鲍鱼,古称鳆,又名镜面鱼、九孔螺、明目鱼、将军帽,是一种海生软体动物,属于腹足纲鲍科的单壳海生贝类,亦是中国传统的名贵食材,古称鳆鱼,山珍海味中的一种,素有“一口鲍鱼一口金”的说法。《食疗本草》记载,鲍鱼入肝通瘀,入肠涤垢,不伤元气。壮阳,生百脉,主治肝热上逆,头晕目眩,骨蒸劳热,青盲内障,高血压,眼底出血等症;现代研究结果表明,鲍鱼的营养价值极为丰富,含有二十多种氨基酸,每百克鲜鲍鱼肉含丰富蛋白质23.4克,脂肪3.4克,无机盐钙32毫克,3.0毫克铁,还有相当量的碘、锌、磷和维生素A、B1等,经常食用鲍鱼能养阴、平肝、固肾,可调整肾上腺分泌,调节血压,润燥利肠,治月经不调,大便秘结等疾患。
海参是一种重要的海洋无脊椎动物,肉质细嫩、营养丰富,是典型的高蛋白、低脂肪的食物,具有极高的营养价值和药用价值,对于高血压、冠心病、肝炎等患者以及老年人而言是食疗佳品,它既可以增强机体的免疫力和造血功能,又可抑制多种霉菌及人类癌细胞的生长和转移等。早在一千多年前,我国就有食用海参的习惯,并将海参视为一种珍贵的滋补品,列为“海八珍”之首。《本草从新》中记载海参具有“甘、咸、温、补肾益精、壮阳疗痿”的功效,清朝《本草纲目拾遗》中记载“海参性温补,足敌人参故名海参;味甘咸、补肾经、益精髓、消痰延、摄小便、壮阳疗痿、杀疮虫”。
目前鲍鱼、海参作为海珍品深受广大消费者青睐,食用方式主要以即食和干制品为主,存在着一定的弊端,一是食补单一,或以鲍鱼为主,或以海参为主;二是烹制过程中大量营养成分流失,影响功效;三是食用不便。因此,鲍鱼、海参营养保健品的开发既能充分发挥鲍鱼、海参的食效、药效功能,又便于消费者食用,顺应市场需求,具有较好的市场前景。
生活节奏的加快及无规律性、快捷食品、饮酒过量等使得我国越来越多的人群出现越来越多的高血脂、高血糖、高血压、肥胖、肾虚、精神萎靡等亚健康病症,危及人们的身体健康,影响生活质量。随着人们预防保健意识的不断增强,社会对具有免疫调节功效保健食品的需求日益增加。中草药资源是我国传统文化的瑰宝,因其功效显著、绿色、安全、无副作用,在保健食品领域中的应用愈加广泛。研究结果表明,利用中草药研制的保健品含有丰富的营养成分,富含多糖、黄酮、氨基酸、钾钙等微量元素、维生素等活性营养成分,具有调节人体机能,增强免疫力、滋补强身、延年益寿等功效。
目前,中草药在保健食品领域中的应用还存在较多的弊端,难以真正发挥中草药的保健功效。本发明针对上述问题,开发一种利用鲍鱼、海参和复合中草药的具有免疫调节功效的鲍参复合液,满足市场对高效免疫调节功能的保健食品的需求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有免疫调节功效的鲍参复合液,该鲍参复合液能增强人体免疫功效。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种具有免疫调节功效的鲍参复合液,其特征在于鲍参复合液原料组成及质量配比为:鲍鱼20~30份、海参20~30份、黄芪10~15份、猪苓8~10份、菌陈10~15份、当归3~5份、甜叶菊2~3份。

(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物,得到澄清鲍参复合液;
(9)调配:用柠檬酸调整pH至4.0~4.5;
(10)离心:4500r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。
本发明提供一种具有免疫调节功效的鲍参复合液,通过动物试验进行鲍参复合液的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本鲍参复合液对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw;遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该鲍参复合液无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本鲍参复合液属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种具有免疫调节功效的鲍参复合液,其优势在于科学配伍鲍鱼和多种中草药,通过鲍鱼、海参和中草药之间的协同作用能有效增强免疫功能活性,全面调节人体各脏器功能,治理体内环境,排出体内垃圾,消除自由基,安全无副作用,食用方便。不同的中草药性味各异,功效存在着巨大的差异,不同的中草药组合后存在复杂的相互作用关系,且中草药之间的配比比较密切,不同配比也将使君臣佐使关系发生实质性的变化,从而使复合中草药的关系发生实质性改变。本申请通过鲍鱼、海参与黄芪、猪苓、菌陈、当归、甜叶菊等中草药彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使鲍参复合液的关系发生实质性改变,本申请鲍参复合液的总抗氧化能力达到674.26±49.84U/mL,具有较好的免疫调节活性;且试验结果表明改变鲍参复合液原料组成或配比会降低鲍参复合液的抗氧化能力(P<0.01),说明鲍鱼、海参和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升鲍参复合液功能活性的作用。

(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按鲍鱼25份、海参25份比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比4%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2.5h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按黄芪12份、猪苓90份、菌陈12份、当归4份、甜叶菊2.5份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物,得到澄清鲍参复合液;
(9)调配:用柠檬酸调整pH至4.0~4.5;
(10)离心:4500r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。
实施例2:
一种具有免疫调节功效的鲍参复合液,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按鲍鱼30份、海参20份比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;

(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物,得到澄清鲍参复合液;
(9)调配:用柠檬酸调整pH至4.0~4.5;
(10)离心:4500r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。
实施例3:
一种具有免疫调节功效的鲍参复合液,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按鲍鱼20份、海参30份比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按黄芪10份、猪苓10份、菌陈10份、当归5份、甜叶菊2份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物,得到澄清鲍参复合液;
(9)调配:用柠檬酸调整pH至4.0~4.5;
(10)离心:4500r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。

Claims (1)
1.一种具有免疫调节功效的鲍参复合液,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按鲍鱼20~30份、海参20~30份比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按黄芪10~15份、猪苓8~10份、菌陈10~15份、当归3~5份、甜叶菊2~3份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物,得到澄清鲍参复合液;
(9)调配:用柠檬酸调整pH至4.0~4.5;
(10)离心:4500r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。
