为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种补肾壮阳贝参保健饮料,该干贝海参保健饮料具有平肝固肾、滋阴壮阳、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、延年益寿等功效。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种补肾壮阳贝参保健饮料,其特征在于干贝海参保健饮料原料组成及质量配比为:干贝20~30份、海参15~20份、肉苁蓉6~8份、淫羊藿8~10份、淮山药4~6份、甘草3~5份、绞股蓝2~4份、杜仲4~6份、远志3~5份。
本发明的优选技术方案是:一种补肾壮阳贝参保健饮料,其特征在于干贝海参保健饮料原料组成及质量配比为:干贝25份、海参18份、肉苁蓉7份、淫羊藿9份、淮山药5份、甘草4份、绞股蓝3份、杜仲5份、远志4份。
本发明提供一种补肾壮阳贝参保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)干贝、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的干贝、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将干贝、海参按比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得贝参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按比例混合后,淮山药用组织捣碎机粉碎,肉苁蓉、淫羊藿、杜仲、甘草、远志和绞股蓝粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将贝参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70 ℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:调配好的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
(13)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
本发明提供一种补肾壮阳贝参保健饮料,通过动物试验进行干贝海参保健饮料的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本干贝海参保健饮料对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw; 遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该干贝海参保健饮料无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本干贝海参保健饮料属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种补肾壮阳贝参保健饮料,其优势在于科学配伍海参、干贝和多种中草药,通过海参、干贝和中草药之间的协同作用能有效起到平肝固肾、滋阴壮阳、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、延年益寿等功效,安全无副作用,食用方便。中医理论上,不同的中草药性味各异,功效存在着巨大的差异,不同的中草药组合后存在复杂的相互作用关系,且中草药之间的配比比较密切,不同配比也将使君臣佐使关系发生实质性的变化,从而使复合中草药的关系发生实质性改变。本申请通过海参、干贝与肉苁蓉、淮山药、甘草、绞股蓝、淫羊藿、远志、杜仲等中草药彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使干贝海参保健饮料的关系发生实质性改变。利用大鼠实验测定干贝海参保健饮料对去势大鼠生殖器官脏器指数的影响及壮阳试验, 经口给予大鼠干贝海参保健饮料后,本发明产品试验组较模型对照组精囊腺+前列腺指数提高311.47%,提肛肌指数提高193.244%,肾上腺指数提高23.63%,阴茎勃起潜伏期缩短2.6s,阴茎勃起持续时间延长1.4s以上,与对照组相比差异性极显著(p<0.01);说明本发明产品具有较好的补肾壮阳功效;且试验结果表明改变干贝海参保健饮料原料组成或配比会降低干贝海参保健饮料的补肾壮阳能力(P<0.01),说明海参、干贝和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升干贝海参保健饮料功能活性的作用。

(1)干贝、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的干贝、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将干贝、海参按干贝25份、海参18份比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比4%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2.5h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得贝参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按肉苁蓉7份、淫羊藿9份、淮山药5份、甘草4份、绞股蓝3份、杜仲5份、远志4份比例混合后,淮山药用组织捣碎机粉碎,肉苁蓉、淫羊藿、杜仲、甘草、远志和绞股蓝粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将贝参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70 ℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:调配好的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
(13)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
实施例2:
一种补肾壮阳贝参保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:

Claims (1)
1. 一种补肾壮阳贝参保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)干贝、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的干贝、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将干贝、海参按干贝20~30份、海参15~20份比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得贝参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按肉苁蓉6~8份、淫羊藿8~10份、淮山药4~6份、甘草3~5份、绞股蓝2~4份、杜仲4~6份、远志3~5份比例混合后,淮山药用组织捣碎机粉碎,肉苁蓉、淫羊藿、杜仲、甘草、远志和绞股蓝粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将贝参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70 ℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:调配好的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
