评选的“全球十大健康食物”中燕麦位列第五,是唯一上榜的谷类。
小麦胚芽:亚油酸的含量占60%,其中80%是多不饱和脂肪酸,而亚油酸正是人体三种必需脂肪酸中最重要的一种,具有降低血脂,防止动脉粥样硬化的作用。小麦胚芽含有丰富的多种维生素,维生素B1的含量分别是面粉的15倍,大米的12倍、黄豆的28倍、牛肉的33倍、鸡蛋的57倍;维生素B2的含量分别是面粉的10倍、大米的8倍、黄豆的1.7倍、牛肉的3倍、鸡蛋的2倍。特别是维生素E的含量,高达34.9mg/100g,营养学家称它是天然维生素E的仓库,增强脑细胞活力、延缓衰老的功能。小麦胚芽还含有钙、钾、镁、铁、锌、铬、硒、磷、锰、铜等多种矿物质和微量元素。小麦胚芽中色素的成分是小麦黄酮,它是一种水溶性色素,对心血管疾病具有很好的治疗功能。小麦胚芽中的谷胱甘肽,有人称它为抗癌因子,它对抑制癌症有显著的效果。小麦胚芽含有大量的膳食纤维,具有解除便秘、降低血脂、降低餐后血糖等功效,以及减肥、排毒之功能。
红薏仁具有调整免疫抗过敏的功效,是高蛋白质含量之谷类,含有薏仁脂,具有消水肿,帮助消化吸收的作用,而且已被证实具有促进新陈代谢作用,可预防青春痘与皮肤粗糙老化现象的发生,并能减少和淡化色斑,薏仁有减肥、治面疱的作用!每天食用60克薏仁,可有效降低血桨胆固醇,防止心脏血管方面疾病,可增强免疫系统,增加对疾病的抵抗力薏仁油对心脏、肠管、子宫、骨骼肌及运动神经末梢等低浓度呈兴奋作用。
黑小麦:蛋白质含量基本在17-20%之间,在人体所需的八种必须氨基酸中,黑小麦都远高于普通小麦,低者高于约30%,而高者则高出近110%,尤其是苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、赖氨酸和酪氨酸含量远远超过普通小麦;其中所含的天然色素非常丰富,黑小麦中色素属于花色苷类化合物,属于黄酮类化合物,具有非常良好的抗氧化和防病治病的作用,如清除体内自由基、抗炎抗肿瘤、预防糖尿病及保护视力等等。另外,黑小麦色素作为安全无毒的天然色素,其理化性质也相对比较稳定,因此也成为了非常难得的天然食用色素之一。
山药:淮山(山药)在历代医学典籍都被视为补虚佳品,《本草纲目》记载,淮山(山药)“味甘。温平无毒。补虚赢。除寒热邪气。补中益气力。长肌肉。强阴。治虚劳嬴瘦。充五脏。益肾气。健脾胃。”《日华子草本》记载,淮山(山药)有“助五脏。强筋,长志安神”等药效。
黑米,黑米中色素属于花色苷类化合物,具有非常良好的抗氧化和防病治病的作用,如清除体内自由基、抗炎抗肿瘤、预防糖尿病及保护视力等等。

所述燕麦粉的粒径为300~800目,所述珍珠粉、珍珠母粉和牡蛎粉的粒径为3000~4000目。
该配方以燕麦粉、珍珠粉、珍珠母粉、牡蛎粉为主要原料,珍珠,始见于《饮片新参》,自古以来就一直作为营养、美容药物供帝王和贵族使用,并且具有明目、镇惊、强体延寿和华美容颜的特殊功效。事实上,珍珠含有大量的天然钙质及多种微量元素,在明朝李时珍的《本草纲目》中有详细记载,称其“无毒,涂面,令人润泽好颜色,功能除小儿惊热,解痘毒,可治肝虚目昏。点目,去肤翳障膜。涂面,令人润泽好颜色。涂手足,去皮肤逆胪。绵裹塞耳,主聋。除面干,止泄。安魂魄,止遗精白浊,解痘疔毒,乌发固齿”。历版《中国药典》也都有记载,《中国药典》称其功能——安神定惊、明目消翳、解毒生肌。
珍珠母,始见于《本草经集注》,内含十分丰富的钙质,历代医学家均有诸多记载。《中国药典》一部称其功能——平肝潜阳、定惊止血,主治头眩、心悸、失眠、明目,可治头痛眩晕、烦躁失眠、肝热目赤、肝虚目昏,现代医学证实可治高血压。
以上配方以燕麦+海产品为主要原料配方,品种单一,食物搭配不够合理。不符合中国居民膳食平衡指南理论,不能全面有效进行营养代餐,目前市场上也没同类成果转化产品。市场减肥效果不明显。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:
现有减肥产品有的负作用大;有的短时期内不能产生显著疗效,减肥的有效率低;有的营养代餐产品原料配方品种单一,食物搭配不够合理;不符合中国居民膳食平衡指南理论,不能全面有效进行营养代餐,不能满足使用者按照需要控制自己的体形,不能实现减脂,不能有效促进新陈代谢,从而达到健康安全减肥的目的。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了提升人体新陈代谢进行减肥的药食同源食品及制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种提升人体新陈代谢进行减肥的药食同源食品,所述提升人体新陈代谢进行减肥的药食同源食品的配方,组份按质量比例如下:
麻竹笋纤维粉、燕麦占10%-30%;
淮小麦、红薏米、小麦胚芽、黑小麦、黑米、山药、藜麦、黄豆、紫米、赤小豆,各占2%-8%;
薏苡仁、百合、芡实、莲子、葛根、茯苓、大麦、荞麦、炒扁豆、红刀豆、白薏米、腰果、核桃仁、红豆、绿豆、眉豆、桑椹、香菇、红枣、黑大豆、枸杞、桂圆、枸杞子、玉竹、黄精,各占1%-5%;
松子仁、炒酸枣仁、火麻仁、黑芝麻、肉桂、陈皮、鸡内金、白菜籽、菠菜籽、紫苏、紫苏籽、猴头菇、黑木耳、山楂、荷叶、胡罗卜干、葡萄干、柠檬干、无花果、金银花、菊花、桂花、玫瑰花,各占0.2%-3%;
桑叶、英红九号、绿茶,各占0.5%-2%。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种提升人体新陈代谢进行减肥的药食同源食品的制备方法包括:
步骤一,将黑小麦、紫米等粮谷类按比例混合,黄豆、红豆等豆类按比例混合,60-80℃低温烘焙,粗磨150-200目,微粉碎100-150目;将松子仁、核桃仁、腰果等果仁,绿茶、肉桂、陈皮等可直接食用配料,分别粗磨150-200目,微粉碎100-150目;将麻竹笋膳食纤维粉、山药等直接采购粉类配料60-80℃低温烘焙;
步骤二,将上述各工序得到的产物按配方比例混合;
步骤三,将混合产物超微粉碎50-120目;
步骤四,将超微粉碎产物复烤,温度控制在60-90℃,时间30-50min;
步骤五,复烤后的产物控制水分在6%-10.5%,杀菌;
步骤六,粉状成品;
步骤七,添加造粒配料,造粒压片;
步骤八,成品包装。
综上所述,本发明的优点及积极效果为:本发明提供的产品后,能够保持正常的新陈代谢、生理状态,在短时期内能产生显著疗效,减肥的有效率可为100%,可按照需要控制自己的体形。不仅好喝,还能实现减脂,促进新陈代谢,从而达到健康减肥的目的。

S101:将黑小麦、紫米等粮谷类按比例混合,黄豆、红豆等豆类按比例混合,60℃-80℃低温烘焙,粗磨150-200目,微粉碎100-150目;将松子仁、核桃仁、腰果等果仁,绿茶、肉桂、陈皮等可直接食用配料,分别粗磨150-200目,微粉碎100-150目;将麻竹笋膳食纤维粉、山药等直接采购粉类配料60-80℃低温烘焙;
S102:将上述各工序得到的产物按配方比例混合;
S103:将混合产物超微粉碎50-120目;
S104:将超微粉碎产物复烤,温度控制在60-90℃,时间30-50min;
S105:复烤后的产物控制水分在6%-10.5%,杀菌;
S106:粉状成品;
S107:添加造粒配料,造粒压片;
S108:成品包装。

本发明材料是药食同源,所采用的原材料均是食品级食用原料,是无毒的上品,因此,按相关规定,本产品不用进行动物毒理实验,即可食用。以下是典型实施案例:

刘某,广东清远某水产养殖公司老板,男,1962年9月出生,身高168cm,减重前83.5kg,经29天食用本发明产品调理,减重后,体重为76.8kg。

淮小麦、红薏米、小麦胚芽、黑小麦、黑米、山药、藜麦、黄豆、紫米、赤小豆,各占2%-8%;
薏苡仁、百合、芡实、莲子、葛根、茯苓、大麦、荞麦、炒扁豆、红刀豆、白薏米、腰果、核桃仁、红豆、绿豆、眉豆、桑椹、香菇、红枣、黑大豆、枸杞、桂圆、枸杞子、玉竹、黄精,各占1%-5%;
松子仁、炒酸枣仁、火麻仁、黑芝麻、肉桂、陈皮、鸡内金、白菜籽、菠菜籽、紫苏、紫苏籽、猴头菇、黑木耳、山楂、荷叶、胡罗卜干、葡萄干、柠檬干、无花果、金银花、菊花、桂花、玫瑰花,各占0.2%-3%;
桑叶、英红九号、绿茶,各占0.5%-2%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述提升人体新陈代谢进行减肥的药食同源食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述提升人体新陈代谢进行减肥的药食同源食品制备方法包括:
步骤一,将粮谷类按比例混合,豆类按比例混合,60-80℃低温烘焙,粗磨150-200目,微粉碎100-150目;将松子仁、核桃仁、腰果等果仁,绿茶、肉桂、陈皮直接食用配料,分别粗磨;将麻竹笋膳食纤维粉、山药等直接采购粉类配料60-80℃低温烘焙;
步骤二,将上述各工序得到的产物按配方比例混合;
步骤三,将混合产物超微粉碎50-120目;
步骤四,将超微粉碎产物复烤
步骤五,复烤后的产物控制水分在6%-10.5%,杀菌;
步骤六,粉状成品;
步骤七,添加造粒配料,造粒压片;
步骤八,成品包装。
3.如权利要求2所述的提升人体新陈代谢进行减肥的药食同源食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一分别粗磨150-200目,微粉碎100-150目。
4.如权利要求2所述的提升人体新陈代谢进行减肥的药食同源食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四温度60-90℃,时间30-50min。
