玛卡是原产南美洲的一种十字花科植物。叶子椭圆,根茎形似小圆萝卜,可食用,是一种纯天然食品,营养成份丰富,有“南美人参”之誉。玛卡原产高海拔山区,适宜在高海拔、低纬度、高昼夜温差、微酸性砂壤、阳光充足的土地中生长;分布于南美安第斯山脉,人工种植于秘鲁中部和南部,中国的云南和新疆等地区,有较大面积的适种土地。玛卡富含高单位营养素,对人体有滋补强身的功用。研究表明玛卡营养成分主要包括:蛋白质含量为10%以上,59%的碳水化合物;8.5%的纤维,内含丰富的锌、钙、铁、钛、铷、钾、钠、铜、锰、镁、锶、磷、碘等矿物质,并含有维生素C、B1、B2、B6、A、E、B12、B5 ,脂肪含量不高但其中多为不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量达53%以上,天然活性成份包括生物碱、芥子油苷及其分解产物异硫氰酸苄酯、甾醇、多酚类物质等。1999年,美国科学家发现了玛卡中含有两类新的植物活性成份,玛卡酰胺和玛卡稀,并确定这两种物质对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著作用,所以玛卡又被称为天然荷尔蒙发动机。在玛卡产品的针对性研究中,又发现了几种特殊的玛卡生物碱,随着研究的深入,玛卡中还会有更多的具有活性的新物质被分离和鉴定。
海参是一种重要的海洋无脊椎动物,肉质细嫩、营养丰富,是典型的高蛋白、低脂肪的食物,具有极高的营养价值和药用价值, 对于高血压、冠心病、肝炎等患者以及老年人而言是食疗佳品,它既可以增强机体的免疫力和造血功能,又可抑制多种霉菌及人类癌细胞的生长和转移等。早在一千多年前,我国就有食用海参的习惯,并将海参视为一种珍贵的滋补品,列为“海八珍”之首。《本草从新》中记载海参具有“甘、咸、温、补肾益精、壮阳疗痿”的功效,清朝《本草纲目拾遗》中记载“海参性温补,足敌人参故名海参; 味甘咸、补肾经、益精髓、消痰延、摄小便、壮阳疗痿、杀疮虫”。
中草药是我国传统文化的瑰宝,在保健领域具有广阔的应用前景。将营养丰富的玛卡、海参与中草药相结合,开发功效显著、口味佳的保健饮料具有较好的市场前景。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,该玛卡复合保健饮料具有平肝固肾、滋阴壮阳、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、延年益寿等功效。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,其特征在于玛卡复合保健饮料原料组成及质量配比为:玛卡20~30份、海参15~20份、枸杞6~8份、淫羊藿8~10份、淮山药4~6份、甘草3~5份、韭菜子2~4份、绞股蓝4~6份、杜仲3~5份、甜叶菊3~5份。
本发明的优选技术方案是:一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,其特征在于玛卡复合保健饮料原料组成及质量配比为:玛卡25份、海参18份、枸杞7份、淫羊藿9份、淮山药5份、甘草4份、韭菜子3份、绞股蓝5份、杜仲4份、甜叶菊4份。
本发明提供一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将海参按比例称取后,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得海参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将玛卡、中草药原料按比例称取后,枸杞和淮山药用组织捣碎机粉碎,玛卡、甘草、甜叶菊、淫羊藿、杜仲、绞股蓝和韭菜子粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将海参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70 ℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:精滤后的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
(13)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
本发明提供一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,通过动物试验进行玛卡复合保健饮料的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本玛卡复合保健饮料对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw; 遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该玛卡复合保健饮料无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本玛卡复合保健饮料属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,其优势在于科学配伍玛卡、海参和多种中草药,通过玛卡、海参和中草药之间的协同作用能有效起到平肝固肾、滋阴壮阳、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、延年益寿等功效,安全无副作用,食用方便。中医理论上,不同的中草药性味各异,功效存在着巨大的差异,不同的中草药组合后存在复杂的相互作用关系,且中草药之间的配比比较密切,不同配比也将使君臣佐使关系发生实质性的变化,从而使复合中草药的关系发生实质性改变。本申请通过玛卡、海参与枸杞、淮山药、甘草、韭菜子、淫羊藿、甜叶菊、绞股蓝等中草药彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使玛卡复合保健饮料的关系发生实质性改变。利用大鼠实验测定玛卡复合保健饮料对去势大鼠生殖器官脏器指数的影响及壮阳试验, 经口给予大鼠玛卡复合保健饮料后,本发明产品试验组较模型对照组精囊腺+前列腺指数提高352.96%,提肛肌指数提高191.36%,肾上腺指数提高25.14%,阴茎勃起潜伏期缩短2.7s,阴茎勃起持续时间延长1.3s以上,与对照组相比差异性极显著(p<0.01);说明本发明产品具有较好的补肾壮阳功效;且试验结果表明改变玛卡复合保健饮料原料组成或配比会降低玛卡复合保健饮料的补肾壮阳能力(P<0.01),说明玛卡、海参和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升玛卡复合保健饮料功能活性的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将海参按海参18份比例称取,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比4%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2.5h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得海参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按玛卡25份、枸杞7份、淮山药5份、淫羊藿9份、甘草4份、韭菜子3份、绞股蓝5份、杜仲4份、甜叶菊4份比例称取后,枸杞和淮山药用组织捣碎机粉碎,甘草、甜叶菊、淫羊藿、绞股蓝和韭菜子粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将海参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;

(12)杀菌:精滤后的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;

实施例3:
一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:

Claims (1)
1. 一种滋阴壮阳玛卡复合保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将海参按海参15~20份比例称取,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得海参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按玛卡20~30份、枸杞6~8份、淫羊藿8~10份、淮山药4~6份、甘草3~5份、韭菜子2~4份、绞股蓝4~6份、杜仲3~5份、甜叶菊3~5份比例称取后,枸杞、淫羊藿、绞股蓝和淮山药用组织捣碎机粉碎,甘草、甜叶菊和韭菜子粉碎后过200目筛;
