随着社会压力的提高,繁重的生活、工作使得人们的身体经常处于超负荷的状态,久而久之会造成身体机能的下降,出现诸如亚健康的症状。而在工作、生活的过程中,人们通常接触到的饮品多为传统的饮品,如何在这些传统的饮品中进行适当的改进,以达到提高身体机能的目的,成为食品行业所需要解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本申请公开了一种含有玛卡的保健型饮料,其能够实现传统饮品添加功能型物质的制备,提高饮品中功能型物质的效果。

本申请所述的含有玛卡的保健型饮料,包括玛卡6~10份、鹿茸5~10份、枸杞10~15份、扇贝20~30份、海参30~50份、苹果汁100~200份。
进一步讲,本申请所述的含有玛卡的保健型饮料,包括玛卡8份、鹿茸8份、枸杞12份、扇贝25份、海参40份、苹果汁200份。
有益效果:
本申请通过添加诸如玛卡、鹿茸、枸杞等的提取物,来实现对原有的苹果汁的调节与调配,改善苹果汁的口感,提高苹果汁的功能。
具体实施方式
本申请中所述的含有玛卡的保健型饮料,其主要原料为玛卡、鹿茸、枸杞、扇贝、海参,上述物质通过浸提后,将提取液与苹果汁进行调配,实现了功能型饮料的制备,其制备方法如下:玛卡6~10份、鹿茸5~10份、枸杞10~15份、扇贝20~30份、海参30~50份进行处理,去掉表面附着的砂石等物质, 用组织捣碎机粉碎,粉碎后过200目筛;
二、中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
三、过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
四、混合:将苹果汁100~200份和中草药浸提液混合;
五、离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
六、调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
七、均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀。
八、杀菌:调配好的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
九、灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
本申请能够实现将玛卡、鹿茸、海参、扇贝等进行有效统一与提取,并且将提取的物质加入到果品中进行饮料的调和,实现了保健型物质与饮品的有机结合,提高结合效果。

1.一种含有玛卡的保健型饮料,其特征在于:其由以下重量份的成分构成:
玛卡6~10份、鹿茸5~10份、枸杞10~15份、扇贝20~30份、海参30~50份、苹果汁100~200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有玛卡的保健型饮料,其特征在于:其由以下重量份的成分构成:玛卡8份、鹿茸8份、枸杞12份、扇贝25份、海参40份、苹果汁200份。
