Evaluation of antidandruff and antipruritic efficacy

(1) Evaluation method for removing dandruff and relieving itching

Firstly, screening sensitive scalp by adopting 3S questionnaire, and judging that the fraction of volunteers is more than or equal to 1 to be sensitive scalp: a score of 1 is mildly sensitive, a score of 2 to 3 is sensitive, and a score of greater than 3 is very sensitive. Specific questionnaires are given in table 3.

At the beginning of the program to recruit volunteers, the volunteers were assessed by dermatologists for dandruff and tolerance, wherein dandruff was graded as 5, 1: very slight; 2: slightly; 3: moderate; 4: severe; 5: very serious, a total of 330 volunteers were recruited, all with dandruff and itchy condition. The volunteers were randomly divided into 11 groups of 30 persons, each person washed 3-4 times per week for 4 weeks with the shampoo of the present example or the comparative example, and subjects were photographed and evaluated by dermatologists for dandruff and tolerance at 2 times per week 0, 4 of the product period.
