干贝即扇贝的干制品,其味道、色泽、形态与干贝、干贝不相上下。古人曰:“食后三日,犹觉鸡虾乏味。”可见干贝之鲜美非同一般。干贝富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、核黄素和钙、磷、铁等多种营养成分,蛋白质含量高达61.8%,为鸡肉、牛肉、鲜对虾的3倍。矿物质的含量远在鱼翅、燕窝之上。干贝含丰富的谷氨酸钠,味道极鲜。与新鲜扇贝相比,腥味大减。干贝具有滋阴补肾、和胃调中功能,能治疗头晕目眩、咽干口渴、虚痨咳血、脾胃虚弱等症,常食有助于降血压、降胆固醇、补益健身。据记载,干贝还具有抗癌、软化血管、防止动脉硬化等功效。
目前鲍鱼、干贝作为海珍品深受广大消费者青睐,食用方式主要以即食和干制品为主,存在着一定的弊端,一是食补单一,或以鲍鱼为主,或以干贝为主;二是烹制过程中大量营养成分流失,影响功效;三是食用不便。因此,鲍鱼、干贝营养保健品的开发既能充分发挥鲍鱼、干贝的食效、药效功能,又便于消费者食用,顺应市场需求,具有较好的市场前景。
衰老是机体各器官随着年龄的不断增加而逐渐出现机能减退和储备能力下降的一个渐进过程,随着年龄的增长, 人体的各种器官一样功能减弱,产生各种病变, 逐渐地进入老化状态。因此预防和延缓衰老已成为当前社会医学科研热点。中草药资源是我国传统文化的瑰宝,因其功效显著、绿色、安全、无副作用,在保健食品领域中的应用愈加广泛。中医学认为: 人体衰老的主要原因是五脏虚损、气血失调等,通过滋补五脏, 调理气血是中医延缓衰老的重要手段。中药在抗衰老方面的研究具有丰富的经验以及独特的优势。。随着人们预防保健意识的不断增强,社会对具有延缓衰老功效保健食品的需求日益增加。研究结果表明,利用中草药研制的保健品含有丰富的营养成分,富含多糖、黄酮、氨基酸、钾钙等微量元素、维生素等活性营养成分,具有调节人体机能,增强免疫力、滋补强身、延年益寿等功效。
目前,中草药在保健食品领域中的应用还存在较多的弊端,难以真正发挥中草药的保健功效。本发明针对上述问题,开发一种利用鲍鱼、干贝和复合中草药的具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,满足市场对干贝和中草药保健食品的需求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,该鲍贝保健饮料具有抗衰老、补气补益、扶正固本,抗疲劳、延年益寿等功效。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,其特征在于鲍贝保健饮料原料组成及质量配比为:干贝20~30份、鲍鱼20~30份、黄芪5~10份、淮山药5~10份、何首乌2~5份、绞股蓝10~15份、刺五加3~5份、沙棘3~5份、蒲公英2~3份、冬虫夏草3~5份、甜叶菊3~5份。
本发明的优选技术方案是:一种具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,其特征在于:其特征在于鲍贝保健饮料原料组成及质量配比为:干贝25份、鲍鱼25份、黄芪8份、淮山药7份、何首乌4份、绞股蓝12份、刺五加4份、沙棘4份、蒲公英2.5份、冬虫夏草4份、甜叶菊4份。
本发明提供一种具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、干贝预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、干贝,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、干贝按比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍贝酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍贝酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70 ℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:调配好的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
(13)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
本发明提供一种具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,通过动物试验进行鲍贝保健饮料的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本鲍贝保健饮料对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw; 遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该鲍贝保健饮料无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本鲍贝保健饮料属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,其优势在于科学配伍鲍鱼、干贝和多种中草药,通过干贝和中草药之间的协同作用能有效抗衰老、补气补益、扶正固本,抗疲劳、延年益寿等功效,安全无副作用,食用方便。不同的中草药性味各异,功效存在着巨大的差异,不同的中草药组合后存在复杂的相互作用关系,且中草药之间的配比比较密切,不同配比也将使君臣佐使关系发生实质性的变化,从而使复合中草药的关系发生实质性改变。本申请通过鲍鱼、干贝与黄芪、淮山药、何首乌、绞股蓝、刺五加、沙棘、蒲公英、冬虫夏草、甜叶菊等中草药彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使鲍贝保健饮料的关系发生实质性改变,采用试剂盒法测定实验小鼠皮肤组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)及羟脯氨酸(Hyp)等指标,结果表明SOD、GSH-Px、Hyp等指标显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01),MDA显著低于空白对照组(P<0.01),说明产品具有较好的延缓衰老活性;且试验结果表明改变鲍贝保健饮料原料组成或配比会降低鲍贝保健饮料的抗衰老能力(P<0.01),说明鲍鱼、干贝和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升鲍贝保健饮料功能活性的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、干贝预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、干贝,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、干贝按干贝20份、鲍鱼30份比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍贝酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按黄芪5份、淮山药10份、何首乌2份、绞股蓝15份、刺五加3份、沙棘5份、蒲公英2份、冬虫夏草5份、甜叶菊3份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍贝酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;

(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍贝酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;

Claims (1)
1.一种具有延缓衰老功效的鲍贝保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、干贝预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、干贝,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、干贝按干贝20~30份、鲍鱼20~30份比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍贝酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按黄芪5~10份、淮山药5~10份、何首乌2~5份、绞股蓝10~15份、刺五加3~5份、沙棘3~5份、蒲公英2~3份、冬虫夏草3~5份、甜叶菊3~5份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
